The toilet did not work. I called the front desk twice and no one from “engineering” came. I had to keep coming downstairs to use the restroom. The towels were DINGY. The sheets were not white. I had to sleep on top of the bed fully clothed since the chair had stains all over it also. Beyond Disgusted. The final time around 12:30am I couldn’t take using the restroom downstairs since there was a prom going on there was no one at the front desk to assist. After all that I just went to sleep in my car.

Conference food was terrible. Constant coffee shortages. The staff at the front entrance is nice and helpful. The hallway smelled like poop the entire time I was there on the 9th floor. Coworkers told me it smelled like poop on the 10th floor as well. The toilet had to be flushed a few times because there wasn’t enough water pressure. Not really nice views from any level of the hotel. In essence, this hotel is solely for business and not for leisure. If you’re on vacation, don’t stay here. Worth the $80-100/night? Yes. Worth more than that? No. They also charge for parking. I do like that they have an a stand for car rental within the hotel itself. It’s relatively close to the food court on the third floor of the Towson Town Center. Bar area are almost 1/2 mile away. The conference hallways had a weird soggy beer / moldy drain smell. Almost as if someone was constantly burping. The chairs were terrible. With all that said, this hotel is on par with its classification of 3 stars and as such I give them 4 stars.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel was quiet and not too busy when my wife and I were there. The staff are nice and the room is clean. The breakfast buffet could be better for its price. But then again, the friendly and attentive staff, the quietness and cleanliness more than made up for its lack in food selections. Would also be nice if the hotel upgrades the lobby, restaurant, hallways and rooms. None of these made my experience any worse but would help create a more luxurious and inviting ambience especially since it is the only major hotel in this area since the Marriott near Towson University closed.

Great location. Near Towson center with a big mall. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance. Easily accessible via freeway. The hotel looked nice. However, room might need an update. Breakfast was ok.

We made a reservation for a king sized room for a couple. Upon arrival they had no King sized rooms and offered a double bed instead. The management was non chalant and couldn't care less telling us that they could offer a refund for us to go somewhere else at 11:00pm after a long drive there. Mr. Johnson wouldn't offer any concessions or admit their error but blamed a third party reservation saying that they don't offer any guarantees if booked thru Expedia. Rooms are outdated and carpet is dirty. I wouldn't give them my business ever again. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

The positive: Staff was friendly The negative: - double booked the parlor room for my wedding night. They did give us an extra room, but we had to move all of our stuff in the midst of getting read for the wedding. - Parlor room was dirty on arrival with confetti and loose hair extensions on the floor. - only had 1 set of sheets, 1 pillow, and 3 towels on arrival for 5 people. Requested extra linens and only had 2 additional pillows available, one of which did not have a pillow case - when calling room service, the phone was unplugged and the plug was behind a heavy TV stand. - were told there would be 2 shuttles available to transport guests to and from the wedding venue on request the day of. On the day of the wedding, they first told guests they could not use the shuttle because the venue was more than 5 miles away (it was only 3.8 miles away). After addressing this, they informed us only 1 driver was available to transport guests. - were told the club room would be available for groom and groomsmen to meet at. The club too was closed the day of the wedding. They opened it after multiple inquires with the front desk. - Dropped off welcome bags for guests to be given who booked through the hotel block. Only a few rooms actually received their welcome bag on check in. All of this was despite active and frequent communication with hotel staff beginning months in advance, both in person and through email.

The good: the people who work here seem to really care about your experience and give great service. It’s in a good location and the elevators are fast and there are plenty of them. And our room was really spacious. The towels are fine, water pressure is great. They give you a washcloth which has been scarce in my travels so that was plus. The Bad: The bedding and bed are motel six quality. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse pillow in my life and the comforter actually makes noise like you are rattling plastic. And it’s so light, you don’t feel like you are even covered. Last time I was in Towson, I stayed at the Holiday Inn, and the bedding was actually was much nicer. Also, the toiletries have a very masculine strong, masculine scent so I felt like a I was doused in my husbands aftershave. There were several events (3 Saturday, 2 Saturday night, 2 Sunday night) so you have to wait at the desk to ask for help as tons of people are get their parking validated. I’m pretty sure their main source of revenue is events because the rooms feel like an afterthought. The 80s decor is still in pretty good shape so it didn’t bother me that much.

Excellent, nice and clean, Very clean. Location was right next to the eye clinic. The young lady who delivered our room service was so sweet as soon as we entered the hotel. Delivered with a big smile. Only down side was no Microwave. Shouldn't have to call staff to take your food away and warm it up.

The good: 1. Room service is good and they clean everything and restock well. 2. Location- Right across the mall and good access to many amenities. 3. Check-in and check-out was fast and uneventful. 4. Starbucks in the lobby. 5. Good sized rooms and average beds that are adequately comfortable. Bad: 1. May be just my room but the temperature is not really adjustable. The vent is quite loud and rattles every time it starts and stops. 2. Bathroom ceiling leaking water on our last day of stay. 3. Bathroom door doesn’t latch. Overall, this feels like a 2-star hotel due to a building that feels old and hasn’t been updated in a while. Will likely not be returning.

Stayed here for our wedding. We were impressed by the service of both the maids and staff but were fairly underwhelmed by the rooms, and in particular the bathrooms. The showers are older style with curtain rods, are quite small (even in suite rooms) and water pressure is non existent (although this seems to be the new disappointing norm for hotels). Our room was a corner suite and while it felt spacious, that space was very poorly used and laid out. Almost no surfaces beyond the small desk and around the TV, and only 1 extra seat for entertaining besides the bed and desk chair despite there being room for a love seat. It was weird how it was setup. No logic to it. The parking situation is also atrocious with guests having to pay for parking and the garage not being attached. We were comped as it was our wedding stay, but guests were not. The on site coffee was good, and the room service was great. We were disappointed to see that the skybridge that used to connect it to the mall was gone. All in all a decent hotel but lacking some of the key things to make it feel convenient and comfortable which knocks a star off.

The service in the hotel was incredible! From the front desk, to the cleaning staff to the catering staff, everyone in the hotel was so helpful and kind. I was in town for a Dance trade show in the hotel and was so impressed by the staff throughout the hotel. Ronald in shipping was particularly helpful, going above and beyond to find some boxes that UPS delivered late. The rooms were updated, I love that there are bathtubs and this Sheraton is in a great location next to Towson Mall.

Watch out for the hot water! It's so hot it's dangerous, numerous people in our group thought they were going to get burned by it. It's a nice, if dated hotel. The service was very good in the restaurant for breakfast, our reception at the hotel, and at the front desk.

My sister had a wedding this past weekend at the Sheraton! It was the perfect! The venue was fantastic. Our wedding coordinators - Kathleen B. until she went until maternity leave and then we had Stephanie D were TOP NOTCH. They were always available to answer any questions that we had. They provided my sister and mother with 5 star service and met them many times to make sure that the details were perfect. The hall was beautiful. The video they had running outside the hall was a special touch that upgraded the event. The hotel block was perfect as well. they kept us all on the same floor so we had an awesome time before and after the wedding. I would recommend this venue and hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star staff, hotel, event planner and all around venue!!! We will be back. Thank you Sheraton for making my sisters special day FANTASTIC!!!!

The staff was great. The bathrooms were old and outdated and the surface of the tub was rough and rusted. Hated the shower curtain which can carry lots of bacteria after multiple uses. I'd recommend updating the bathrooms with tile showers and glass doors. Also, something bit me while I slept. I woke up with a welt on my leg. Very old hotel

Staff is excellent ! Great location you don't have to Uber anywhere to eat mall is across-the-street. ..Yes it's a dated hotel but request a corner room very large room actually pretty nice. We were on the 12th floor and passed the club lounge the most sweetest lady saw us wheeling our luggage we looked tired after moving all day..she quote on quote " when you get done settling in come on in to the club lounge and eat and relax " it was like a relative welcoming you HOME. Her name is Miss Millie she works in the club lounge and deserves a good star. She actually made our 3 night stay. As a titanium elite member Thank you Millie ! I hope she is recognized as a special employee and person .

I was here recently for a 5 day meeting. I felt comfortable at the hotel and the location was great. I had to leave a review because I went through a difficult situation at the hotel during the beginning of my stay. I was very busy at the meeting but the hotel was more the accommodating in rectifying the situation for me behind the scenes. Things can happen and it can get very frustrating when you’re dealing with defensive management or need to go through “corporate” to get things taken care of - but that’s not the case here. They made me feel like a person and took care of things to the best of their ability on the premises. I would like to thank Randolf (I think that was his name) and Skip for addressing my concerns appropriately.

I picked this because of the Marriot name and don’t think it’s worth the cost. Tired and dark hallways, stained carpets and a dripping shower faucet and generally just not up to Marriott standards. Room was clean and bed comfortable and staff are lovely. It needs a renovation.

The rooms are nice although there was an eyelash on the TV stand and the ironing board came apart while ironing. My entire family from out of town attending my wedding enjoyed the rooms and the service as well!! The location was perfect 👍🏽

The bedding was "dingy", the room smelled of mold. Room service and restaurants were subpar and missing essential items. Was charged for additional for parking even though I paid in my conference package.

I was here for a symposium and awakened with a diabetic need to eat. The gift shop was closed, and AJ came out and was super helpful. He gave me a Belvita snack, which helped raise my blood sugar, and he also recommended an eatery that delivered. He was so very friendly that I no longer cared about the orange extension cord in my room, the fridge that did not work, or the peeling wallpaper. My room on the 5th floor was very quiet and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The young man at the desk when I arrived, an African American fellow with locs, was also super friendly, checked me in effortlessly, and validated my parking. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to this hotel, and if the other staff are half as hospitable, then I would strongly recommend this hotel as one to visit. Sometimes, hospitality and genuine love for what you do outshines any other issues. Thanks, AJ, for being you and for making this stay a great one!

Friendly staff, competitive rates, and good room size. Rooms were a bit outdated but comfortable and no complaints for the price point. It's right across the street from the Towson mall so it's a great location! Has a wedding venue, rooms available for rent and catering on premise along with a full bar.

I can’t say enough good things about the Sheraton in Towson. I recently lost a dear friend of mine and on the day of the celebration of life, the venue cancelled due to a loss of power. The Sheraton, at the drop of a dime, was able to accommodate our party of 150. They provided us with a beautiful event space. The staff was extremely friendly and put together a great event, setting up the PA system and massive spread of food, all with only a couple hours notice. We will forever be grateful for the Sheraton and their staff.

I reserved 3 rooms. 1 king, 1 double, and 1 polar room for 2 nights. I asked for them to adjacent because it was for my wedding party of 30 people. I also reserved 10 extra rooms. The 1st issue was the check in for the 10 extra rooms. Could not find the reservations even with the reservation number given. 2nd issue was the polar room was not a king bed but a Murphy queen bed and the room was used prior for a meeting so it was filled with tables and chairs. No room to even let the bed down and no staff able to remove the tables and chairs. 3rd issue was the connecting room double bed was closed so I had to get another room not connected. And to top these issues they wanted to charge regular rate even though I was quoted a different rate when I made the reservations. I was told that no charges would be charged until check out. But my card was charged at check in along with $100 incidently for each room. The only positive was the staff was nice and tried to accommodate my issues.

Upon arriving to this beautiful hotel, I was pleasantly greeted by hotel staff. The check in process was seamless. After checking into my room I noted I was next door to a family with a crying baby. Given I was here all week for training I knew I would need a more quiet accommodation. The front desk staff were quick to provide me with a room change. I had a small mishap with my in-room refrigerator and the GM of the Sheraton, Randolph was on top of it the second he knew! He was kind enough to walk me to dinner in the restaurant located at the Sheraton and took things above and beyond from there. I had a wonderful dining experience, Tantania my waitress was prompt and exceeded my expectations with customer service. I had the BEST New York strip prepared by Chef Mike at their restaurant. I’m not a NY strip gal, but this blew me out of the park. Thank you for making my not so great evening, even better than I had anticipated after sitting in a classroom all day!

Traveling across the nation for surgery and spoke with Dion Genil to reserve my room. He was remarkably kind and empathetic. It helps so much to start a trip with such a wonderful experience. If the staff at the hotel are as wonderful as he is I’ll be in good hands. I’m sure they will be, but I’ll update the review after my stay in July.

Came to this hotel for a wedding. Everything was very clean, esp the bathrooms. The dance hall was big enough for 200 guests. The food was actually really good by the hotel catering staff. All the staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff was quick to clean the rooms and provided towels and amenities as needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent a week here after a huge tree fell on our house and we had to vacate. Stayed in room 620. The room was spacious, bright, well appointed and beautifully maintained. It was kept very clean by a highly efficient team of housekeepers. The property in general is clean, attractive and well maintained as well. Hotel personnel were unfailingly helpful and polite. There is a serviceable restaurant (you want the very personable and attentive Maurice to be your waiter) and a friendly and lively bar/lounge. If you have a vehicle there is an adjacent garage ($15 per car per night) where cars can be kept and retrieved (in and out) at will with validated tickets that actually work for the length of your stay. The hotel appears to be a bustling and happening conference and wedding venue. But these did not cause the venue to feel overcrowded or chaotic. All in all this was a most enjoyable stay under trying circumstances for which we thank the employees and management of this very well run property.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! They make you feel as though they've known you for years!! We always have out-of-town guests stay at the Sheraton Baltimore North in Towson. Josh runs a great ship!!!

We stay at the Sheraton because it's close to family, has a pool and fitness center, and food on-site. We could hear our neighbors on each side, and one of them kept loudly coughing. The food from the restaurant was good, but the fruit and bagel from the coffee shop were each covered in mold!! The Sheraton has great customer service, which makes up for its shortcomings.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When we entered the room the sheets were dirty af and had hair all over them. We requested new sheets, housekeeping was gone so the front desk brought up new sheets. Except the front desk didn’t bring up a bottom sheet. We called again and requested a bottom sheet. The front desk brought up ten pillowcases and no bottom sheet. Clearly this guy had never seen a bottom sheet in his life because it took another phone call and another front desk person to get us a proper sheet set. Even then the sheets still look kinda gross, the hotel is dingy, and the nightstand outlets were hard to find. Lastly, we requested a walk-in shower and ADA bathroom. None of the bathroom is ADA and they don’t have another room to move us to. Beyond amazed how bad this hotel is, please don’t come here.

I picked to stay at the Sheraton over a close budget hotel because Sheraton’s are usually great stays. In this case, I wish I had chosen the Holiday Inn that was $100 cheaper and closer to my reason for visiting Towson. This Sheraton was barely okay and the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because every person I interacted with was stellar. The room was not cleaned well at all. The bed had several long black hairs on the bedding, pillows, and between the sheets. For some reason they started doing painting prep to the walls in the hall of my floor late into the evening when I was trying to sleep. The toiletries in the shower were empty. I could go on but you get the idea.. skip this Sheraton.

I was on a fence with this rating. I wish I could give 3 1/2 stars. The staff was excellent. The location is great as there is a mall and Fresh Market grocery store right across the street. The rooms are in need of updating for sure. My bathroom faucet leaked water all over the counter, the faucet in the tub dripped the whole time I was there and the bathroom was just dilapidated in general. The beds were good and the room was large and had everything I needed. Don’t plan on ordering room service. I tried and tried and tried and no one ever answered. I did Uber eats the whole time I was there. There’s a bar and restaurant, but I didn’t get to experience those. I really liked that I could steam from my Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. All in all I was comfortable and would stay there again.

Been here twice. The first time the room was a mess. Different paint on the walls. A huge hole on the wall was covered up by a strip of wall paper and the AC vent in the bathroom was COVERED in dirt and grim, plus it wasn't even screwed on. This time, 4om is nice but took 45 min to get the TV to work right. Service tech was great though. Great location to my son's college, but if it wasn't for our Marriott points, I wouldn't pay to stay here.

This hotel looks modern inside. The room was nice. We stayed in a larger king bed room. The Rain Cafe and bar is nice. The breakfast buffet was good as well. Could have been a little more variety but most boxes are checked for breakfast. Towson Town mall is right across the street for your shopping needs. Plenty of restaurants to chose from well within walking distance for my out of shape self and plenty of others can be reached with a short drive. While the room was nice some of the wallpaper seemed to be starting to peel up and the counter in the bathroom seem to show some signs of wear and tear possibly in part from cleaning procedures from Covid. The hotel was very clean everywhere I checked out.

Well maintained property with very attentive staff. Conveniently located next to a shopping mall and quite a few restaurants within walking distance. There is a lounge on the top floor although it's a bit small and the breakfast is pretty basic. Overall great service and nice property.
