First of all,Very great customer service,and second of all I've known this trusted company for about 7-8 months,I recommend buying any sports equipment or any thing at all (mostly about sports) from this company.you won't regret it. (The reason I say you're won't regret it because some of my friends have bought dumbells from this store and I have used them for like almost every day i am with them and it is very comfortable,and also I love the chest weight pack it is so durable and yeah you could trust this company without any hesitation what so ever.) Recently bought padel racket from Pro Sports. One of the best sports shop in Kuwait. Definitely recommended.

I wish if I could give 0 star. Awful experience with customer service person, his attitude towards their customer is bad. Recently, I had been there to re-string my badminton racket which was purchased from pro-sports a few months back. The guy who re-strings the racket in kuwait city branch confirmed me that he will restring n give my racket back the next day same time but was not able to do so and upon asking started arguing saying that he told me to come after 6pm and asked me to wait thr for more 2 hours and also started giving vague reasons. Honestly, the products are good but the service is pathetic. I will never buy any sports products from them nor I recommend it to any of my friends.

Online store is the best I have seen in Kuwait. It is updated and user friendly. The products are usually a bootleg variant but the prices are better than other places in Kuwait for similar products.

Amazing customer service, they respond & follow up by email, WhatsApp and phone calls throughout the day. They are also very supportive if a product exchange is requested. The only reason I rated them as 4 stars and not 5 is that I have on occasion received items missing some parts however they were quick to address these issues. Overall the best sports equipment store in Kuwait for online ordering and home delivery & installation that I've come across. For reference, some of the items I've ordered from them are: Powerblock dumbells & bench, Olympic bar, weight plates & stand, and a power rack.

I just want to thank the team at ProSport for their great customer service. I had ordered equipment for home gym before the Black Friday sale (I did not know there was going to be sale), and they actually altered the pricing to reflect the sale. This tells me they hold integrity and care for their customers truly.

very durable equipment, My favourite piece of equipment is the 1441 squat rack, It has a bar holder as well as a pull up bar with saftey pins for squating. I highly recommend buying! 🦾
