The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because my experience in previous branches were pleasant. I was shopping for a travel luggage, firstly the discount prices were a total mess that even the attendee got confused. And secondly, we asked something from the attendee and he suddenly turned into a magician and disappeared.

I think this is the biggest LuLu Hypermarket in Salalah. It attracts thousands of shoppers every day due to the fact that it a wide range of goods and services. However, they need to activate more cashiers during the busiest hours additionally the have to boost their hiegene during the pandemic.

Good place for routine grocery items. A mini mall as well. Food court is small with limited outlets. Praying area is average size. Toilets were not that much clean. Parking is v big.

It's a small mall. Has both supermarket and hypermarket. Also has 2 exchanges and gold shops. The food court is kind of disappointing as they have 4 restaurants but only 2 were open. Parking is available for free.

The hypermarket is OK. But avoid click-and-collect. I had a bad experience of ordering. All was prepared except one item which was not available and another item was not the right one (regular salad vs. Iceberg I ordered). For the last 35 days I'm chasing them to get re-imbursed for the non delivered item... No response after several reminders. No more online orders anymore for me!

Frankly, the after-sales services are very bad for electronic devices. Now, for two months, I have been following up with them. I took a TV and they do not want my request to replace the device. I advise you all don't buy from this store.

All in one supermarket. Beautifully arranged. Easy to access. Helpful staffs. Due to week end and Diwali festival lot of offers were found on the store. I went there during morning hours and the rush inside the supermarket is moderate and they have all the counters working and it was quite easy for me to bill the items i purchased. Has sufficient enough parking spaces around the place and well marked.

Like I was in the shop then some employees fight each other and one of them his father died so the other employee started to make him angry and start to say "isn't your dad dead huh? Is he) so thats so much bad to hear like the employee that lost his father was about to cry so please check your employee

You can find everything you need here for household items. Best place to get some fresh chicken, mutton, and vegetables. Their service level is better than any other outlet.

The largest shopping centre in the area currently for food (2017). Sells everything food wise you could ever need. With an upstairs homeward and clothing. There are a few outlets that sell mobile phones and jewelry. The top floor has a food court and large kids play area.

It's a good place for shopping indian and omani items

It’s OK for some things, but like all the other stores in the area, there is extremely low quality plastics, and I have yet to see even a decent quality broom. Imagine that.

Fantastic hypermarket however BEWARE of their products on sale that is consumable!!! They've discounted the prices for a reason!! Like for example cheese, you may find some cheese that have mould it in, oranges that have worms and lices living inside!! We know what you're upto lulu! You and nesto!

Lulu hypermall is bigest super market around the area. Thay have all kind of items and all departments, like electric items, household, groseray, enjoyment, cloths, and so many things. Thay have big Large parking area. And thay two story bilding, one part have reguler items, and first floor have cloths, footwear, electronic items, and 3rd floor food courts, and restaurants. At the main entrance 2 atm machin also.

It's only not more than 10 mins after I eat this food which I purchased in Lulu. I was excited to eat for a thought it was fresh, But when I taste it the first empression is its left over and have some smell. The food is very cold and not smell fresh.

Just awesome, nice, calm and quite place. One of the best shopping mall i have seen in Sultanate of Oman.... Their product, staff, help centre, the view of the mall, parking place, everything are so good.....

Lulu hypermarket is one of the most famous place in salalah to get everything.All kind of groceries like home baking,chocolates,Fresh fruits ,vegetables, dairy products, fresh sea food, poultry, butchery,bakery items and also cookware, cloths,gym items ,shoes ,electrical and electronics and stationary .....etc

We got salmonella after buying “freshly made” rice with chicken and egg (I guess it was pilaf). Would never recommend buying made food in this supermarket.
