Rooms were beautiful and clean. They have bubbles and regular tent rooms. All have AC, electricity, and private bathroom with running water. Some tents have an extra room adjoining. Ours had two twin beds. Our room key was really hard to use. Board walk connecting all rooms, office, lounge, and dining room. Very quick drive from Wadi rum village. They pick you up from the Wadi rum parking lot and will offer to take you on a tour right then for a price. We did a quick tour in the back of a truck to see the sunset and hike a sand dune. Dinner and breakfast included in stay. Breakfast contained Arabic and American style foods. They assign you a table for your stay to eat it but other than that there are no COVID restrictions. People were not required to wear a mask and food was a traditional buffet. Lounge was extravagant and had music. It is up steps behind the dining room and it is connected to the mountain behind it, very cool design. If you go earlier it is empty though not a lot of staff there for service which was fine. Staff were all very friendly and most spoke English. Beautiful location. If you want an experiences you schedule them in the office when you arrive. We did a sunrise camel ride and were back before breakfast opened (pay the camel owners in cash at end of ride). At night they have a free stars viewing and dessert walk. I wanted to join but after getting to the office there was a big crowd of other interested participants who were not social distancing or wearing masks so I left. They take credit cards. We scheduled our reservation over whatsapp.

A Local Drove Me by this Place & He stated that People from Europe 🌍 use it for "Exotic Pleasures & Videos" so I decided NOT 🚫 to go to the Place.

Honestly do not know how this is rated so high, I assume the majority of the reviews are fake. A very strange place. If you can imagine "fyre festival" as a desert hotel. It is not luxury, at all. The food is absolutely shocking - and it is impossible to leave the compound and go elsewhere - I got bad food poisoning from some chicken i had there. The grounds are very dirty with rubbish everywhere and smell like rotting meat, we stayed in a pod and the finish inside was very bad - if you look closely at the instagram photos they are all taken in the same Pod which has been done to a high standard - the others are not like this. For example we had 2 separate duvets for one bed, the heating didn't work, the room was very small, the metal beams was rusty, and you can clearly see where bits have been super glued together, no WiFi or signal, and absolutely no activities to do unless you are doing an organised jeep tour which is £120. What is barely shown in photos is the dinner/breakfast hall which has the vibe of a school canteen (again, not luxury). For £300 a night, I expected much much more. Its not worth it. Save your money and go to one of the slightly cheaper places for a night, or better still just do a day trip from aqaba.

Strictly okay to poor experience. Two stars for the location and non reception staff which was nice and helpful. Reception staff, less I write the better. But in general, I would say purely commercial minded venture with no regard for the location where they are in (loud music, tonnes of lights, garbage / junk everywhere). Reception staff is bit too much in their own heads. I really hope money here trickles down to the lovely bedouin people who work
