Amazing place, facility's are top notch. The ice cream cart is fantastic. Having the lake close buy for swimming and kayaking is unbeatable. Also the wild life is amazing for the kids. Best caravan Park we stayed in. Cheers Guys

Very well kept park with very friendly and helpful staff. It's in great location and has lots of great amenities. The mobile phone reception is almost non-existent and their wifi is restricted to a small dedicated area. These features are a pro for some people but I heard someone complain about it. Personally I liked being almost incommunicado but I think people should be aware of it. Overall a great park with great staff in a great spot.

Great little spot to camp with a group, kangaroos, emus and cockatoos everywhere. One night we realised didn't have plain flour for cooking , I went to reception hoping to be able to purchase some, however they didn't stock this item. However it was amazing that a staff member names Jo (female) offered to go to her own cabin and provide a cup of flour to me. It's these above and beyond types of service experiences from staff that make places like this one even more appealing.

We spent 6 nights at Halls Gap Tourist Park, had the trip booked for 6 Month in advance, and throughout that time, communication and booking was easy via email, even an SMS message with extra instructions on the day in case we were running late. The location was perfect for us, central to what we wanted to do everyday and only a few minutes drive to Halls Gap, and the cabin we booked, which was just behind the playground, was perfect for our needs, with 2 boys aged 6 and 8, the playground was a blessing, and it was so nice to see and hear all the kids from other families all playing together, especially hide and seek at dusk with torches, and hiring a fire drum with wood/kindling made for great toasted marshmallows. The Sulpher Crested Cockatoo's and Red Rosella's were extremely friendly, and visited us, as well as other campers daily, the kids loved having the birds land on them for a feed, something the boys hadn't really experienced before. Every few days, the park organised a kids scavenger hunt, to which we all went walking around to search for clues to a question, and the winning kids won a free ice cream, again, a nice touch, something a bit special and fun for the kids. The reception was set up with a small selection of gifts, wines and beers, basic essentials, and a coffee window every morning. The heated pools were a hit with the kids, we went three times whilst we stayed, and overall, the cabin and park were perfect for our stay and what he wanted to do while there.

Great! Toilet and Shower Block always beautifully clean. The kitchen and dining area has a great woodfire. internet access, and wall chargers. The park is on the best side of the Halls Gap Area. We saw so many beautiful animals around our site.

After reading the reviews about this park I was expecting something really incredible. We were already on the back of staying at some pretty amazing holiday parks at half the price anyway so had high expectations for this place with it being double to what we had been paying. Sadly expectations fell a little short. Staff were really friendly, park is well kept overall. What lets this place down is the lack of in-park features for families. The whole park is centered around the 2 pools as the main features. Although it's warm, it was chlorinated beyond belief, so much so myself and my daughter came out itching. Plus, they were heaving! Must have been almost 70-80 people spread across the 2 pools. Next was the playground, for the amount of space in this particular area and the amount of children staying, it surely wouldn't take much to fix the missing swing or even add in a bouncy pillow. The playground was really disappointing and looked pretty sad to be honest. The lack of the trampolines marked on the map disappointed my kids too considering they had the luxury of this at every other campsite we had stayed at. Lastly the toilet blocks were the longest walk we had all holiday and were getting pummeled due to having only 3-4 toilets per gender in the lower end of the park. There were literally hundreds of people staying here and the amount of amenities did not match the amount guests. Aside from those things, great having open spaces next to the park for a walk and so on but sadly due to double the price what we were paying at other discovery parks with much better features and better equipped facilities, we left disappointed. Another toilet block and a better park would have made this a 5.

We've been here multiple times. Camping here is wonderful! So much wildlife, toilets/showers are great and heated in winter. Heated swimming pool. Wifi in lounge if the kids need a little gaming time (great connection) along with TVs for the sport. Laundry facilities are good. As for the cabin, it was good at best. I enjoyed having our own bathroom and somewhere warm. The bed was awful for me but fine for my husband (i have back problems and had to sleep on the couch). Speaking of the couch, the cabin sleep 5 but the couch seats 3 at most. The others have dining chairs (of which there is only 4 but was fine for us). The freezer was full of ice and started melting during our stay so we had to sacrifice a towel to mop up the mess. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. They had a "facial bar" which i used for hand soap but there was no soap dish so it stuck to the edge if the sink. Toilet paper was 1 ply but at least it wasnt that plastic stuff you get in public toilets. Personally, i prefer camping there but we are hoping to try one of their other style cabins which I hope will be a bit nicer. The deck was wonderful though and i loved that each bunk level had its own window. Everything besides the fridge issue worked fine and enjoyed our time there so anything negative is really nit-picking. From the park we saw wild emus, kangaroos and deer (not to mention the birds). This is the only place we will stay when visiting halls gap

A stunning location, definitely the nicest location of all the caravan parks in Halls Gap, and the cockatoos will land on you which is pretty special! The facilities were very clean, and the showers were hot with good water pressure. Camp kitchen is well equipped, clean and well maintained, and indoor dining area was very nice and warm on a cold Victorian morning! There are not enough toilets however, 4 per gender in the lower end of the park and a long walk for some. There are also only four washing machines, 2 were out of order and 1 was a much smaller machine, so there was always a long wait to use one. Most of the sites in the top end of the park are not level at all, which we thought was really odd. The site we were allocated was so sloped it wasn’t safe for the van, to get it level we had to chock it up so much it was wobbling, although thankfully they were able to move us to a level site but make sure you ask for a level site when booking! Staff were mostly friendly although some were quite abrupt and clearly having a rough day. Sites were small but no smaller than other similar parks. We did have things stolen though (clips on van storm covers!) so be warned. We put everything in at night because the camp next to us had multiple things stolen. Not the parks fault of course just something to be mindful of.

Just returned from 4 nights here! Such a beautiful campsite and perfect for kids - playground, pool, fires allowed, beautiful flat area to play, ice-cream cart and kids activities, and all just a short bike ride into town. Big shout out to the staff who were so helpful and great engaging with the kids around the shop. We have booked again for next year - hoping to get one of the sites closer to the Valley!

One of the best caravan parks we have visited. Interval combined Toilets / Showers were excellent. Camp Kitcher /BBQ / Wood Heated Lounge/ Laundry complex was fantastic. Plenty of space and wildlife. Thumbs up from me.

Beautiful location and good facilities. Staff were friendly and very professional. The temporary walls keeping the communal rec room space warm are an excellent idea in winter!

Our absolutely favourite place to stay. We’ve camped here twice and stayed in cabins twice over the past 4 years. Toilet / shower facilities are modern and clean with at least 3 showers being a bathroom setup with toilet and vanity. Views are incredible as is the large clearing with a huge abundance of kangaroos, emus, deer and cockatoos. Kangaroos move freely throughout the park after dusk. The camp kitchen is incredible. There is a gift shop, coffee window and ice cream cart, playground and trampolines. It’s a glam place to camp!

A perfect place to stay at to see the Grampians. Amenities are perfect, the kitchen and sitting area are well equipped and warm (a closed room with a fire place). One of the best campgrounds I ever stayed at.

The site is close to town and the facilities are modern and well kept. however we had to move our caravan because the site was so uneven that we could not put the legs down at the back because they hit the floor, and the legs at the front would not reach even when they were fully extended. most of the sites in the park are like this but the people who worked in the park let us move to one that was towards the bottom and more suitable. other than that, this is a beautiful campsite and i highly recommend visiting :)

Perfect little place for the family or couple. Heated pool, the front office sells all the essentials if you quickly need milk or food. Quiet, and worth the stay! Hire a bike and use the dedicated walking/bike trail to get into town!

The grounds of the park are immaculate! A lot of thought has gone into providing the best experience for campers, thanks! Th toilet and shower block were clean and modern and extra touches like music in the shower and toilet. Other amenities include a camp kitchen that is well equipped and clean, indoor and outdoor dining facilities and 2 pools. There are plenty of kid friendly activities and they even sell ice cream and barista coffee so you don’t have to leave the park if you don’t want to. I stayed on a powered site with 6 people and price was reasonable and the site was huge! Camper trailer, 2 tents, Ranger, gazebo and still plenty of room on the site. There are some rules in place that are enforced: fire out at 11pm, quiet from 10pm, but this is all appreciated to ensure a happy and respectful stay with everyone around you. It’s not the closest to town, so you would need a car to get to many of the walks, but I would definitely stay again.

Had a 2 nights stay at one of their cabin. The place is clean and well kept. Has all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Not too far from Halls Gap center as well as trails and look outs. Will definitely come back again. I highly recommend them. 👍🏻

This campground is by far the best I've ever been to! Incredibly clean, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, very friendly staff, 2 swimming pools and a large space. You even have kangaroos, parrots and any other animal you can observe. A campsite that I highly recommend, with a great welcome

We spent a few days in the campground which is amazing! We had the opportunity to do many camping in Australia and this one is the best! The campsite is spacious, modern, clean (cleaned all the time with a lovely staff) and close to nature where we met many animals. I can only recommend it 100% 😍

This is a great park. Although it was a little soggy from a lot of rain, the sites were all well maintained. The amenities were the best of anywhere I've stayed also. Lots there for the kids with trampolines and the wood heated pool also. On top of all that, it's a spectacular location with amazing views and wildlife
