Pathetic experience… I don’t recommend this hospital.. Metro is not deemed to be a clinic. It’s a sales company. Dr. Anand Gowda is a very good salesperson. You better take off the prefix Dr. and add the prefix sales manager. He is only sitting for extracting money from patients. Prescribing unnecessary medicines and IV. This is a lucrative business.. patients will visit him only once… I would prefer shifa clinic for general medicine.. Based on my wife's personal experience, I definitely do not recommend Dr. Shalini (gyn) at all. She goes by the book and tells to do all unnecessary tests and threatens that if tests are not done then she won't release report. Even after doing required tests, she informs to do more so called "ULTIMATE" test to rule out everything which is just absurd and still doesn't come to conclusion and keeps patient in suspense until she's satisfied by doing all tests. Just a strategy to make money.

Dr. Shalini Jaluthri (Gynecology & Obstetrics) is the best doctor i met so far. Doctor is experienced, friendly & listen patiently and had given great advices. I am very happy with the doctor and strongly recommended doctor. Thank you doctor. Also the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Teach your doctors or send them to training to make them learn which are pregnancy safe medications and which are not. I was beyond shocked when this lady (physician) prescribed my friend pregnancy C category drug inspite of informing her that the patient is pregnant (first trimester) To your reply: you should be asking me the doctor's name. You don't have to worry about the patient, we took her to other hospital.

Best thing about Super metro salmiya is their good doctors and supportive staff. I consulted Dr. Shalini in gynecology department. She is very good doctor with good experience.She listened to all my queries and can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care you have provided throughout my consultations. If you are looking for good Indian gynecologist in Kuwait , I totally Recommend her. Also the managers in super metro are ready on floor for any queries and very patient. OVERALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

We are a regular here, we have a had a good experience with all doctors are extremely helpful and friendly except for Dr.Meghana Molleti Dentistry I wish she would care for her patients and improve her attitude towards her patients. She is extremely rude I wouldn’t recommend her at all. But definitely super metro is our place to visit regularly highly recommended.

Horrible experience. Only want money. They only want to take money and no proper care. The doctor there Dr. Jaleeb Palliyal and night shift manager have too much attitude. Just want to force patient to take injections so that they can earn extra money. Even when asked what the diagnosis is they said nothing serious but to take unnecessary medication and injections. When asked what the injections is for they said its normal saline. When asked for customer helpline they said they dont have one and gave one blank a4 size paper to write complaint. What kind of hospital does not have customer helpline. Do not go to this hospital. It does not provide healthcare to regular people. Their patient care is only for the people they feel can spend alot of money.

For a private clinic, I have to admit it's the most reasonable when it comes to the prices of doctor consultation, tests, and procedures, I appreciate them handing free water, they have snacks and coffee machines with very reasonable prices as well, I visited for optometrist and he was really helpful for treating my eye bacteria issue, I visited again for test package. My only issue is they need to improve the washrooms, and their waiting time for the lab results takes too much time

I have visited Dr. Mahesh Shetty for my shoulder and neck pain, and the treatment he has given me has been excellent. I have recovered within a few days. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a orthopaedic doctor.

Dr.Mahesh Shetty, Orthopedics, has brought a huge improvement to the pain in my toes! I suffered the pain for over 2 years, unable to sleep on many nights. Supposedly peripheral neuropathy but I don't have diabetes. Met several doctors before Dr.Shetty but didn't work. Through medication over the last 6 months from Dr.Shetty, the pain has almost gone. I maintain monthly follow up visits to take his opinion. It's a blessing that we have such a doctor in Kuwait. Thank you, Metro!!

One of the most low grade private clinics in kuwait . Some of the doctors are incompetent , I live just next to metro , but I would rather go to Hadi or IC ! Furthermore, their administration leads neither follow up on feedback nor address issues . IC , Mowasat and Hadi are all much better!!!

I was having numbness on my right hand. I've tried several hospitals with little or no result. Fortunately, I was lucky to be referred to Dr Mahesh Shetty within a very short period. The treatment he administered to me worked out very well. The numbness has amicably been solved with medication he administered to me. I therefore hold him in a very high esteem due to his very high professionalism .

Dr. Mahesh Shetty's (Orthopedic Dept.) intervention proved highly effective for my son Ryan's leg injury, which had developed an infection and he was unable to walk. Seeking treatment under Dr. Mahesh Shetty instilled confidence in us regarding his recovery. Remarkably, he healed within a brief span of time. Grateful to Dr. Mahesh for his excellent treatment.

Unsatisfactory experience. I have been doing laser hair removal at metro super specialized salmiya since several months and had a very unsatisfactory experience. this time when i did my session some days back. It makes feel even more, as we are paying the full price for it. A suggestion would be to have the previous staff handle the laser at salmiya as the new one did not do a proper job.
