Delicious burgers great service. I like how they flame cook the burgers.

Alot of reviews say they had bad service in the past but i just went there and they had amazing service! And very tasty burgers! Was skeptical at first because it had bad reviews but im glad i went there! Will be eating here way more often now!

Usually they have decent food but this time is the last we will order from there. The hard buns were from a cheap bakery, not the usual. The burgers were so old and chewy. The fries were not cooked all the way and was so old. I would not have paid 1 JD for it! On top of that the delivery guy parked across the street. We waved at him, hollered at him and he still wouldn't pay attention. I think he was playing around on his phone? We finally had to call him and tell him we are trying to get his attention. Usually I give tip but he was definitely not trying to delivery in a timely manner. It is no telling how long he set there. It was a horrible, over priced experience overall and we will not be ordering from Heros again.

Bad attitude potato fried in the aged oil too expensive for their perfect quality and they have the best service next time I would like to 💀 up. Don’t go there

Very bad , portions of fries are ridiculous, fried tenders size is very very vey small , bread Looks old and is smothered with oil or butter not sure what but also doesn’t look or taste good Burgers came up unwrapped put on a tray

This was my favorite burger place in Aqaba.. not anymore! Unfortunately something has changed either the management or the suppliers they get their stuff from. Burgers were burnt, French fries ere overcooked, water bottles brand was very cheap, kids meal came out without a toy or anything, only burgers and fries which was disappointing for the kids which made me mad

Not the best burger, fries are too salty, the place inside reeks of frying smell, best is to sit outside.

I requested 2 meals one burger chicken and one kids meal, Dry bread, small kids meal without toys. it’s expensive meal.

Delicious burgers -wow! I had the Mexican burger, its got a kick to it 😂 if you like hot burgers I dare you to it...The restaurant is in a great location in Aqaba @ Ayla Marina Village.

Very solid Burger at a reasonable price. I didn't have the best first impression of heroes so I wasn't really expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beef and the overall flavour. Definitely would recommend

Burnt Burger ,Crusty Buns, Super small kids meal with missing Toys,fries soaking with oil. Expensive and not worth it Definitely among worst Burger joint in Aqaba
