There was a big gap at the bottom of the door, big enough for rodents and bugs to come in from outside. There was a cigarette burn hole on my sheets, an iron burn on the floor, the stair well heading up to my room smells like pee, there's no continental breakfast, the tub was chipping and needed repair, and there was smoke from nearby units you could smell coming through the bathroom vents. I checked in and checked right back out.

The jacuzzi suite was horrible, no working clock and the jets didn't work at all. So I got a partial refund because of that. The room was dirty but I guess you get what you pay for. They should be shut down!

Accommodation was booked by a friend. Should not be in operation. Looks nothing like advertised. Absolutely filthy. Walk up hallway smelled of garbage and urine. Very old, dirty, and ripped curtains from an outside view in all rooms passed on the way to our room. Keys to the room did not work. Attendant assisted with entering the room. Oh no, the smell of weed and cigarettes was unbearable. Dirty bed sheets, etc. We had seen enough. The attendant offered to change room, declined offer, and asked for a full refund. Found a much better hotel nearby.

My stay was a nightmare. The rooms are disgusting. I checked in the 16th of December. I was given room number (104). Key was not working so the guy at the front desk opened the door for me. When I entered the room I noticed mouse droppings on the bed. So I kindly request another room. I was given the room next door (106). I entered the room looking around I noticed the carpet was dirty, the bathroom tub was disgusting. Again I kindly asked for another room. The guy at the front desk said to me. Either take room (104) back or leave. So I decided to leave. As I enter the room I noticed a mouse was eating my food. This hotel is infested with mice! Stay at your own risk. I recommend that you should not stay at that hotel. Save your hard earned money. The manager was avoiding talking to me regarding my experience at that hotel. Believe me I tried giving it 0 stars.

First off the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and above and beyond helpful. With that being said it's the WORST Ramada hotel I've ever been too. Tried 3 different rooms and all were absolutely disgusting. One room had lights broke off the wall and bathroom wasn't clean, 2nd smelled absolutely horrible and 3rd had no lights and bathroom sink full of water. Avoid at all cost.

Walked in and walked out. Sadly front desk people don't seem to see a problem with their rooms looking like this. Covered up holes in the wall. Broken head board. The room was heavily saturated in cigarette smoke as well, no fire alarm either it was just ripped out of the wall.

Honestly I don’t understand how this hotel can charge so much money for a stay. It’s so disgusting and dirty it’s like unreal their was roaches in my bed with me coming out of the pillow cases it was so nasty I didn’t want to eat or sleep there. And I’m not talking about no little baby roach I’m talking big nasty roaches then I realize their was old food bowls left behind the bed it was nasty some rooms smell like wet animals because they allow pets other rooms smell like smoke. This is the worst motel I have ever been to. 0/0

If you are considering staying at this hotel, please, I encourage you to read this review. This place is not secure; the rooms, and the building, are not clean; the WiFi does not work. You won't be saving any money staying at this hotel - your security and stress will cost you more. Check the photos from other reviews, the place has serious issues. Nothing to complain about the staff.

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. The dirtiness of the rooms are a huge health hazard. We showed up and didn't receive the room we paid for. They were overbooked so they gave us a room with only one bed, which was a huge inconvenience for us. We received a non smoking room and there were still burn marks everywhere from cigarettes. The bathtub and side tables had burn marks in them. The sheets had holes in them from burns and we asked for new ones and they didn't have extra to give us. There was junk all over the walls and clearly something splattered on it. I had to literally wipe down all the tables in the room because they were so filthy. We showed up late Friday night and if everywhere else wasn't booked we would have left immediately. The staff even know it's not a good hotel and how bad it is and that doesn't bother them. Upon checkout the front desk person said to me "with no disrespect, this isn't Beverly Hills."

It looked nice enough, but isn’t that how all horror movies begin? Problems started at check in; I had called to arrange an early check in. The manager said I had not. I had to pull up the number on my phone and show him I had called. He asked me to wait until he made sure that a room was ready. While I sat in the lobby, I had to listen to a young man talking loudly on his phone with his phone on speaker. He was so loud that when the manager returned I had to ask him to repeat himself whenever he said something. Finally we got the room squared away. He then informed me that he would waive the “early arrival fee” for me; I had never even been told about this! The room looked okay. I dropped my stuff off and headed to the event I was attending. Later , I came back exhausted and wanting a shower. There were no towels. I called ( on my phone; the phone in the room didn’t work). After a long time, a woman picked up, and when I told her my predicament, she asked if I would come down! I said no, I was in my pajamas. She said something about bringing them up, and 45 minutes later I gave up and went to sleep, after nearly being clobbered by the bedside lamp (see picture). This morning I discovered that the coffee pot was missing pieces and I used the sheets to dry myself after my shower.

I recently stayed here, while centrally located, fell short in several areas. The staff were friendly but the room quality is what you pay for, with outdated furniture and worn bedding. Cleanliness was passable but not meticulous. The hotel offered minimal amenities, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Additionally. This hotel could be an option for those prioritizing cost over comfort, but it needs some reinnovations , and it would be great.

This is by far the worst hotel motel I've ever stayed at. It was super gross and hot even with the ac on. The bed sheets were stained yellow. My smoke free room reaked of cigarettes. Even my kids complained about the smell. I would have left if I didn't already pay for the room and have an apt in the area the next morning. Huge gap under the door. On my way leaving the trashcan was on fire outside. Thought there was going to be breakfast and there wasn't. Probably a good thing there wasn't. I've stayed at the hagerstown Ramada so I had some expectations for this Ramada and it was near as good. We were originally thinking of staying a few days for some fun but after my appt we just went home.

Run down, old and dirty. Good location but there is little else good to say. 15 minute check-in with nobody else there. Garbage in exterior hallway. Furniture in room was cheap when it was new and that was many years ago. Multiple cleaning and maintenance issues in the room.

Stay away from this place. Had an awful experience here. Had booked for two nights but had to run away after the first night. Extremely unclean carpet, smelly room, no internet, bugs, no blanket. Advertised free breakfast but denied it when checking in.

Worst motel I ever been to in my life!!!! Room had one towel no wash cloths half used shampoo/ conditioner and lotion. Room was disgusting when I say dirty curtains, carpets walls were an entire different color. Carpets look as if they hadn’t been vacuumed or washed in god knows how long. Phone didn’t work. When I did finally get through to the front desk I was told she had a customer. I don’t know how they had so many rooms occupied I guess because they were the only place with vacancies. Y’all need to be shut down and remodeled immediately!!!! THE OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! They only got one star because I couldn’t post without giving a star.

Photos posted by owner are not of the real rooms they have. Disgusting. Smells horrible. Lobby has many rotted ceiling tiles. Stairwell filled with urine. Place smells like death and cigarettes. Bathroom door had been kicked in before and was all broken. Lock on door was broken. Microwave was dirty. Trash cans were dirty. Floor filled with stains. I will be forever be haunted in my dreams about this place. Probably need therapy now, not joking.

The woman at the front desk seems to try to be accommodating very respectful and kind The problem was the first room we went to we was told that it was a smoke-free room but the pillows was on the floor and in the chair with no pillow cases no blankets on a bed and smell strongly like cigarettes not to mention the door was open we just walked in.The second room had no blankets so we switched to the third room The third room that we just said forget it we're going to stay there because at this point I was just really tired had a long day so I just accepted the room there was no blankets It wasn't until after she left I realized there was no washcloths no towels the toilet was dirty on top of the seat The tub was dirty look like someone that just got out of it Don't know if I'll make a choice to go there again but I will say at least the bed was very soft

There was a mouse in the room! If you need to hear more than that... The room was a bit cold and the heater would not get any hotter. The wifi never worked. There were missing towel racks and the coffee maker was missing a piece. The staff didn't fix anything even after I mentioned them. I was a few minutes late for check out (because it wasn't posted anywhere) and the manager was super rude about it, trying to get me to open the door while I was in a towel. The whole room needed some very basic maintenance like grout for the tub, replacing lampshades and replacing light bulbs, which I didn't bother complaining about.

Chrystal was very sweet and their customer service is amazing. I had no issues with anything ...wish breakfast and the pool were running but that's cool I still enjoyed myself. Very clean room

Was horrible. The community kitchen is complete trash, literally trash everywhere and I have the video. The tub was brown, the room smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of whatever mess, the microwave was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was disgusting, the bathroom door mirror was shattered. Oh and walking to the room was horrible because it smelled like someone threw a bucket of urine by all of the steps. I have pictures also and will be reporting this. I hope they get shut down after I report this mess.

Only gave it two stars because the front desk staff was helpful though had a very difficult time with English. Hotel was in terrible shape, several guests complaining of dirty rooms and mice running around. Key didn't work so the staff let us in but then we still couldn't come and go. Our room was filthy, no hot water, leaking sink, no phone at all. TV worked. Whole place reeked of marijuana..... which is whatever but I'd prefer it not. Trash piled all over the parking lot and in some hallways. Absolutely don't go here. It was cheap though.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience I had in my life in a Hotel. The only good thing was the front desk staff at the hotel. Crystal and the other guy who stays during the night are extremely helpful, friendly and nice. Other than that, everything else in the hotel was awful: I got there around 10 PM to spend the night, since next day early morning we had a meet in Reisterstown. I was chocked with how disgusting and noisy this hotel is. At 1 am, I was still trying to sleep because guests in the room upstairs to mine are listening to music loud. I had to go to the front desk to complain. The guy there was really nice I knocked on the door from upstairs. He tried to help, apparently people upstairs were drunk. When he went there they turned the volume down and after up again. The loud music continued until 3 something am. Suddenly the people upstairs (I do not know how many where in that room) started shouting, fighting? Hard to tell. They kept paying until 5 am. I had from 5 to 6 am to sleep. I basically paid the hotel to get stressed the whole night and "sleep" for 1 hour. The bedroom smelled really bad, bath tub was extremely dirty and to make my stay more pleasant I think I saw a mouse. Which explains why the mouse trap (sticky one) I saw behind the TV stand. My daughter was exhausted, needed a good sleep, thankfully managed to fall asleep (late, but better than being sleeping deprived as I was). If we had energy and time, I would had gone to another hotel right away. To make it even better, when we went to have the breakfast...surprise! The hotel was not offering breakfast. It is outrageous I had to pay to be in such a horrible accommodation, no breakfast and unable to sleep because of the noise. Stay anywhere else.

Horrible!! Flew in from Orlando Florida for Thanksgiving Holiday to visit my mother whom which I have not seen in two years. The hotel was disgusting had to change rooms twice , this last room roaches in the microwave and the bathroom, the security lock on the door was broken had to push a table up against the door 😡 I only stayed that one night because late check in and the holiday weekend. Never Stay Here!! The entrance to the rooms reeked with the smell of urine😞😞 I canceled the two remaining nights and now forced to find another hotel on this busy holiday weekend out of town😡😡😡 Ramada should be ashamed and embarrassed of this hotel!!

Horrible experience. Check in was at 3 pm and we had to wait until almost 4:30 to actually check in because the room wasn’t ready. On top of that, we booked a room with two beds and they gave us one with only one bed. They then told us they gave us a jacuzzi room to try to make up for it, but the jets didn’t even work. The room wasn’t cleaned well. Would not recommend whatsoever.

The front desk workers were very nice but the room was awful. The hallway up the stairs smelled of urine, there was garbage piled up outside the rooms. Walked into the room and the light didn’t work, door barely closed/locked, suspicious stain on the top of the bed, ceiling was yellow and stained. I didn’t even want to touch anything or sit down; I left less than 5 minutes after checking in.

Well they say you get what you pay for. I wanted to just sleep in my car the first two rooms smelled like mold turned on my phone light because I couldn't turn on the lights one side of the wall was completely covered with mold and mildew. Got a different room with no difference. I wanted to sleep in my car but the front service was very friendly and got me another room and it was only good enough to get some rest. Never again. Next time I'll pay to get what I deserve peace of mind and cleaningness. I would of added pictures but I didn't want to keep smelling the mold.

Please pay attention! This hotels maximum capacity in one room is 4 people!!! Online it's posted as 5, not true! We had a very bad experience when we arrived. Concierge couldn't understand English, we asked her to give us portable bed, she ignored us. Rooms are old, beat up and over smoked. We had to across the street to Hilton to get a room. Very disappointed

Booked a king size room and got a double instead. Dirty, roaches in room and bathroom, originally booked a three night stay it’s 5 am after night one and I am packing. Absolutely cannot stay here and they refuse to refund me the two nights I won’t be staying. A mouse just ran across the floor as I typed this . I literally cannot!

The only nice thing here was the staff. If I could I would give no stars. The bathroom ceiling was coming down, mildew do everywhere! The room disgusting the floor dirty sticky, holes in the wall a mouse trap with peanut butter in the corner , The lamps filthy and broken.Sadly all Rooms like that. No hand sanitizer, no floormat, no restaurant, no pool, no breakfast, no gym! Housekeeping is not clean any floors or wiping anything down not even the bathroom. I have spoken to the manager many times, I also have emailed and spoken to Wyndham. No one from Wyndham got back to me! , the Manager from the hotel offered one extra free stay, are you serious. This place is rundown ,dirty ,nasty do not go here ! Yes is that bad !!!!!

Do not be fooled by the name. This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room is dingy and smell of stale. My key didn't work for room 110 so he let me in to 144 and I quote "a better room". I guess because of the little jacuzzi in the room like I would hop in that. Fortunately no roaches or mice were spotted or I would have slept in my car. fortunately I only will be here for a few hours. Lesson learned. This is definitely not A $90 room.
