The worst stay I’ve ever had in Aqaba! When we arrived the floor of the room was dirty and some sheets also, the smell of the room and the hotel in general was really bad!! When we asked the Housekeeper to clean it, he did it respectfully👍🏻 Even the shower’s floor had some dirty footprints The breakfast was the worst part of the whole stay, nothing is available and even those are available are not that delicious! There’s no Continuous refill! The only good thing is that the staff are really helpful and always try to do whatever you ask them to, and the hear the feedback Should be lower than 4 stars!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Turquoise Hotel Aqaba, and I must say that it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who made the check-in process a breeze. It was evident right from the start that the hotel values efficiency and guest satisfaction. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent value for money. While it may not be classified as a luxury hotel, it certainly provides all the essential amenities and comforts one would expect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploration in Aqaba. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant where breakfast was served. The views from the restaurant were simply breathtaking. As I enjoyed my morning meal, I was treated to a beautiful panoramic vista of the city of Aqaba. It was a truly mesmerizing experience and added an extra touch of magic to my mornings. Additionally, the hotel's provision of a free shuttle service to private beaches was a fantastic perk. It made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the stunning beaches and enjoy the pristine waters of the Red Sea. I appreciated the fact that the hotel sold tickets for these private beaches at the reception, making it hassle-free to plan my beach outings without having to search for alternative options. Lastly, I must mention the warm and friendly staff at Turquoise Hotel Aqaba. Throughout my stay, they went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They were always available to answer my questions, offer recommendations, and provide any assistance I needed. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel welcome and well cared for during my time at the hotel.

The level of the service is very good and rooms are comfortable, but there were no towels when we first checked in, although they bring them later I just expected to find towels when entering the room. The swimming pool is good. The food is delicious but with a few varieties of dishes. Overall, it deserves somewhere between 3 - 4 rating marks, but as an encouragement for upgrading and improvement, I will give it 4. After all, it is recommended for medium budget cost.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I called ahead to reserve two rooms and the staff agreed that I could pay for the reservation when I arrived. I called them twice after that to confirm the arrangement, and they said everything was fine. However, a day before my arrival, the hotel called me and told me that they could not give me the rooms I had reserved because they were already reserved by someone else. I had already confirmed my reservation multiple times with them and was left without any accommodations at the last minute. In addition to this, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to listen to my concerns and were dismissive of my situation. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking for other options in the area. The staff are clearly not trained in proper customer service and it shows in the way they treat their guests. The hotel's management needs to address these issues immediately to avoid future incidents like this.

Almost everything was fine in the hotel. Service very kind. Location near the city center. But one thing not nice - some of our towels were dirty. Not like not washed but rather they were dirty after the laundry and it was not a single towel what could be a bad luck. I had own towels so even didn't mention it to hotel service. You should work on that guys.

Great place to stay in Aqaba. Rooms were clean and comfortable, plus very hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Easy to get around to where you need to go by foot as well. Overall, great value for money and I would recommend staying here.

Hotel nicely located 20 minutes walk from the heart of the city where restaurants and bars are mostly located. The room was big, we had a view towards the red sea from the balcony. It felt clean overall. Parking is free and in front of the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Didn't like: Breakfast can be improved, not that many choices. In the room, there are some details that need to be adressed, it looks like it was made in a rush. Lighting was very poor in one half of the room. Windows shade weren't working

Fantastic hotel - my favourite after 2 weeks of travelling and much better than most places in Jordan. The staff were exceptional- friendly and professional. Ahmad Zayed on reception went out of his way to help! My room on the 6th floor felt luxurious, had a stunning view and great facilities you don't usually get in Jordan, especially for a reasonable price! Breakfast is ok and the pool, gym and sauna area need a little attention- you have to find someone to switch things on and there are no towels and the sauna is pretty weak and the bathroom was a bit mucky. The receptionist also tried to charge me extra to use it, which had not been mentioned before. Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay! The surrounding area is very poor, with children searching through the trash and makeshift housing but the centre and beach are also a moment's walk away.

Good hotel, the location was near pretty much everything you need, I have been there on a road trip for one night, it was awesome, the people were nice, I had much to do in their littel Fitnesscenter next to the pool, which in my opinion is equipped quite well. The Wifi worked well and quick, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and modern too compared with the standards we were used to from other hotels. Breakfast buffet was good, there also was for the first time in a few days the chance of getting a not so eastern dish for breakfast, which I really was thankful for. The view from the dining room was beautiful, there was a good beach, but it was a bit off the city, so I don't know if there's one in the city. In the city there was a massive Jordan flag which was always impressive to look at, added a bit of something to the view.

Very nice hotel in good, calm localization. To the beach about 600m only. Rooms and apartment are modern and in strong 4 star standard. Amazing, helpful reception team, especialy Ahmad and Efteekhar profesionalist, who can fixed every case to support and give you lot of oportunities and atraction to make your vacation unforgettable. Breakfasts are in arabic style. I recomend this hotel, which has the best quality to the price.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Aquaba, at about 7 min from sea side. The hotel is not in a very beautiful place, some mechanic and tyre shops surround the areas and in front of the room there is the old city (like favela of South America). Nothwithstanding the street seems to be not dangerous and the center is walkable without any problem. Rooms are very clean and the whole hotel seems to have been renewed only some years ago. Sheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is basically arabic, there is not a big choice of sweet thing. The only problem was a broken window fixing system that allowed all noise to be heard by the room

The rooms are clean, new and big but the housekeeping did not come at all even when i asked for him, also they tell the breakfast at 7 am but even in 7.30 it was not ready. Loved the colors

We stayed here two nights in different rooms of different quality: first one was smelling, not so clean, you couldn't see anything through the dirty window and the second room was like we were in a totally different hotel: clean, modern, no smell...

Located very near to the Al-Ghandor beach and also located in a prime place in Aqaba. Rooms were maintained neat and clean. Car parking available. The hotel admin staffs helped to find the local tour operator and also helped to find the cab drivers for sight seeing. Complimentary breakfast was really good with many varieties. Plenty of options for food around this hotel with in walkable distance.

Alright hotel. Quality is better than average in similar Jordanian hotels. Pool is freezing though, which might be just fine in summer, but in winter it is tough. And the atmosphere in the pool area with the gym is not that inviting. Breakfast is very tasty and rich. They clean the rooms with great care and attention! Communication with the lady was a bit tough, as her English knowledge is not that good, but everything works with some assistance of google.

Very good service and location (near to the shopping areas). No access to the sea. The rooms are good but not that clean 90%.

Tldr: They canceled my reservation at a very critical time and in an unprofessional way. Details: I booked 3 rooms for 3 families (9 people in total) one whole month ahead of the holidays. The staff told me that their policy is: payment on arrival and confirmation is through a message on WhatsApp; which they sent me immediately after the phone call. The reservations manager called me 9 days before the check-in date and told me that my reservation was done "by mistake" and that it must be cancelled because another group has the rooms reserved on the same date. He said that the law is that hotels have the right to cancel any reservation 7 days ahead (which they did not inform me of at all and did not mention in their reservation confirmation message and is not something well known in the country if it is indeed true!). He offered to give me 2 rooms for free after the holidays which is not a fair replacement (the reservation is for 3 families + cancelling holiday plans is bad + he did not send this offer officially until now!). I frantically started searching for another hotel, but the city was already fully booked because of the holidays. After hours wasted on search I managed to book another 3 rooms for a similar price at lower end hotel. I am extremely frustrated by the hotel refusing to take responsibility for cancelling the reservation (e.g. they could have helped in finding replacement rooms in other hotels). The manager started off polite in the conversation but then moved to being unprofessional in the conversation (he literally said: "what's the big deal about reserving rooms for you and then cancelling? People get engaged and then breakup!" and "I'm not a social worker to deal with your frustration for having to cancel your vacation" and "maybe you are angry because you did not smoke a cigarette for a while" and "don't make me feel like I am doing something wrong", etc.).

We have been a group and we met really high quality service. Nice and clean rooms and beautiful view on the top of the hotel. The place is close to centrum so you can go for walk to the centre. I really recommended to visit this hotel during your visit in Aqaba! ;)

Spend there one night… it was not good experience.. location is good very close to downtown and restaurants.. tried breakfast below expectations as well as cleanliness , some of staff were friendly, received a call from GM and was very generous & understanding for the incident… with improvements to hotel.

Pros: The staff are exceptionally kind. They helped me order dinner one night and they also were very kind when one of my children got sick and I needed a quick bedding change. I was very thankful for their hospitality. Breakfast was adequate for my family. Cons: The internet is limited. Also, while in general the rooms are clean, I did find multiple hairs in the bathroom and a few in our bedding/towels.

Nice new hotel. During our stay, it was "too new" since it was still under construction. The rooftop restaurant was under construction and we were having breakfast at the swimming pool :D. But overall I would recommend it.

Spent 4 nights here. The staff is very helpful they can do whatever you want. Breakfast is fine (I usually skip breakfast so..) The view from the room is great. Almost everything fine, except the wifi was really slow when we were there, but best hotel in the area. I am considering going back there.
