We enjoyed our stay in Cloud7! Fabulous location in Ayla with fantastic view on the yacht deck. Villas were fully furnished with modern appliances and comfortable beds & sofas. Balcony was super nice with BBQ area…. We loved at most the villa quality with spacious three bedrooms beside the marina view from the nice/big terraces. Thanks to Mr. Khalil Joseph Gharios and all his supportive team. They were extremely friendly & helpful. Thank you all… We will come again next year.

Beautiful place, first time to go to Ayla. Loved the interior design, everything is well thought of. We booked one of the 3 bedrooms apartment and was a little disappointed from the presence of outdoor stairs connecting the two floors. The outdoor area beautiful and walking around it is refreshing.

What an amazing experience we had there! The apartment was out of this world! The staff were helpful and very welcoming. All staff actually where you go are very helpful and always with a smile the hospitality was on point 👌🏼 The idea of having your breakfast at the room or at the restaurant is very convenient. Accessible to all services, you can just back your pack and just check in! Definitely will come again!

Our favorite place to stay in Jordan. On the water (a marina), very spacious artfully decorated rooms. Full service rooms—full kitchen, washer/dryer. Beautiful walkout deck.

We had the best couple of days staying at Cloud7! We were absolutely spoilt by staff and loved how excellent the customer service was from check in to check out. Special shout out to Khalil Gharios who truly made us feel incredibly special! We really won’t be staying anywhere else from now on but at Cloud7 when visiting Aqaba, we’re already planning our trip back again next year but this time for a whole week! Thank you endlessly for such a lovely time, we can’t wait to be back

Cloud 7 is by far one of the best hotels to be at in Aqaba for couples and families alike. Situated in the marina village at ayla aqaba which is the best place to be. Great breakfast options, lots of shops around, great views, apartments are very luxurious and super clean thanks for the very attentive and professional housekeeping team. Front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly with myself and my guests. Great stay, great place, and it is with no doubt the place to be when visiting aqaba

The location, apartment and view are amazing, however the service needs improvement. You need to call the reception many times before they answer. If anything needs fixing, it takes them a very long time to fix it.

Very nice spacious accommodation. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, plenty of space for the kids. The immediate area has restaurants and shops so it is all self contained. Nice for a weekend getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cloud 7 last weekend, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff.The room I stayed in was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive,The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments. I especially enjoyed spending time by the pool, which had a stunning view of the surrounding area.The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, they were always eager to help.The dining experience at the Hatuta restaurant was a culinary delight. The food was delicious.Overall, my stay at Cloud 7 was nothing short of exceptional. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and eager to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Everything was amazing, the staff was very supportive however the room service takes time because the room buildings are far from the reception area. The location of the rooms, right in the middle of the souk (market) with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast options are also amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious with spacious balconies. The view is on the yacht port

Me and my wife stayed there for 3 days and we loved it! Clean rooms best service beautiful view! Amazing team work. I definitely recommend cloud7 to everyone who wants to go visit Aqaba!

Loved this hotel! It really made our trip worth it! they care so much about little details and their so attentive to individual needs. Their rooms are so pretty and the two bedroom apartments are super spacious and relaxing.. it has a white vibe so you really feel relaxed and the outdoor seating is really nice, only small issue is our two bedroom was located infant of the Hyatt hotel so the sounds from the door entrance could be heard which was a little annoying, also their main reception is a 4-5 min walk and it can get tiresome in August heat.. other then that we loved our stay and really hope to come again! Oh and if you're staying here be sure to check out the B12 beach its really close by and reallllly nice ( the wakeboarding especially) during summer.. there's also Hyatt but we felt it was more family oriented, We wanted to try their bike rides but didn't have enough time.. Thanks Ayla team for making it super fun!

Cheaters and non professional management.. we booked the first day by mistake but they didn’t even refund any amount then we booked the 2 bedrooms apartment for 5 and paid more but we found it same as you book for 2. Don’t be honest with those people and book the least no. Of guests and bring 10 guests with you as it doesn’t matter… we were disappointed two times this trip because they are really un professional and just cheating people. Don’t waste your money and book for your self and your family in Al-Manarah or kempenski as they are really helpful and professional I really hate my stay here because of the staff and the management

Not recommended, you pay a lot on the property and your stay. the property is well furnished, spacious and clean but very lack of options provided by cloud7 from beaches and restaurants since that the place doesn’t have a beach nor a pool, so they only offer you free access on hyyat regency beach and we were surprised that the beach is dull and not up to standards. So every place you will go to swim you will have to pay access. Cloud7 must expand the collaboration with other hotels, such they do with b12 beach, b12 was amazing. Lack of response when requesting a club car.sometimes we didn’t receive any response waited but ended by walking. And sometimes the staff tell you it is very near from here just walk. We requested a boat trip through cloud7 as to have it trusted and very luxurious, they deal with a company called sea breeze, not up to standards from the quality of crowd and the quality of the meals. Ayla as a whole is incomplete and they have a lot of work to do and i have to add that ayla has free access to none residents without any tickets. And you can imagine how it will be with free access to everyone.

Very good place, quite, rooms are great, sea view is very nice, restaurants and cafe’s are available just near the cloud 7 apartments, also parkings are available, the cost per night is expensive.

It is unfortunate to see such nice facility incomplete and lake minimum service standards! F&B outlets needs to be revamped totaly most of the time either food is not available and/or takes more than an hour to serve the order, rooms smells food (mine shawerma and garlic day and night), most of the bicycles are either damaged or not working properly, no live bands or entertainment, no transportation or shuttel bus to water park or b12 beach (why i need to pay 10 jds daily to go to beach or waterpark) facility lakes of pools and beach so should do arrangement for free, and the list goes on. Such place should be way better than this

If you don't intend to splurge on the likes of Kempenski or Movenpick, this is probably the best stay in Aqaba. It's located inside a beautifully developed Ayla, is just a 5m drive away from main downtown area of Aqaba and has tons of bars and hip restaurants. Feels very secure and beautiful.

The staff is lovely, the response time for inquiries is really quick, the room looks amazing, but unfortunately we couldn't take a shower the first day due to the lack of water, and we couldn't take a shower the second day do to the lack of heat, and this is really disappointing as personal care is considered top priority for everyone and having problems two days in a row shows the lack of room supervision before guests check in

We loved our stay! except that there was no access to the swimming pool even through hyatt hotel and the beach was far away that we have to enter to the hotel and to get checked by the security with no drinks or food allowed in,That's why I gave you 4 out of 5! Thanks for the care :)

Well, it is a perfect place for travelling with big families for sure. We were travelling with 6 people and booked a duplex marina view room, which was perfectly comfortable and specious. The room has a personal dedicated terrace for evening hang outs, bbq, nice kitchen, living room and etc. The only missing thing was a good gym. As a person that has a strict routine gym was very much needed. Overall, the property has everything under your hands. A supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, retail stores and a free of charge beach access just walk away from your stay. The Greek restaurant Ankyra was our favorite so far. Also, nice and helpful management of the property was one of the best parts of the stay as well.

Great place! Apartments are fully equipped to suit both short and long stays, easy access to the beach and the Marina is few meters away, all apartments are with private Balcony’s and Spectacular views, restaurants and shops are few steps away, overall this was one of the best stays in Aqaba.

Very pleasant experience. Everything was clean and tidy. You can find everything you need in the apartments and the workers were friendly and welcoming. The apartment is modern and well decorated. Thank you we will be back soon

Luxurious hotel with very nice suites. Spacious with outdoor balcony and 3 private rooms. Good and quick services. For breakfast they give vouchers that can be used in 3 different restaurants. Small details can be improved..

It was really something special! The service at the front desk was great and very dedicated. The conditions in the apartment and the entire complex are amazing and the design is so beautiful and relaxing. Everything is clean and inviting and we felt great on our vacation thanks to that. G-d willing, we will be very happy to return for another vacation at the hotel. *One small constructive note that is important for me to bring to the attention of vacationers is that there is also a supermarket in the complex that allows you to buy all the groceries really easily and nearby. I would be happy if they could also provide vegetables and fruits more frequently (during our entire stay in the compound - four days - no fresh fruits and vegetables arrived!)

Great hotel and great experience except for the bike rental store in the marina (we rented bikes with the kids but the store did not give instructions on where we could ride them.. we ended up losing a lot of time because security officers had to question us when we rode in the wrong place.. went back to the store and owner was so rude instead of trying to solve the problem saying we shouldn’t have listened to security!!!!!! And accusing us of lying that his employee did give us instructions .. I don’t recommend renting bikes their .. waste of money and time)

This place is magical. So beautiful and near the sea with many resturants available in the area. Very posh and the color theme reminded me of Santorini. Many activities throughout the day, you can go on a boat trip, jetskiing, explore the restaurants, swim in the beautiful ocean, sunbathing and so much more. The residence is so beautiful and breathtaking. There are fast food restaurants, bars to party later in the evening, cafes, and fine restaurants aswell. There is a supermarket in the area with a great selection of fine groceries and alcohol. You can hire bicycles aswell. It is a perfect place to have a vacation, relax and enjoy yourself!

i don’t recommend this place if you are a disable person they don’t know what a disable person is very poor service for this place it’s over rated place i think all pic are edited be prepared to be eaten by insects so if you flying from uk stock up with screams patches after bites what ever u can find buy if this place they don’t have an idea about pest control , we ended up getting oral medicine to help with bites which is costs us more for medical consultation i think who promote this place is doing well for selling place as 5 star where it’s only half star this total fraud this place they will ask you to charge fully in advance which is the catch we end up cancel the second day, we managed after all day calls to get one day rate back after we phoned the main manger the main recieption staff they refuse to give anything back . the recieption staff they don’t have a clue what customer service is they took an hr to get the club cart to take my mum to main door they gave us on tissue box for a party of 8 persons we paid £1000 pound for 3 bedroom flat for 2 days which is over rated for what you get . they will throw you to the deep end and will not bother about it . coming form the uk avoid avoid book next door beach access only as they use them for beach access and it will be loads better their this loads of better service hotels in aqaba shop before you book don’t trust the pics we been give rooms with broken basins and baths one of the door mesh fallen we had kids where sitting in the same place 5 min before they said someone will come and sort mesh out but we left and it mesh still on the floor

This place is exceptional! We've visited twice in the last 3 months and hope to visit again soon. The accommodations, staff, and variety of activities and restaurants far exceed our expectations! It's definitely worth every penny! Be sure to check this place out!

Very nice accommodation. Large rooms nice design convenient area for evening dining and drinks. WiFi in my apartment had low coverage therefore had to turn on roaming. Hot water comes a bit late and water is weak not allowing 5 stars.
