I have been visiting this place (maha tower branch) for quite sometime only due to location. The work is professional but one of the nail artist is insensitive towards customers. She was rude but I ignored and again next time she comments on my language and me. I contacted them to submit my feedback but no response. Any professional place should not give customers remarks on their diversity. Hope these people understand this and do not do this to other customers.

Their attention to detail and long lasting gelish is top notch tbh. I’ve had my nails stay for 6-8 weeks too! And all their nail technicians and artists are extremely talented.

I called and book an appointment and request a specific nail tech. Once I arrived I was told the nail tech I requested is currently in Germany. This should have been communicated when I booked my appointment. I allowed another tech to do my nails and gave her an inspo picture. She did a great job with the nail application but she wasn’t able to do the design. After several attempts I decided to just do plain nail extensions. Very disappointed.

No one can compete with Ukrainian nail technicians:) Nails last long, and done with perfection and style.However, the interior of the salon looks shabby, the tables look dirty, nail polish stains are everywhere. Instruments are clean and sealed before being used on your nails.

I was certainly impressed with the fantastic decor and the vivacious personalities of both ladies. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, I enjoyed being at the salon and I’ll certainly return.

Some of the girls there are very rude (2 specifically that I felt with ) She whispered under her breath something in Russian just because I told her there’s a fuzzy on my Nail and her work wasn’t even that good! My nails aren’t even and the color from the sides are off ….bad experience
