The hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were very helpful and friendly. the views from the rooftop were stunning and also has a small pool on it with plenty of seating available to relax and enjoy a drink. It is situated about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the centre of aqaba which has very good restaurants of local cuisine or the more international brands of fast food. I highly recommend this hotel.

A good hotel, but rooms were so small, yet, the sea view is really nice, and provide all required aminities. The staff were really helpful and nice... Parking is available... The view from the roof is amazing specially at the sunset. But the pool is relatively small. All over all experience, it's a good value for money. Location is really good and accessible from various areas. The free breakfast was OK... But it would be great if they can add food for people with diet restrictions.

I do recommend Hotel BAITY in Akaba, well maintained, with a pleasant setting and environment. The view from the rooftop is wonderful and memorable! The staff in the hotel and restaurant are calm, responsive, very kind and smiling. Special thanks to Front Desk Supervisor, Hussam Abu Jaber, who is always smiling, listens kindly and patiently, always ready to help, and shows a high level of service and professionalism.

Nice hotel, tasty food, and an amazing view (especially at night) from our room on the 6th floor

Comfortable stay and rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast very basic buffet. Don't come here looking for a full English, this is a Jordanian hotel with their food. There are also no dietary restrictions food on offer - not even sweeteners. They may provide if asked but I made do. Room were spacious and clean. Kettle in room but only coffee and coffee mate provided. Lots of shops about if you want to pick up some tea bags and milk. We changed rooms after a few days as I couldn't stand the smell of cigarette smoke permeating the room and corridor of the 6th floor (despite being a non-smoking hotel). Reception staff were happy to move us and investigate ( not sure if that bit happened but we were moved) The worst feature of the hotel was the rooftop pool area. Pool was clean and welcome for a dip on a hot day ( only big enough for a dip) but the furniture is not maintained. Most of the 6 sunbeds were broken and all the tables and chairs were well past their best. Towels were provided but you had to ask for them. Overall it was a base for our stay and we enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff for making us welcome.

The staff is great. Everyone is polite and helpful. We slept out one night (wadi rum trip) we informed the receptionist about it and the next day, when we were back, she called us to check, if we are back. Breakfast are quite good for this country standard and everything looks fresh. In conclusion very good hotel for reasonable price.

The hotel is pretty good, The rooms space is acceptable and prices are convenient. The reservation usually includes breakfast with various types of dairy and traditional food. The staff are friendly, there is basement parking for your vehicle as well. Overall experience is perfect.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were clean (except for the windows that seem to never have been touched). The terrace is not looked after at all. The room is spacious, with good closet space, and the view was nice. The staff in the restaurant were very kind, welcoming and professional (especially, Sara, wi'am and marwa). However, one of the staff members at the reception (Ayham) was extremely rude and violated the professional ethics in doing his job in dealing with a guest without showing any respect to me or any consideration to my privacy, enterfering in the guest's personal matters in a very rude way towards me and my guests; behaving in an unprofessional manner that lacks basic ethical principles, which is not suitable and not acceptable for someone who works in the tourism business dealing with people coming from different countries and cultures. The hotel manager was notified of the issue and promised an apology and to take action toward the employee, but unfortunately, nothing was done and the unprofessional staff member did not apologize for his unacceptable manner, which also showed the weakness of the management in such incident. That kind of behavior is enough for me not to repeat this experience, while I felt so sorry that such people are representing jordan in an important sector like tourism.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff in the centre op Aqaba. We stayed one night in this hotel with a tour group. Rooms are very clean. The pool on the rooftop is very small but provide you with a stunning view.

Perfectly Retreat at BAITY Boutique Hotel in Aqaba City I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the BAITY Boutique Hotel in the enchanting city of Aqaba, and I must say, this hotel encapsulates the best of what Jordan's hospitality has to offer. From the moment I set foot inside, I was greeted by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was effortless, and they did an exceptional job at making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Throughout my stay, they proved to be attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The hotel itself is a beautifully designed property, with contemporary comfort. My room was not just spacious and immaculately clean, but was also well-furnished with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and breathtaking view of the Red Sea and the city skyline. The hotel's location in Aqaba City is an added bonus. It's situated in a vibrant neighborhood with ample restaurants, shops, and local attractions all within 10-15 minutes distance. It's also conveniently located near the public beach. I had the pleasure of dining at their in-house restaurant and was absolutely wowed by the food. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, a perfect blend of local and international dishes. In all, BAITY Boutique Hotel offers a unique, memorable stay with its combination of a superb location, exceptional service and beautiful décor. If you are planning a trip to Aqaba City, I wholeheartedly recommend the BAITY Boutique Hotel as one of the top options for your stay. I myself look forward to my return visit.

This hotel was very disappointing. My room had no hot water, the air conditioning was not working, and I got bitten by bed bugs. Single female tourist are given the worst rooms.

The service was excellent. The cleanliness was 4/5 . Breakfast options were a little limit. They had complementary dental kits(tooth brushes and paste) available, which are usually paid for in other hotels or must be requested. The room I had was spacious, and the windows were big. The staff are very friendly. The prices was very reasonable.

Rooms ok unless you need rails or shelves in wardrobe. Staff great - they are the vest part about the hotel. Pool area has ripped chairs and dirty fabric and trip hazards. Location not great unless you gave a car, the road it's on is not a very pleasant walk to the (very dirty) public beach. Don't expect a reply if you email them - they completely ignored us.

Good hotel, kind staff, nice roof terrace. 20 min walking from city center. The bar is in the same room as the breakfast and in the bar it is allowed to smoke, so you could smell tobacco while having breakfast. To me, it should be forbidden to smoke in the bar during breakfast’s hours.

A very nice, clean and elegant boutique hotel. The staff are exceptionally nice, helpful and friendly- Hamzeh at reception was very helpful and professional. The rooms are so comfortable, neat and clean. There is an underground car park which helps a lot, the part where the hotel is quiet and easy to get to. The rooftop area and cafe are very nice, and the prices for the cafe are so reasonable. We would have loved to sit there at noon time, so some shading over the seating area would be nice, as the view and place are nice. I definitely recommend Baity Boutique Hotel👌

Beautiful hotel with nice views to the city. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was full of options. The pool at the upper floor is quite petit, but it surely has great views to the sunset. At night you can see the lights coming off from Israel and Egypt

It was my first visit to baity hotel ... the room it was very clean , bed was very comfortable ,not to small room it was a good size room, they have a lovely rooftop with very tiny swimming pool and they serve drinks and shisha. The breakfast not bad also. Under the hotel there is a pharmacy and there is supermarket near to the hotel.

Stayed there as a couple, one month ago, February 2022. Its was OK, clean, and brand new hotel. Came back on March 18th, on a business trip to Aqaba, they refused to check us in!!!! I've talked to the manager on call Mr Hamzeh over the phone, without solving out our issue!! Can anybody while those difficult harsh days, lose a client??coming every couple of weeks as a business traveler. Yes certainly there is, BAITY BOUTIQUE Hotel-Aqaba. Poor management skills, very poor! I don't recommend at all!

Very nice hotel with kind and helpful stuff. It’s clean and the food is good. It’s about 10-15 mins walking from the city center. The view is awesome at night. Special thanks to the reception’s supervisor (we don’t know his name) who helped us a lot during the stay!
