the apartments are very small for the prices, the security guard attitude is very bad, and he insults residents who cannot speak arabic in arabic because he knows they won't understand him, and the management are arrogant and racist, they tell you the availability and prices based on your nationality

Not at all a place for me even to consider... Simply a RIPPER ... Extremely confining unit for a very high price... Felt like a detention center! The furnishing were way sub standard...

Been here for almost a year, never had a problem, loving the place. Staff is cooperative, very responsive and proactive. Clean and new, highly recomended for the stay.

Currently they changed their business into commercial rent instead of furnished apartments. There are only studios and 1 bedroom apartments. The entrance and corridors are all equipped with central AC and my floor was quiet. No sufficient parking slots. The maintenance is terrible. There is a laundry partition in basement where 80% of machines are damaged. They seem to ignore any tenant's complaint deliberately. Bottom line: they offer competitive rent prices at the cost of mediocre level of service.

Good place to rent and live, competitive prices compared to other buildings in the area
