Very cunning and greedy management . First of all the rent is very very high for this small apartment . Okay leave that aside. Even after paying 50 kd at the time of signing contract , they will ask you to pay more money while leaving telling lame reasons ! Better flats available nearby with better facilities. Let God save everyone !!!

Very bad flats never go there. If you touch anything it will fall of immediately and you have to pay for it

Rent is less compare to other buildings, but staffs are not friendly. And very rush kind building

Hv a very bad experience being part of their service. Atleast u shud hv some courtesy to handle ur guests appropriately. Evrything is lame der even the things they hv in their rooms to adorn with .things fall of easily how can it be the fault of a guest. The structure is withering.If the apartment is your property its your responsibility to make sure that Evrything is in stable condition. Unfortunately we became the witness of such a bad service. N they made us pay extra for the thing that has fallen down with out any human trigger. Very lamentable experience.this will no longer near my recommendations list.
