They have a long list of massages they do. So, when you tell them which problem you have they will just show you the list. It's not you and your body, your specific problem, it's them and the masages they give. Ideal for people who're looking for relaxation or deep tissue massage but not for a specific purpose, you can tell them where it hurts - but if it's not on the program then you can't get it. I went to have a Brazilian wax done. Very nice establishment however, the lady rendering service needs to be properly trained on how to apply the wax. I really believe they are placed in these positions without any training. First, she applied cold wax to my skin which really hurts and is very uncomfortable. Secondly she had no tool to apply the wax. She applied the wax with her hand to my bikini area which caused the wax to get everywhere in places it shouldn't have which resulted in me having a reaction and getting irritated in my private area. Then they only provided one towelette so we had to reuse it. Once she rinsed it out, I noticed wax was still on the towel after I wiped off my private area which again got in places it shouldn't have. I asked management for a fresh towelette and she refused. Worst experience I've ever had. I do not recommend this location. Very unprofessional and management should be ashamed. This establishment doesn't even deserve a one star. Do not go here.

Usually it's really good, but this last time they let me book a package deal when some of the services were unavailable. Why not disclose that when I booked the appointment? Do better!
