Welcome to the Cedar Pride, the most famous dive site in Jordan for good reason, she is one of the rare wrecks easy accessible from shore. After a short, 130m swim over a sandy bottom, she looms out of the depths before us, imposing in an interesting position – lying intact on her port side with a separate reef supporting both bow and stern. The Cedar Pride is a recreational wreck diver’s dream. And don’t worry – you can enjoy this experience whatever your diving level, though you’ll need Advanced training or beyond to explore the deeper parts of the ship because the Cedar Pride’s bow sits around 20m and her stern at 16m. Of course, from shore we’ll come upon her keel first (she lays deck-to-sea, on her port side). Since she forms a massive bridge between reefs above the seafloor, we’ll take the swimthrough at 26m, the deepest point of the ship, and turn to explore her superstructure. Much of it was destroyed in a fire (see below), but what remains, including a lifeboat near the stern that usually has something interesting inside, is in remarkably good condition.

Very nice spot. Ship can already been spotted from the surface. Just swim 100 meters outwards from the jetty slightly right. Can't miss it.

Very nice beach in case you forgot your scuba equipment you can rent some there, just ask for Shisha(Raed). He will also guide you to the attractions in the water if needed. You can see here Japanese garden, the sunken ship. When we were there we did not see the ship as the water was not super clear and there was a big boat above it with tourists. But on a clear day and if you dive under a bit you can easily see. If you go down the shore there is also other attractions like the tank or seven sisters just ask the locals they will guide you.

I've only done a few wrecks but this was the best! The water is cold but great visibility. Lots of fish and corals. You can swim in it as well.

Amazing place for the swimming and chillaxing. You can also do scuba diving as it has very lovely coral reefs and blue water. Highly recommended.
