It wasn't easy to find the hotel as the hotel's name is placed in the sixth floor!! We had to call them through the number on Google and Booking but that number was unreachable!! Check-in was very smooth and quick. The room was of average space but very clean and modern. The whole hotel seems to be newly opened. There was no safe or iron in the room. At the beginning there was no toilet papers or soap so I had to call the reception. There was no answer and later on the phone stopped to work at all!! 😁 The toilet smelled horribly bad!! WiFi was useless. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign. The breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. Late check-out request was not easy to obtain!! Need to add that there was no "Free Private Parking" as they mention. Parking is in the street, a public area which is free of course!! I would be very generous giving them 4 star (hoping that they improve) although 3 stars are fair enough.

The room and bathroom was dirty upon our arrival. First night, the room had no towels at all and after i called reception numerous times they brought hand towels only. The tv remotes did not work. Other than that, it has a good location and restaurants, shops and markets are walking distance.

Came about two days ago and stayed for two day with my husband and family in law . I am all the way from Chicago (USA) and I love the hotel. how they created it exactly like USA hotel out there . The only hotel that I went to In Al-aqabah that where very clean and very professional is twins hotel . The staff was excellent - Anas and Abdullah are the owner of twins hotel made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. service was excellent - Staff was very helpful in making several reservations for us. Food was great.Christian was very nice and super helpful when we had our breakfast. Selection and quality was very much appreciated. (The staff) is one of best parts of staying at twins hotel. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay. So thank you so much for everything. We really appreciate it. We will be back.

As I and my girlfriend arrived they welcomed us with smiles. We felt like home! It’s such a nice hotel to stay in, the customer service was great, The price was even better! They include a great set of packages and freebies! Clean rooms and yummy breakfast! I know I’ll come back when I have another vacation here!

One of the best things that make me want to go back to this amazing hotel is everything actually. Breakfast was so delicious, staff are amazing and professional ,rooms are quite and clean and the rooftop was perfect to sit and relax in the evening with a good shisha.

Such a nice hotel! The receptionist Ash (Ashraf) is really helpful and has the best recommendations for diving and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, great AC, nice shower, very nice breakfast with local dishes and friendly staff. They help you whenever there’s a problem, just ask them. WiFi works fine. Would def recommend :)

Quite a new hotel, and it was totally fine - not amazing but not bad. The room is a little small, but had everything you need, although our window was broken and we could not close it. Rooftop bar is nice for sunset views. Breakfast was really nice - it had lots of local dishes on offer. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was extremely clean for the pickiest standard ever. We came in on a rainy day and there was a staff member that kept wiping the floor after every single guest! The rooms were very clean as well. We were only three people but we had a huge room! Three single debs plus a king-size bed. Our bathroom was nice as well: the shower made you feel like you were showering under a storm in an amazonian forest. The rooftop had a nice view of the harbour at night (but it's far away so you won't get noise from it) but it was deserted, so maybe we went up at the wrong time. We parked our rental car just under the free parking spots under the hotel so we don't know if the hotel has a private parking lot. The city centre is pretty close but we went by car anyway. The guy at the desk, Hassam I believe, was very helpful. Breakfast was rich and with some western options as well as Jordans.

I think this is a pretty solid choice for a cheap night stay in Aqaba. The highlight is the staff - they are very helpful. They helped us book a beach day and snorkeling and helped with washing our car. The breakfast was very good for a small hotel and the rooftop has some nice views. The gym and furniture across the hotel is new and looks in great condition. I would say that the rooms are a little small ans have some minor flaws - our window would not shut and there is a smell of the drains in the bathroom.

Clean and modern hotel. Parking is available at the front of the hotel and also in a dirt car park at the rear. Friendly staff speaking excellent English. Rooms were spacious and clean and wifi worked very well. Free cucumber water and delicious hibiscus drink on offer in the reception area. Tasty breakfast. Easy to check in and out.

We did not regret choosing this hotel for our stop in Aqaba for 3D2N. It is like what the reviews said. The hotel seemed like a brand new hotel and not so many guests during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel. Pros 1. The staff is very nice, kind, friendly, and helpful. We talked with Liezl in the reception and she was excellent. 2. Parking is free and it is in front of the hotel. 3. The check in is fast and smooth. They just need our passports and give the keys to our rooms. 4. They have 6 floors in total and we stayed on the 5th floor. The view is not the best but we are still happy. 5. The hotel is quiet, and clean. Every space in the hotel smells good. 6. Buffet breakfast is normal. You have many options to fill your stomach. 7. The room is spacious. We have a balcony. We did not turn on the AC because the air temperature is perfect in December for us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The TV has many channels but sadly none of them are in English. Complimentary drinks are available in our room. 8. The bathroom is also spacious. Hot water works perfectly. We have clothes hanger inside the bathroom. Towels smell good. Amenities are quite complete. 9. The location is quite close to the city center by walking. It is safe. 10. The free Wifi is stable and strong. Cons 1. They just have 1 plug for the European plug. Please, bring your own if you stay here.

VERY CLEAN and VERY FRIENDLY STUFF, if you want to book an affordable yet clean and high service, this is your place! We arrived noon and the weather was very hot , the receptionist ( his sir name was MOMANI) brought us water to refresh! Also we got a spacious room with a sea view, it was very clean, breakfast was very good and a lot of options, one night before check out i asked them to prepare breakfast boxes for us as we were leaving very early, which they did, , its also 10 by foot to the beach and city center so its amazing! all in all totally recommended

Great place to stay. Staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help. Really looking forward to going back. Many thanks to all of the staff in making my stay so memorable and enjoyable.

1- Rooms and hotel are modern and clean. 2- The service is great, lovely staff who helped us with treating a cat, we asked for additional 8 towels for the beach and they immediately provided them. 3- Location is close to the city. 4- The owners were present at the lobby and they asked us for our feedback as well, they are twins and it seems that’s why the hotel’s name starts with twins.

We were staying at a hotel with very loud noise and a dirty room so decided to leave late at night. It was 11.30pm but we could still book a room here and check in late at night. Although we booked the wrong room, we were given a free upgrade to a better one. The service was magnificient and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very modern, and the breakfast is super extensive and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Aqaba.

The location is very good, there is a parking space, shops and the beach are nearby. The receptionists (a gentleman and a lady) were very, very kind to us, they spoke perfect English, and the lady helped a lot with our diving tour, for which we cannot be grateful enough, it is so perfect The bell boy was also very nice, he took our belongings up to our room, which is very professional. The whole hotel is very clean, the cleaning boy on the 5th floor was very nice, he always asked how we were and we were given extra towels. The wifi in the room was very good, there is even netflix on the TV, and the air conditioner works well. I like the elegance of the hotel and that they pay attention to small details, such as the Christmas tree in the lobby. In short, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in Aqaba. We only stayed for one night but if we could we would’ve stayed more. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting the city, they even offer shuttles to/from Berenice Beach, perfect you if want to swim or just relax by the Red Sea.

We had a nice stay in Twins boutique hotel. The breakfast was my favorite part, everything was super delicious. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and a beautiful bathroom.

We stayed at a few different boutique hotels during our stay in Jordan and this one was the best. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean! We loved how clean and modern the bathrooms were as well. We had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Set in a newly developed part of Aqaba, close to shops and restaurant, this is the perfect location for your seaside getaway. We've spent 3 days with my partner in one of their deluxe rooms and there is literally nothing I would suggest to improve. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Staff is professional and friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The owners did an exceptional job with this hotel, I wish them all the best with any future endeavors.

This hotel is still in its soft opening phase. However, the staff is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and clean. My family and I were treated with great kindness by a staff that went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend this hotel withot hesitation.

We arrived by google maps in-front of the hotel but couldn’t identify it 🤪. The check in was easy. The Room was nice and clean but offensive non tolerable odour coming from the restroom 🤧. The window can be opened easily which is not safe if there are children. There was no soap, shampoo, shower gel or paper in the restroom so we had to request it. The roof was good with wonderful view but actually no service. I would like to give four star in order to improve the service as it seems to be a newly opened hotel.

Really nice hotel, with excelent services! We loved the stuff and the quality of everything in the room!

We really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. It is located close to many shops and restaurants! The parking lot is in front of the hotel and we found a spot each time. You can also buy vouchers for tala bay from them(cheaper that from tala bay entrance). It is like 15-20 min drive to the berenice or tala bau beach. The breakfast was ok. There is a little bit noisy at this time because there are some construction nearby but this was not the hotel fault. I gave 4 stars only because there was a strange/bad smell in the bathroom. Maybe they will have a look on *04 column and they will solve the problem.

Clean, proffessional crew and very helpful and kind people, but dont trust them when you need to help book a taxi or your trip. They don't take their word and scam you. The hotel manager is missed when something went wrong and they never answer the e-mails. We just learn the lesson. The hotel is perfect, we spend a quality 3 nights here, but don't trust them when you want to book your trip in jordan!
