    They headline for this review is - WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Starting from not understanding how this place got a 5 star, even 1 is a lot. Starting from the cleaning, entered a very dirty room, mud in the shower, hair on the carpet and the couch. The Wi Fi doesn’t exists there, works on and off so you can really call or talk to some one via the internet. The food was so bad, my friend got a food poisoning when we came back, recycled, uncooked and cold food. Very low quality, from the 7 meals we went to, only one was “Ok”. Room service very slow, and it can take up to 2 days until dishes that you leave outside your room will be picked. The pool personal was very bad and closed early, loud Arabic music through all day long so taking a nap is also impossible as it always shouts outside. Another good thing to mention, my sunglasses disappeared! Of course no real check up could be actually made to find them, but I am 100% sure one of the personal entered our room and stole them. People age of 25+ that think the can relax and enjoy the place, keep away, invest some more money to take a closer to the Israeli border hotel, never come to this place unless you have kids, and even then reconsider everything I mentioned.

    Can't bring a small speaker to listen to music in the room. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The room is smelly and the bathroom dirty has no towels. When I asked for towels, they sent me the smallest hand towel.

    One of the best resorts and hotels at Al Aqaba Gulf.I advise it for every couple specially for HONEYMOON.The only bad thing faces any guest is the animation team who makes no activity or entertainment at all though they are moving through and fro from dining room. Staff: very polite and helpful with decent smile specially receptionists, Mohammed, Ahmed and Hosam. Lobby bar : Mustafa is very helpful serving with welcoming smile that never vanishes. Room Service: A very hard effort they had done to reach our upmost satisfaction and they succeeded, The kettle and refilled water bottles with supply of coffee and tea bags never stopped. Restaurant : Though it was not a high season , limited guests affiliated to the recent incidents but food was sufficient , delicious and well done though variety couldn't be observed.The whole serving crew were very welcoming encouraging guest to taste all dishes and miss nothing. The only thing against that was that permitting Employees and Managers to share guest the same dining whole, specially one of the managers who behaved in a ruthless manner taking food to his dish with his bare hands without using any cutlery. Main shortcoming : The exaggerated respect staff pays the the GM as soon as he enters the restaurant and gather round serving him in a clumsy way.

    One star is a compliment for this hotel. to stay away from as much as possible! The food is shocking and not edible at all, poor and shameful service, not nice people at all, after I got hit in the head by one of the employees they did not even offer compensation and nothing, someone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night, in short stay as far away from the hotel and its despicable employees !!

    We came in a group and had 15 rooms, so this experience isn’t isolated to just one room. Don’t expect much if you are coming from a more developed country. That being said, it doesn’t require a first world country to keep what you do have clean. Stained pillows, stained couches, roaches, urine smells, water leaks and stuff falling apart that could easily be fixed are all examples of not taking care of what you have. I wish I could put a 1/4 star but based on the fact the food was ok and that dinning area was clean and the staff was nice they can have one. One example of what to expect: I was given a stained pillow with no cover. Picked up the room phone, dead. I walked with the pillow to the front desk and asked for a replacement. He then asked me to call from the room. I informed him the phone was dead, he ensures me it’s ok and call from there. I walk back, good 5 minutes from the front, ask a gentlemen in the way there for a cover, to which he says yes and asks for room number. Get back to the room, phone is still dead, end up passing at from the days long journey. We were told this was the “best hotel in the area” which doesn’t say much for Taba.

    It was the fourth year in our beloved hotel, but this time the food was very modest and there are some very bad items and the sweets are limited. diversity in it. Snacks are limited and it found only at pool .. The rooms are less than every year in the level of cleanliness, especially the glass of the room is not polished at all. Fingerprints are clear on it. Other than that good, all the staff are very helpful.thank you

    The hotel is luxurious and chic Check-in was a quick process, and they got us in before the announced time (2 pm) The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The room view was amazing .The sea is very clear with lots of colored fishes and corals. The food was plenty, various and tasty, with different kinds of fruits. Desserts were okay. They have 3 bars for drinks. The staff were decent and friendly. We had a pleasant time there.

    Excellent,the staff very hpelpfull and kindly,There were various choices of delicious food، and there is good follow-up from the manager to ensure quality, Although the hotel was full of visitors, it did not affect the performance of the staff or the quality of the food،In addition to the design of the hotel, which contains large green areas and see views, guests do not feel any crowding, rooms is very Comfortable and clean،The sea view is amazing، Thank you for making a beautiful memory for us these days

    Spent two nights here. The hotel is very nice with an array of entertainment and attractions (Neptune dive scuba diving is a must). It has great value for its price (863 dollars for four rooms for two nights). The only problem that I had was that the wifi in mine and my friends rooms did not work most of the time. Overall, the short vacation was relaxing and exhilirating, although the lack of wifi was quite a nuisance.

    Worst hotel ever. The staff were rude and charge as for things we didn't order. They play loud music all day long we couldn't even a chill in the pool. The food is terrible. Save your time and book another hotel in taba like Hilton or Nelson

    One of the worst hotels I have ever been. Everything is extra charge- normal alcohol, wifi outside of the lobby (and still expensive and very slow. Rooms are big but dirty.

    We had an amazing one week vacation at the Tolip hotel in Taba. The room was big with a stunning view, big pool privet beach (we did snorkeling and saw many fish in the water) the food was great! Awesome atmosphere and music all day long. Abdullah from the reception was very kind and helpful. Great vacation! Great memory! We enjoyed a lot! We are definitely coming back again!

    To my opinion, that is a 3 stat hotel. The entire hotel is dirty- our room wasn't cleaned properly and the public eareas are not maintained as should. The food is also not so good. If you come to this hotel, you must buy all inluded. But even then, you will have to pay for wifi in your room. The free wifi is only at the reception erea.

    I chose 2 rooms with the option to change dates. When I wanted to change my holiday dates, the hotel denied my request. I checked if the hotel has rooms available for these new dates and they were. But the biggest disappointment was the food. The food was disgusting. All of us, 4 people, gotten stomach hurts and was diarrhea. The hotel chefs have a great talent to cook worst dishes. There was pizza service at the pool at lunchtime, you really don't want to see the pizza. There was a barbecue every evening at the hotel, but the meat and kebabs was always very dry and burnt. Sweets and bakeries are not fresh, they are stored them in the freezer and served for breakfast. I payed for all inclusive and the kids have been hungry all these days. There were no snacks between meals, only drinks. Wifi is very pore and in the lobby. WiFi almost does not work in the rooms (3rd and 4th floors) The kids have nothing to do. The children's room is very dirty and all things in it are broken. The pool team organized yoga classes for 15 minutes every day and a water ball game. And it's all. Thrown away money. It was the worst holiday

👍👍 Great place. Quiet and peaceful. Good food. Very warm and kind staff. 2 swimming pools. Small Waterpark - 2 tracks. On the beach playground for children. We were with child 2,5 years old. It was very good .
