It does not deserve a star. The staff are bad. There is no treatment or manner. While I was in line, they told me that we will not receive or order after 10 o’clock, knowing that they should take other people’s orders.

The 1 star reviews are all right and justified. This by far is the worst McDonald's branch in Kuwait. It's miserably understaffed. Service is too slow and each time I come to order the cashier person leaves his/her desk and helps kitchen staff with orders!! No wonder queues always build up there. I live near the mall so trust me I gave it many chances over the "years" !

Long long line waiting there orders My order time: 19:00 Time of receiving order: 19:39 It was just happy meal nugget !!!! It was not good experience at all I don’t see enough workers inside the kitchen. KFC beside it can offer whole chicken within 5 minutes

Slow service One cashier And one employee distributes dumplings I waited 30 minutes and my order arrived incomplete 👎🏻

Very very very bad service Cant handle many orders and you will have to wait standing for so long to order and wait as well to collect your order cashier didnt take order for like 15 minutes to help staff in kitchen and the waiting was accumulating mcdonalnds are great just not this branch

I swear to God, guys, I went a quarter of an hour ago. I swear to God, it was the worst experience. I told them I wanted Sprite. I swear to God, the Almighty, My May is coming. Guys, whoever goes to order from any restaurant other than McDonald's?
