What's really upsetting to me was the fact that I specifically went to enjoy the "rocket ride" but that ride was closed on that day. I was charged a full ticket but was not informed that one out of I guess 4 adult rides in not operational. That's almost 25% of the rides not working on that day. Do take your towels, life vest for under age kids and be prepared to pay the full amount for any child above 1.2 m, regardless of his age. Their will be a very unwelcoming thorough check for your luggage at the entrance and most of your items including the undergarments will be taken out in front of everyone. All this to ensure you are not smuggling any water bottles inside the park. You will be paying full charge for older people who will be accompanying you, but won't be riding. However, you won't find any decent seats for them to sit and watch their children or grand children have fun. Overall, the experience is mediocre to say the least. The rides aren't thrilling, but kids under 8 will definitely have a lot of fun. Don't compare this with wild wadi Dubai or any such water park. Keep your expectations really low, wallet wide open and you just might have a good time.

I have so many rides and took part in water games. The park is known for its water slides and wave pool, those were a highlight for me. Overall, it was great fun and memorable experience!

The Lost Paradise of Dilmun is a must visit water park in Bahrain. Not too big and not too small. Great entertainment with family and friends. Good music and live shows also happening on the wave pool. Kids loved it and specially the drinks bar by the pool where you can order mock tails or summer coolers. Very well maintained and lovely place to spend a nice summer weekend.

LPOD is first ever water theme park in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The park consists of slides for children and adults separately, wave pool (often accompanied by live DJ on certain occasions), lazy paradise river, sandy beach and number of other attractions enjoyable by both adults and children. Other additional features include rented cabanas, swim-up bar, eateries n cafe, shops.

One of the best water parks I have ever seen. The ticket cost 18 BD. The park has many activities, including the DJ waves, volleyball and many other. There were restaurants and snacks shops inside, so it was prohibited to bring food from outside the park. They were careful with dealing with the games inside, to keep the visitors safe.

What a Wonderful place to enjoy a full day out. I came here today first time with my friends. It's a very hot day but when we reached there and enjoyed the water rides. we forgot about hot weather. There are alot of places where you can enjoy. Especially Beach Club has amazing view and sitting place plus live performance were sinply amazing. must recommend a day out here with your friends and family, as they have alot of things for kids to play and enjoy.

Its a wonderful weekend place with family. Kids will enjoy playing in water and the adults can test their adrenal levels with free falls and high water slides in this water park. Restaurants inside are not so good and just allow you to get rid of your thirst and hunger immediately, beyond that it’s just an average place as restaurant. The guards are help-full and support the young kids and even suggest and motivate to take the rides ourself. Overall its good to spend a weekend with your family.

Very nice and very good price. They have pools and slides and even an arcade. It's perfect for your family. I don't recommend going alone. Min party of 2. But there's tons of stuff from hyper slides to even a tide pool. There's tubing, a lazy river, even a children's section. Their promise of a swim up bar isn't realistic. It's a cabana on the "Beach" at the tide pool, but it's gorgeous none the less. It's very pleasing and there's even a gift shop and fitting room. If you don't have everything you need, they sell it at an affordable price at the gift shop. Their hours are long and wide open. It's an amazing place.

Recently visited water park after four year. Great experience. All the slides were safe. Lifeguards were everywhere. Very safe environment. Wave pool, river, and slider were fantastic. Inside restaurant and coffee shops available. Locker facilities available. 4-5 hours can be spend with family and friends. Ticket is 16 BD. Lots of entertainment available inside water park.

I visited this place many of times but at the time I am writing this review, I had a great fun in their National Day Bonfire BBQ nights where we spent good time with family in a hut, live music and great food that exceeded our expectations. We, a group of friends with families, spent a beautiful Ramadan evening at LPOD on 15th April. It was such a pleasant experience - right from the friendly reception staff Ms Arti Bhatia and her Director Mr Said El Farsi who gave us a special group discounted entry price, the rides were so exciting for kids as well as adults, the wave pool, the cosy chalet, the hot piping sumptuous meals, the lazy hammocks, the boat fairy light show, the sheeshas, games, prizes for kids and adults, can't think of anything that wasn't superb!!! I can't remember the names of all the staff who impressed us with their warm hospitality but do remember few more names like Santosh and Sree. Mr Said truly made sure that we all have a 'Said - Happy' experience just like his name and he kept checking with us about our comfort periodically...hats off to this gentleman! While we have created beautiful memories and clicked dozens of pics, we are still looking forward to more in coming times, this is really a great place for everyone. Took the kids over during a summer vacation in Bahrain. It is away from downtown, but is very easy to get to. Kids had a blast. Cool water in the hot summer. We were there for about 2-3 hours and were able to do all the rides. Place clears out by sunset. There was a DJ in the wave pool the day went, which was fun. Wave pool is quite big. Facilities are average to good. Didn’t eat there but there are several food outlets. Good place to visit.

(There might have been a better ride that was unfortunately shut for renovation during my visit). The park is small and can be done with in about 90 minutes.

Very nice for family and group of friends 😍 all staffs are nice and friendly.. Very safe and all slides has lifeguard. There's wave pool too, there's pool bar but they don't serve any alcoholic drinks. Bathrooms r very clean and big. Amazing slides🤩 there's ice cream stores and some food stalls inside. There's also store for swimming stuffs. Better bring ur towel coz they don't have any towel for rent, u have to buy it. Also they have lockers if u like u secure ur stuffs. Very nice experience 💕

very large water park with sparkping clear water, good food, attentive and polite staff. not too expensive, good value for money. water slides are the best in middle east. absolute kid heaven. they had easter games today.

Rides are very fun and totally worth it and Hasan Nooh was very helpful and was very kind and respectful.

There are 2 ticket prices 15BD (online) and 25BD(counter) and both are the same; but they don't mention anything about the cheaper ticket. The park is relatively small compared to what you pay for with about 5-6 different rides for adults. The food inside is overpriced. The waiting time for rides is about 20-30 minutes; which is just ridiculous. There is no organization on the the "rocket slide"; it's basically complete chaos to get the jackets required for the slide. The dj wave pool is a some of the positive aspects. I suggest to visit on working days only.
