do not recommend at all! horrible. disgusting. very small selection of food, despite that it’s disgusting. serving spoons and tonsils are disgusting. food quality is horrible. I didn’t enjoy one bit of the food, nothing was tasty or fresh. if I could live without food I wouldn’t have eaten anything. water dispenser at some bars were hot. like is it that hard to give your customers cold water? I asked for ice and the guy at the bar went on and said that the water was cold, and didn’t give me ice. service at the restaurant is horrible. sometimes there are missing utensils and I had to wait 10 minutes until he came and gave me some. aside from all of that the room wasn’t that great… old furniture. whenever I opened the sink yellow water came out, I couldn’t brush my teeth or wash my face for a few days. beach isn’t that great either, a bunch of stones are at the beginning of the shore so you’d have to wear water shoes. pool is meh I didn’t really enjoy that either. shows are nice, but repetitive with the belly dancer and singer. don’t waste your money here ;)

Amazing location between the sea and mountains so visiting this place gives you an unforgettable experience. Nice swimming pool with activities and entertainment. Sea is very nice salt lake is amazing. And good for snorkeling. Food is nice. In general people working there is very nice and friendly , they do their best to serve you , except for two guys in the reception was not friendly and was not even polite when they replied to us. Facilities are old and needs renovation , there are some ants in the room. Will certainly visit again.

Absolutely marvellous. I found the restaurant staff very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The food that was served was of great variety and taste, never left that place unsatisfied, really delicious.I truly devoured evening meals. The location of the hotel facilitates exciting one day tours to Israel and Jordan. Our quiet room, which overlooked fantastic scenery of not distant mountains, was cleaned every day, towels changed, water delivered. The hotel located near a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pristine torque waters of the Aqaba Gulf. There are three small coral reefs within a stone throw from that place which you can explore having a swimming goggles only. We spotted two huge water turtles, a baby one and plenty of colourful fish. You can have a lovely swim in one of the three pools especially in the morning when hotel guests are still asleep. The only snag was weak Internet but at least my daughter was not glued to it all day long. I heartily recommend this hotel.

We had rest in the April. It was good vacation time and the best memories. Every day we have fun with my husband on the hotel. Hotel and rooms clean. Very good food. Daily activities very energetic. Our favorite activities are yoga and stratching with nice atmosphere. We enjoyed watched the night show program, belly dance and life Singer. All week we were happy. Girls from animation team fantastic. We will back soon!

I've been here in Strand hotel for this summer at 2023. And I am happy with this hotel because the employees are kindly and helps a lot, you feel welcome there. The food is delicious and various. The activities are also great, and the surrounding area is also beautiful. The rooms are clean and beautiful, completely enjoyable. Nice mountain and desert landscape. Pretty good all-inclusive hotel where it's nice to stay with friends and family. Positive : The rooms are pretty nice with a dedicated bathroom and a balcony for some. The room cleaning service comes every day to change the towels and sheets as well as put some fresh water bottles. The price is totally decent for the service proposed (compared to Europe) but do not expect too much. There is always enough food to eat properly as well as different juices and sodas to refresh yourself. The pools are nice with all the activities proposed and the beach right next to it to relax and swim. The daily towel change is also very convenient (as long as you don't loose your towel 😅). Pretty much all the staff speaks English ans some even speak additional languages such as French and Russian Negative: Tap water in the room isn't drinkable so you always need to find a water bottle to fill yours. The WiFi is really unstable and slow, you can google some stuff, send messages and answer emails but calls can't go through and can't stream anything (movie, conference,...) The food isn't the best one you've ever tasted, that's for sure but you can always find something decent. The spa/sauna has to be booked specifically and isn't included in the all-inclusive package. Although the gym is included, it's very limited with 5 machines only. If you want to do something else than what's on the resort, you either have to get a car, or organize a shuttle/taxi because is accessible by foot.

Best animation team, best hotel staff, so many activities! This hotel staff is one of the best. They are kind, nice, and work very fast and do everything right away after you request. They are very nice and fun people that makes you feel like you are really on vacation

Food: 1- Same food every day in 3 meals , no varieties and the quality is below average. 2- In the second day, we suffered from the longest queue in dinner! Food is finished and guests had to wait for 20 min to get their food !! 3- Drinks are served in mini plastic cups to minimize the served drink! 4- All inclusive menu is till 10 PM only! Why?? Staff: 1- Some staff are rude ,they dont know how to treat customers with a smile , especially the reservation & the barmen 2- Animation team is good and try to share good vibes with customers 3- The 2 girls that take the review from guests are very polite and helpful. Place: 1- The space is clean, huge, and relaxing 2- Room is big but doesn’t contain hair conditioner or a flip flop

Great place.. very nice hotel with a great view of the mountains and a nice beach.. the beach is rocky but they sell special shoes in the local shop that can help with that.. the water is very clear and you can see colourful fish without the need for snorkeling/diving. As for the hotel itself.. smooth check-in.. special thanks to Mr Arafat in the reception who solved our check-in problem in no time.. the rooms are clean and comfortable.. the food was excellent with adequate variety The pools were ok.. good size but the pool for the children was very small and had only 2 small slides.. it could use more and better slides. There is also a lake but i liked the beach more.. a matter of taste i guess

Everything is good .. friendly staff, swimming pool, beach, and lagoon .. room cleanliness .. bars. Only the food varieties are not good at all as well as its quality because they may be look for quantity rather than quality. Moreover, room service comes too late because the number of workers is not sufficient.

I recently stayed at this Strand hotel and resort with my family and overall, we had a great experience. The food was fantastic and there was a good variety of options available for all meals. The service we received from the staff was excellent - they were always polite and helpful, especially when we had questions about anything or the local area. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff, which was much appreciated. We Beach and pool was amazing ❤️ thank you strand taba for amazing vacation ❤️ my boy was so happy ❤️

Great location, decent price. Large and beautiful space. They need to enforce the no smoking rule in the main lobby, especially as guests wait for their tour bus and can't return to their rooms to seek shelter from the cancerous fumes. The carpets in the rooms need to be better cleaned, as they are often dirty. On the plus side, service was great and the buffet style meals were satisfying. I'd recommend they make their daily lunch pizza with tomato sauce in the future, or provide some on the side. A bottle of complementary sunscreen would have been nice (or a cheap vending area by the pool).

Everything was perfect. Staff was super helpful and nice. They bend over backwards to provide excellent service. Our room was so spacious with a superb sea view. Food was one of the few best. Housekeeping also was top. Only thing that annoyed me was the monstrous mosquitoes. Overall, I enjoyed every second in this lovely hotel. Certainly not my last visit.

The resort is huge and really nice. The pools are awesome, and the lagoon pool, which is a saltwater pool, is one of my favorite places to hang out. The food could be better, but it was okay. Everyone was nice and accommodating, but they could have been more professional.I had a great time at the hotel and it was a lot of fun. It was also a great value for the money.

Very bad experience in strand taba. The room is not clean the sheets and bed cover had some se*x marks even the toilet not clean. I don't know how this hotel mark as 5 star hotel، even 3 stars hotel cleanest more then this hotel. The restaurant also in the first day my friend got sick from the foods and the head chef is not a polite person didn't even handle the foods. I don't know what to say anymore, I think that's the worst experience I ever had in hotel recommend as 5 star. Special thanks for: Mr. Wael in the reception manger, Mr. Shams the restaurant manger. And the Assistant chef Mr Ahmed. Without them we leave this hotel on the first day.

It’s our first night here and already having a blast. It’s the perfect location by the beach and the rooms are immaculate. They also go out of their way to make guests have a good time. Shams put on a great show after dinner and we continued dancing late into the night.

Everything is perfect in this hotel The rooms are so clean and comfortable! The view and the location of the hotel is amazing! The service couldn’t be better, it’s excellent. They care a lot about the satisfaction of the guests 🤍 There are various entertainment activities, a man with fire skills, dancers And what amazed me most, those who played oud ( Oriental fiddle) they also sing old Arabic songs, which give the opportunity for people all around the world to learn about our songs and culture 🤍 This hotel makes a different activates that suit all the people 🤍

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my vacation, and I am very satisfied. The staff is extremely polite and always ready to help. I noticed that the staff takes care of cleanliness both in the rooms and in the common areas. The food at the hotel restaurant is truly diverse and delicious. Different dishes are served daily, catering to various tastes and culinary preferences. I could always find something that pleased me. I was also impressed that the hotel is located near a well-maintained coral reef. You can admire many species of colorful fish, moray eels, and even encounter sea turtles. It was an incredible experience for underwater enthusiasts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking relaxation, beautiful nature, and excellent service.

This is my second time at this motel. the first time in 2018. The dinner has greatly improved since my last visit. Quality and quantity. I admire how the workers treat the people and children. Children's play areas are fantastic. This hotel holds so many memories for me. The first time I arrived with my husband and the second time I came with my husband and two children, it took two hours to get us a room, and it's the same room I took six years earlier. We had an electricity problem that was quickly resolved once we reported it. I still have two days to leave this place.

Food very good, deserts were the best. Rooms are big, we had a small lizard there but I liked her. Shams is the best, always asking if everything is going well while having food.

Holidays in Taba I came with friends and rested in the hotel. It was my first time and I liked everything. The territory of the hotel clean and beautiful. We rested all day and had fun with the whole animation team - they made our holiday. Thanks to the animator Sara, she is pretty and active girl. The staff in hotel was friendly. Food in the restaurant pretty good. Daily activities were cool, we enjoyed in volleyball and bocha games. Evening programs were held in the terrace restaurant . Our favorite evening show it’s belly dance, it was nicely. Me and my friends first time rested and were happy. For 10 days of the rest, we tanned and had a great time. We have good memories, we will come next time!

Very beautiful hotel it was fun being there. The animation team is very active, funny and organizes many activities. The hotel workers are very helpful and cheerful. The restaurant has many varieties of food with good quality. There is free Wi-Fi with average speed. The hotel also provides good activities for children. Overall the hotel is very good and comfortable.

Where do I begin: 1. AC wasn’t working, they came to fix it 2 hours after being reported. 2. Called room service twice for the same order, 1 hour apart, and it still never even showed up! 3. The staff is generally quite unhelpful 4. The food is a 3 star level 5. This is at most a 3 star hotel, but when you convince people you’re a 5 star, people will hold you to that standard!

We stayed 5 days last week at the Hotel. It is one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in. It is very clean, very spacious rooms with big Balconies and big bathroom. The beach is very relaxing and quiet. The water is beautiful Lovely hotel. Excellent hotel. Amazing staff. Beach is wide few meters of rocks then nice sand and clear water. Food is ok but hotel food is all the same. Rooms are nice and big. Short walk to essentially everything. U can see the mountains surrounding you which makes it more enjoyable. Will definitely go again but will use air route to get there, driving through the tunnel and in Sinai is awful.

We stayed here in February 2022. Four words sum up our experience: incredible value for money. The resort was stunning, the pool area was pristine, the food was abundant and tasty, and the staff were so polite and helpful. It was the perfect, relaxing holiday that we needed. We are so glad that we stayed here.

It was annoying that the TV is not a smart TV, we couldn't share screen or play movies that we want. The reception service wasn't that good, I called reception from my room and told them to open the safe for me, he came after one hour. The food was really good, there are many options and they fit every person. The pool and the beach were really amazing, it was not too crowded. The animation team were not good in the pool, in the night show they weren't bad but they could have been better. The architecture of the hotel is really nice and quite organised. The bar had very cool drinks and even mocktails. Overall, nice experience.

Great place, helpful team, very good attitude from reception team special Mr. Ahmed, very big and great hotel, food is perfect, room service do they best to make guest happy. I visited strand hotel with my family and we had a great vacation there. The hotel has a very good location with a fantastic view on the beach. Our room had a lovely view of the beach and the pool and at night u can see the lights of 3 countries on the other side of the gulf. The restaurant and the food are amazing and the food is tasty and has variety. Alsaied, the waiter, is very friendly and helpful. Also, Deibo, from the animation team, always kept us active and we had lots of fun with the some fun and some relaxing activities that he did. Thanks so much for a lovely time and for your hospitality ❤️

I spent a wonderful vacation at this hotel with my family in October 2021. The hotel was great, the staff very polite and ready to help, very kind with my little child too. Pools are very nice and the activities around them too. The hotel just needs a touch of maintenance, I could understand the current situation after the Corona lockdown, but I really hope it will be taken care of. I would certainly recommend it to others and hopefully get back there in the next years.

The hotel has a great view and facilities offered are unparalleled. However, I found the attitude of the junior staff (Receptionist, the bell boys and a couple of folks at the restaurant) to be very rude especially towards Indians. The treatment given to the Caucasians was visibly different. This is definitely not what you expect from a 5 star hotel as we have not come here for free. For what it’s worth, my advise will be to train the staff to be culture sensitive as this borderlines racism !

All the hotel staffs are friendly, clean and tidy. There are lots of activities day and night. They really care about their guests so much. They speak many different languages. Thank you for looking after us and making us feel special. The pillows could be a bit softer, and there could be a more selection of fruits, however these are minor issues. On the positive note, for just a relaxing holiday, this is the płace to be. Good food, very attentive service, good venues and good facilties. Reasonable price buying things at the hotel. Fantastic views for sunrise and sunset .. i could see saudi Arabia across the red sea from my bedroom Windows.
