Nice hotel with good staff and nice inside and outside pool. There was plenty of food to choose from and the food was okay but not more than that. When we arrived, we did not get any information about a water problem in the room. When we asked the staff about it, they told us that there was some problem with some pipes. When the water actually worked, it was yellow/ brown. One day it was no water at all after 18.00. We did not get any discount for the stay and paid full price. It's a bit disappointing.

One of the best hotels in Serbia and maybe the best spa center too. Interior and exterior are super luxurious. Rooms are big with very good beds and bathroom. Food is excellent. In spa center you have 3 closed pools, one jacuzzi, few saunas, massage beds, so many sunbeds and lot more intresting things. Their homemade ice cream is super delicious and you need to try it. On summer you can go to their aqua park with so many water slides. Service is very good. All recommendation for this hotel!🤌👌👌👌

Far from 5 star hotel more 3 star. Lack of staf main problem (only one waiter at dinner, only one cleans tables at dinner, at swimming pool no one cleans pool beds and tables). Lack of hygene, especially in public toilets (spider webs all around).

A five star bussiness hotel with a large spa and children ammenities. To start from the rooms, they were a bit of a let down after entering a hotel as it looks amazing. The good thing is that we had a very nice balcony for a morning coffee and cigar. Size is okeyish, but no place to sit but bed. The amount of food at swedish table is astounding, fresh and delicious.As for hospitality, I'm a bit mixed, as half of the staff is super professional with a smile anf whole nine yards, and other half is like they dont care if you are there or not. I would personally commend waiters at lobby and breakfast restaurant. For children, there is a large outdoor playground, a program for kids from morning with interior playroom, children pool and i suppose(since its december now) for water slides in summer. The city is minutes away from hotel, through a beautiful park.

Rooms are nice and well equipped, the food is excellent and the hotel overall looks amazing. However the service is questionable. First, at the checkout they charged me for a beer from the minibar - there is no beer in the minibar, just spirits, wine, juice, water and snacks. Second, I forgot my swimming shorts in my room and arranged with the hotel for them to be delivered to my home. I paid for the shipping but found out that they sent me a different pair of shorts. Lastly, I called them to see what was going on and they said that they didn't find anything in my room. WTH??!

Rooms on the small side. Hotel looks dated. Needs big refurbishment. It should be 4* and definitely not 5*. And definitely not good value for money. Staff not helpful and knowledgeable enough. Spa was fine, however, tired looking. They had lovely Xmas decorations outside. Massage was great! We were determined to enjoy and used all spa facilities. I would not pay this money again to stay!

This is an awesome relaxation retreat . For winter it’s great, chill out in hot thermal pools while it’s freezing outside. Go swim in cooler pools if you like also. Kids absolutely love it here also. It’s a regular place we visit while in serbia.

We expected a lot, and were still blown away. Everything super-clean, friendly staff, quality spa and pools, and trully delicious food. Great for couples, and for families too. Looking forward to visiting again.

DISAPPOINTMENT, unfortunately, big. This used to be a 5* hotel. 1000 eu is too much for broken sunbeds, greasy dirty ones, torn towels, some equipment in the gym doesn't work (1 treadmill doesn't work), other equipment can't be used because the equipment needs overhaul. The lifeguard at the swimming pool (student of the school on practice) was rude, unkind to the guests. Children are jumping, splashing around in the pools next to the sign its not allowed so you are under constant pressure if you will to hurt a child. The only staff who have been working for many years have the attitude and demeanor of real restaurateurs and all praise for the "old guard". Upon arrival, we received vouchers for a 20% discount for lunch in the restaurant, but that discount is only valid for limited dishes, that is, a couple of dishes from the menu, and no one mentioned that. All in all a poor deal and service for the money. Unfortunately, we did not get a holiday for such a high price. Not recommend.

Day 1- An impressive 5+ stars for the service quality and attentiveness of staff. Surrounds are very pleasant. The price of the room is somewhat higher than those of similar offerings but having the full use of the amenities and facilities is the bonus you are paying for. Non smokers be aware: the restraunt down stairs does not have a smoke free zone, we were advised that they could bring the food to the bar area which is smokefree. A bit of a let down as we did want to experience the restraunt style service hence the low rating. Day 2&3- We concentrated on the food and spa offerings. There was a very wide range of breakfast and dinner offerings. Very impressive and accommodated a variety of diets and tastes.

Hotel is located within the Bukovicke Banje Park.Very nice and clean.Rooms are comfortable and very clean,large swimming pool area with thermal water at 36 degrees.Food is good with plenty of options.There’s a bowling alley,pool,table tennis kid’s playground indoor and outdoor.There’s also a very nice aqua park during the summer.Highly recommended.Staff is really professional and friendly!

We came all the way from Belgrade do enjoy aqua park and then we find out that the tickets are $50 per person... $50!!!!! THIS IS RIPPING PEOPLE OUT, and not human at all. Aranđelovac Is nice, but the main thing you can see or du is the aqua park. Hope they close and not have any customer

I've never had a better time at a hotel. The service is professional. The hotel looks like a museum. The food is great and varied. We are already hoping for a return.

Hotel itself is great. Luxurious, clean with many different things that a 5 star hotel should have. Spa is one of the best ones in Serbia. But the food in the hotel restaurant is sub par, bad even for 4 star hotel standards. Not many choices and even what is there is not 5 star quality. I found undercooked meat, overcooked spaghetti etc. If they fix the food quality, we would visit much more often.

Great place.The staff is polite, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is delicios, also so many services - pool, beauty saloon, lobby bar and more.Everything you need for a good vacation.

What to tell about Izvor. Hotel is really classy. Nice furniture and decoration. Really spacey. The problem is SPA. I understand that it was the best in the country when Izvor was opened. However, now looks pretty much outdated. Not enough saunas. Sauna area is not separated empty from pools (like it is done in Fruske Terme, for instance). There is no ambient music and it’s very noisy. There is no enough many swimming pools nor space for swimming. Overall, nice to visit but would be good during the week and to avoid weekends.

Wow amazing what can I say. We stayed for 4 days over Easter this year and had an absolutley fabulous time. The Spa facilities are excellent largely due to the water quality, clorine is not used making time in the pools a relaxing and restoriative expereince. All the food was delicious a great selection of local Serbian specialties and international favouites. All the staff were warm and friendly which really addeed to the overall experience. Comming from the UK a stay at Hotel Izvor is incredibly good value, this could well become an annual trip for us.

The five star hotel was awesome. We got a lovely room with two twin beds and a balcony. We had all inklusive, so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was plenty of different food. The should have the food on "hotplates" so the warm food is warm all the time. We god cold omelets and eggs and other warm dishes every morningen because we ate breakfast at 9.00 insted of 7.00. The dessert looked awesome, but tastet bland. It was some variaty in the dishes from day to day. They had lots of fruite and cake to every meal. The pool area was great with a big pool outside and lots of sun beds. The inside pool area was awesome with mineral water in the pool. There were different pooles with different temperatur. The spa area was totally awesome. Great massages! The location of the hotel was quite in the middel of a small village. There is one long street with shops, but it isn't in a big City.

Super hotel, especially if you want to spend here your weekends. Late checkout available in Sundays (you can stay until 5 pm here).

Great 5* hotel with excellent water park for grown-up and kids. Selection of food is top and they respect lot of anti epidemic measures to protect his guests and employees.

Not too crowded. Half-board, so u have to pay extra for lunch. Has outdoor pools, aqua parks for kids and adults, welness and spa, gym etc. Only minus is that is way too pricy. And the water in some poola should be warmer. Overall it was a nice stay. Food was really delicious.

Beautifull main swimming pool, helpful staff and pleasant rooms. The reception desk was so very kind to send me by the post my flip flops which I forgot in the room, which was greatly appreciated and added to the pleasant stay and great impression.

Amazing hotel. Spacious rooms that are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. It's bad that it's half-board, with no all-inclusive option, but breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a great selection of quality and tasty food. Prices for additional services and meals are consistent throughout the facility and are low in relation to the level of service. Spa and pool are just great. Big and small aqua park, indoor and outdoor pool, with mineral water, and different water temperatures. Staff is professional, warm and welcoming.

Excellent place. I loved the luxury feel in every part of the hotel. Room was lovely. I loved wellness and spa facilities. Breakfast and dinner options are diverse, ranging from local cuisine to international dishes. Staff is more than helpfull. I would love to come back.

Impressive service, very pleasant people, very clean. The spa is also excellent! The only thing I missed was an extra blanket, but then again I didn't bother to ask. Best recommendations!

They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We really liked the amenities. Best buffet ever. 💯 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and in favour of thermal water. ▪︎Note: ‼️‼️ The swimming pools need some staff supervision to prevent the children from jumping, diving and bothering the guests.

Rooms could be better, cosmetics and amenities arent 5 star

Two out of the three toilets in the lobby restrooms had piles of dirty toilet paper. You can tell that these piles weren’t from one individual per stall but from multiple use. Hotel of this status needs to have better staff to keep sanitary.
