This is a bright club highlighted by the colours of the bean bag sunbeds etc. In terms of ambience , even though it was empty , it could probably be quite fun . The service is flat however and despite the pool not functioning , no discount was available . Compared to the Saraya Beach club which is superior in every way, the B12 was no competition . It was also considerably more expensive . Whilst the bean bag sun-beds were very comfy , I am not sure how hygienic they would be . I just felt the place as a whole was all about £ rather than true enjoyment. They even wanted to charge me for charging my phone ! Had the service been more exceptional , I may have returned but the staff were truly miserable . The food was edible .

We had caramel popcorn for my 10 year old ( very picky eater) explanation was not accepted at entry on first day at B12 and it was taken away till end of day. Needless to say this has left a damper on the overall experience. And to add insult to injury tne couple beside us had a backpack loaded with sandwiches and snacks. So today our Day 2, I objected to the bag search saying clearly there is discrimination. My four stars is because surely you can up your game and do better. Bags shouldn't be checked in this ugly intrusive manner. DO BETTER. People will always buy food and drink. Another issue is while hubby and I were doing exercise with your entertainment team, I looked up and found at least 5 people from the construction team on the building beside the beach were staring at us and one was making a video! We immediately complained and we're told it was handled by the site manager
