If you are looking for a great nail salon look no further. I have been a client here for over a year. Dee is my nail technician she is amazing. She always makes sure I like her work and I always do. She can even tell if I don’t like something she can read my face and or my voice. That really means a lot. Give them a try.

Rude people. They will talk about you and your requests in their language and they aren't shy to be obvious about it. I observed one employee on the phone the whole time she was doing someone's pedicure! (So rude) also, they will overcharge you! I paid 80 dollars for dip with French tips that are too wide and uneven. Stay away!

Angel is awesome! She does my nails and lashes and they always look amazing! I just had her do permanent makeup on my eyebrows and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Angel is a perfectionist and strives to do whatever it takes to make her customers happy! I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!

I LOVE everyone here! The staff is so sweet and funny and i’ve never had any issues with any of my nails! i’ve been to tons of nail salons around and none of them have topped Novae Beautique☺️!

Novae had great reviews so I thought I would give a new place a try, that was a mistake. I got a regular manicure, regular polish. They couldn’t understand me enough to answer a simple question about what brand of nail polish they used (they don’t have any of it out to see). She finished my manicure in about 15 minutes, fast is great but not at the expense of quality. They didn’t even address my cuticles which is the main reason I get a manicure (I can throw some polish on my nails myself.. ). Then by the morning of the next day one was already chipped and didn’t even do dishes or anything harsh with them at all. Not really sure what I paid for here but the job they did on my nails was a very sorry excuse for a manicure. In my opinion it was more of a polish change and they should have charged me like $10 rather than for a manicure. Very disappointed in this salon and do not recommend

Visited today for the 1st time for a hard gel refill. Upon entering I just received blank stares even though I had an appointment and no one introduced themselves. The young woman that provided my service was clearly annoyed by my questions regarding the products, and brushed me off several times. She just repeated, 'I don't know I just work here'. Again, I don't know her name because she didn't introduce herself. The salon was eerily quiet as no one was talking even though there were several employees and at least 6 customers. The woman assisting me became angry because she couldn't adequately complete the design I requested and she had to remove and reapply the gel coating. She told me, 'people do things differently' and became even angrier when another employee seemed to try and give her guidance. It was clear that they scheduled me with the newest and least experienced tech. She needs much more training and she has a bad attitude. She stood out from everyone as they at least wore some sort of uniform versus the pajamas she presented in. Unfortunately I didn't get her name because no one introduced themselves or even spoke to amongst eachother. Unfortunately this place seems to be yet another assembly line nail shop and there are a million of those around. The whole vibe was uncomfortable and the employees just seemed rude. They're definitely not interested in building a loyal customer base.

I love coming here! Everyone is so nice, and they treat you so well. Dai does my nails and she is amazing! The artwork comes out great and she never rushes. This is my forever nail salon.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I got an acrylic full set and a gel pedicure. My feet are still covered in calluses. My nails lost 4 out of 7 rhinestones in 3 days. He charged me $35 extra for length, rhinestones and design. Hands down the most expensive set and the shortest I've ever paid for. They looked cool as hell when I got them done. I was definitely shocked when I heard $92 was the total. I knew length and rhinestones would be extra, but $35 extra? I'm willing to pay high price points, but not for work I have to go somewhere else to get redone in a matter of days. I'm so disappointed. The facility was beautiful. The people were kind. The work was beauty school level at best.
