Worst resort ever seen in my life. Just 4 rooms at the resort and if you book rooms at this resort you will be fedup of coming to Araku. Not safe for family. We made booking 1 month back on November Month for room and paid advance for 2200 but while we came to resort in December Christmas time they said rooms are full and we need to sleep in tent. With 2 years baby We are forced to stay in reception room with family. Please dont go for this resort they are money suckers. Money is the only thing in their mind. No proper water facilities. No hot water facilities. For everything we need to ask the hotel management and taking bath will take 2 hrs here. Waiting for water to use restroom and waiting for geyser. If you start by 6am you will get ready by 8am. I hope APTDC cancels the license of this kind of hotels. Please go for haritha resorts in Araku run by APTDC Government.
