BEST DIVING CENTRE! Abdalsalam and Mohamed are experienced and friendly professionals. Abdalsalam was my instructor for 4 dives, competent and funny, absolutely loved every minute of this experience. Excellent dive shop. We got a very good group deal: two instructor dives at Rainbow Reef and a shipwreck for 60JOD per person. Mohammed, Abdullah, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful in facilitating our dive. They also took hundreds of photos for us. Best place to dive in Aqaba.

Rare are life experiences that you feel you just need to do again IMMEDIATELY once you experience them for the first time! Such a feeling came to me after my significant other gifted me a first-in-my-life diving experience with Mr. Muhammad Qatawneh of Aqaba International Diving Center. Side note: I can't imagine that she could find a better option in Aqaba, so thank you from the bottom of my heart dear :) Mr. Qatawneh services can be described with the most ideal of compliments. This includes professionalism, courteousness, customer-respect, patience, and dedication. The gentlemen who work at this center take safety seriously, and hence they make sure to teach you about the safety measures and diving lingo (hand signs) before the dive! Interestingly, Mr. Qatawneh is also a professional award-winning photographer (ask him about his pics and he will show you some stunning pics), once you are diving alone or with your friends he will make sure to take plenty of pictures at different locations and different poses. He uses the latest available underwater GoPro cam to take pics, he also made sure to send us the pics with original quality (no compression) which, too, rarely happens. This is to give you an idea about their customer care! Surely, like anything on earth, the center can improve some really minor details, but boy! Do they get the main thing i.e. DIVING exactly right? They definitely do. which I assume is the thing that you are looking for! That said, if you choose Mr. Qatawneh, I feel your experience will be one you will tell people about years to come and feel nostalgic about! The staff are also generous with their knowledge and time, they were not reluctant to share some cool stories about their past and their profession. Not to mention that Mr. Qatawneh took the time to commend how we dived with him, this is a another brilliant gesture of a great instructor, so that novices like us feel more confident about our abilities and enter a positive re-enforcing cycle of improvement in diving! All in all, this center was established by Mr. Qatawneh's father back in 1976 when Aqaba was still a budding port in Jordan, thus if you choose to book with them, you are booking with experts who stood the test of time and were the pioneers of this amazing marvel of Red Sea exploration in Jordan. This review might sound biased because it was a gift by someone I cherish, but hey you don't have anything to lose, pickup the phone and call or maybe text them, and you will be sold! I really recommend diving with that school. The equipment is good, the instructors are very professional and the atmosphere was great. We did diving from the shore which was a good decision, there is no need to do the diving from the boat as most of the diving spots are really close from the shore.

I don't know how to swim but the instructor Abdalla gave everyone proper training before we dive and I had the best experience with Aqaba Dive Centre I did two dives for 60 JD If you do one dive cost will be 35 JD Thanks, Aqaba dive Centre and their team 👥

After checking out a few of the other shops we felt that the guys here at Aqaba International Dive Center were the most welcoming and professional. Many schools will try and sell you the more expensive boat dive packages, but honestly most dive sites can be done from the shore. The guys here offered us a genuinely fair priced package and the they were professional and friendly throughout.

Wonderful trip. Mohamad was quick to respond to my email and set up the tour, and picked us up from our hotel. The shop was professional and had good equipment, and our guide, Abdullah, was wonderful and personable. The water was as clear as advertised for the Red Sea, and our routes were straightforward and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! From the first communication, Mohamed (the manger) was very prompt and friendly. My dive master Abdollah was an awesome guy and very professional, the best you could ask for. He has the heart of a lion, even if he is freezing in his five layers of wetsuits he will continue the dive. The dive sites were really cool, great visibility, decent water temp, good marine life. All in all awesome experience. Thank you!

Professional dive center & kitesurf school! The snorkeling experience was great! Unlike other tourist boats that were cramped with people, we had a small group on a very comfortable boat with nice lunch. The team was super friendly and professional. We’ve seen multiple nice spots with a rich sealife and enjoyed it a lot. Also the experience with the kitelesson was great. Professional and friendly teacher who puts safety first made me feel very at ease. Incl rescue boat. Can really recommend this team!

Awesome experience, I went diving and my GF went snorkeling. The instructor was very professional and the location is very suitable for combining diving and snorkeling together. Also the communication via WhatsApp worked well.

This was the first diving experience. Abdalsalam and Abdullah made it absolutely marvellous. Very good communication! Equipped our group with all stuff and perfect instructions how to start from the scratch and make first steps into the undersea world. Aqaba bay is a true gem of Jordan. And the service was worth every penny ;)

First time here, but will go back. Wonderful experience, friendly, safety conscious and professional team. The dive sites are varied and interesting and Abdasalam could not have been a better dive leader. Nothing was overlooked and he went out of his way to make the dives a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Mohamed was amazing! He was very responsive while we were organizing the dive from the US and set everything up perfectly. We had 6 certified divers, 6 doing the try scuba and one snorkeler and everyone was taken care of perfectly!

I have over forty dives, but for some reason I had a panic attack while under water. Abdullah was there to help me and get me through it. His support was amazing and relaxed, letting me get over it and ready for a new dive. Very professional and tailored to your needs. The only option if you go diving in Aqaba.

Did my first ever dive experience here and it was absolutely fantastic. Our instructor was patient, benevolent and totally trustworthy. I felt a little bit oppressed during my second dive but he managed everything perfectly so that we could continue discovering the bottom of the sea. I keep this experience as the highlight of my stay in Jordan. Thank you one more time, hope to see again once.

It was a beautiful, pleasant and very enriching diving experience that I had with the "Aqaba International Dive Center" in August 2023. The instructors and managers are very competent, very professional and above all very friendly. Abdulah was my teacher and my guide, very polite , competent and wonderful person. And I had the honor of meeting the owner of the center Mr. Ahmed, a man of experience and wisdom who gave me the fondness for diving. I highly recommend this center for anyone who wants to discover diving in Aqaba.

It was our first time diving and hands down the services, from the cheerful personality of the instructors to the quality of the equipments, were perfect! The price was very reasonable given that they train and guide you as well as take free underwater photos! There’s a lot to be said about this otherworldly experience, that seems to take hold of us and make us completely obsessed with it, specially if the first time is done in marvelous way, with such amazing instructors. I can mention many moments that were unforgettable and revelatory, but the most single revelatory three minutes, was putting on scuba gear and diving on a coral reef, It’s just the unbelievable fact that you can move in three dimensions. Holding my beloved’s hand, among millions of little aquatic soap operas playing between all the creatures, is the loop that I wish to get stuck inside, for the rest of my life. That memorable experience couldn’t be better without Mr. Qatawneh & his assistants, It is not only about his excellent equipments, and his professional safety procedures, or his long experience as diver & photographer, and how he is friendly, flexible and pacient, it is also about how he makes the experience very interesting, as he knows every single creature there, & comforting, as he guid you & take care of you as a father. It was a wonderful experience. Our instructor explained everything with great clarity and kindness. He adapted everything to our level and managed very well the "stress" of diving for the first time. They handled everything with great care and we always felt safe. Everybody in the team were very nice and easygoing. I recommand highly this diving experience in Aqaba.

We did two guided dives and had a lovely time. We had enough time and we were shown hidden fishes and good placed to dive to. The owner also took some pictures and gave them to us for free. It's good value for money. Go there!

It was so much fun! The instructor gave us a refresher for free as it had been a year since we did the course, and then we visited the shipwreck. Everything was very professionally organized and there was a very nice and relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!

Best diving experience for me so far. All the instructors at the diving center are great, they professional and passionate about what they do. They guide you from the beginning till the very end. I went diving with Abdusalam, he is a great diving instructor. He took us to see beautiful sites and found a lot of interesting fish for us, which was hiding in the most unexpected places. That is how for the first time in my life I saw stone fish and a frog fish. All international’s dive center team is professional and super friendly. I felt like in diving with my old friends. They have good equipment, which is very important and also after the dive you can have a cup of tea with a biscuit, which help a lot at the second dive. I would definitely recommend everyone who is coming to Aqaba have this experience. This dive you won’t forget. Also, you can take an open water course or go snorkeling with this guys. My rating is 6 starts.

my boyfriend and I had such a great experience at this dive shop! We did 4 dives over 2 days and everything was perfect. We went to 3 wrecks and 1 reef and all the dive sites were amazing!! We were super impressed. Also, both our instructors, Abdollah and Adbulsalam were fabulous. They were super helpful, knowledgable, and took great photos of us under the water. The pricing was very reasonable too. Highly recommended!
