Come and stay here if you want your vacation to start (and continue) with headaches. Dirty towels, incredibly small rooms, poor service, and one guy at the reception would not even bother to answer when the travel agency called. Want headaches? Come here. Want a peaceful vacation, try another location. Photo 1: most of the towels we got were like this one. Photos 2 and 3: maintainance/cleaning room. So, stay away from this place!

Very nice and clean and moderately modern hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is serviced daily. Location is superb: ocean view, major shopping areas are all around, many restaurants that are frequented by locals, very walkable. Breakfast was OK, water pressure and temperature were also acceptable even at highest floor.

The location of the hotel is excellent. See view from the windows was amazing. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The towel crocodiles in the room were funny. Dear Nairoukh hotel staff, thank you for contributing so much to my unforgettable stay in Aqaba!

Nice location, but except that, not very worthy. Extremely old bedrooms, views to the backyard full of garbage and a constant smell of cigarettes coming from the air system. The policy of reimbursement is non existent. Honestly we expected something better according to opinions and reviews. To avoid if you're looking for european 3 stars standard.

Hotel location is good, close to the beach and to the city center. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and the green market is in few steps fare. Hotel personal kind and friendly, cleaning of the room could be better bur satisfactory. Our room was small but fitting to the booking information. The bad thing is the very loud neighbors, day and night very loud – also the look onto the roofs of the buildings are awful. In the room itself something dos not work properly: door-key, internet, hot water – but the good thing that the hotel personal wanted to solve all the issues fast and quick. In general, good hotelgood locationfriendly personal, but take the rooms looking with sea-view, these are much more recommended (with price difference to book).

Even a public toilet looks better and it's cleaner. The towels are dirty, the manager is rude! I strongly DON'T recommend!

Great location, the staff was very accommodating, good food and great coffee. The beach is across the street. Shopping area behind the hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great place if you want to walk and enjoy the views.

They didn't have any toilet paper for the one night we were staying there, not enough towels for 5, we needed to call for blankets for the sofa bed, also shower water was cold. Would not recommend.

A budget hotel with great location, the staff was friendly very accommodating, the beach is across the street. plenty of restaurants nearby. nice place if you want to walk and enjoy the views. The room was small with outdated furniture, I dint like the use of carpets as stains remain over and you cant tell how clean it is, bathroom was good with shower box, the water was warm not hot but I didn't complain about it as it was ready as I prefer. my room was with a view from the back street of the hotel with awful view and there is no way to open the curtains. over all the room was as advertised but more cleaning will make it better. There is a restaurant for breakfast, they have a good collection of oriental dishes but they didn't provide any fruits or fresh fruits juice, but for the price this can be acceptable Overall nice stay but the management can work on enhancements to make it worth the 4 stars.

"Free parking" was informed when reservation, but in fact, no parking lot. I had to park my car just beside the road but very difficult to park a place. Staffs are friendly and helpful so they found parking place though... I don't recommend anyone who has a car. very busy there. Room cleanness is fine but strong cigarette smell comes out constantly, so I opened window and door all the time. Breakfast was nice and view from cafeteria was fantastic sea view. Great location adjacent to beach and restaurants.

Everything is clean, the view from our room to the sea was amazing. Very well-located a public beach is 100 meters away. Enjoyed our time here.

we stayed at this hotel for one night before going to Petra. it is a nice hotel with a good size room & bathroom. The front desk staff was very nice. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning which was Mediterranean but seemed decent. I think a good room for the price.

I advise all hotel visitors not to request a taxi service from the hotel staff Because they will give you a very high price To take a percentage of the price of your trip I advise you to go out to the door of the hotel and you will find a taxi at fair prices Don't let anyone set you up

Staff was nice and polite, location of the hotel was good, close by beach. But hotel does not meet four stars. Furniture was old and room smels like a cigarette. Breakfast was not enough.

Very kind and helpful staff. Amazing location right in front of the beach. The food is also good. They exchange dollars to JD for a quite fair exchange rate. The cleaners made us animals from the towels every day such as elephant and crocodile. Would recommend it any time.

Nice bedroom. Bathroom so little and no really hot water at all. Breakfast was bad. It can be very noisy especially during evening. Not what you expect from a hotel of this level.
