Stay the hell away from this place! It’s a filthy mess. The sheets on the bed had cigarette burns. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in! The ceiling had water stains, ick! The bathtub coating was peeling, looks like maintenance tried to paint over it and failed miserably. If it’s comfort that you’re looking for, bypass this hole! Choice hotels gave me issues processing a refund. The family that checked in prior to us was leaving at the same time as we did!!! How revealing is that?

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks for work and I loved it here. No one bothered us, room was clean, guest laundry was cheap, bed was soft, breakfast was good and it’s right beside the interstate.

I would like to personally say that this is one of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed in before. The lobby was dusty and dirty and the first room that was given to me looked like a bunch of kids lived in that room and there was what appeared to be blood stains all over the carpet. Scribbling on the wall and the ceiling obviously had water damage. I requested another room and that room had similar blood stains on a carpet. There were gummy bears and what appeared to be pubic hairs all over one of the beds. About 9:00 a.m. in the morning one of the cleaning ladies came by who didn't speak any English said "Housekeeping" and I was very eager to show her how screwed up the room was and her English was not good enough to understand what I was requesting. She walked away, said 1 minute and never returned. They should be completely stripped of their Comfort Inn name and I believe that they personally believe that neglecting their customer's complaints will make everything go away. Yes, they have a problem with pests. I would advise even the dirtiest of people to stay away from this place.

This place was horrible we entered and they said the pool was scolded since quarantine which on their website it says it’s open. We entered the elevator and there was a pad in the floor and graffiti on the elevator walls. When we enter the hallway the lights were flickering then to add on top of that when I entered my hotel room the light was not working and we went down to maintenance and they said they can’t give us a new room and fix the light. We asked the house keepers if their were any room open and they said yes we just cleans up some room but still we could not get a new room. But the people their is nice but rooms were horrible

Obviously, I know this is no 5 star hotel so I had realistic expectations. Not only is this hotel disgustingly dirty and rundown… The hotel staff allows guests to throw parties and blast obscene music at ungodly hours of the night. After 2 nights I finally had it and called front desk at 3am to have security ask our neighbors to turn down their music as it was so loud that it felt like it was inside my own room. They said they’d send someone up but 45 minutes later it’s still going. I called and asked again. Front desk tells me that they can’t tell them to turn the music down because “the entire floor is booked for a private party.” What kind of hotel books a “private party” that disrupts all their guests? This should have been disclosed to prior to checking in or else I would have gladly gone somewhere else. This place is shady… full of even shadier people. If you value your sanity, go somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.

0/0 STARS for this dirty place! This place gets NO STARS! I booked a stay at Comfort Inn with my family 2 weeks ago. Upon entering my room, there were roaches in my sink. The room was old and dirty looking! This was all I needed to see for me to tell my family that we were not staying. This hotel is outdated and dirty. The hallway lighting is dull and old. I asked for a refund and went to a better hotel that was about 15 minutes away. It was well worth the drive staying at a different hotel with much better accommodations. When I checked my bank account the next morning I was charged for 2 nights when I only spent about 20 minutes in The Comfort Inn because it was a long line to check in. It took 10 days to get the refund credited to my account. If you don’t want to bring roaches home with you I would not stay here! I guess you get what you pay for! Never again!

I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. And my most favorite part is the breakfast. All the staff are super nice too.

This place is a dump. I didn't notice until after I had checked in that the glass door to the area was cracked. One of the elevators in the building was out of order; several of the carpet tiles in the one that was working were loose and need to be either reattached or replaced. The door to the bathroom in the room I was assigned (#309, I think) needs replacing. It has sustained water damage and the wood veneer was peeling away from the door. The paint was peeling away from the the door frame in the bathroom. When checking out the next morning, the desk clerk was so engrossed in their phone that I had to tap on the desk several times to get their attention. Other than that, it was a heck of a place.

The rooms were okay... Not very wowed. They were clean but the bathtub had a hole in it that was puttied. We were moved to a different room with the same issue in the bathtub. The carpet in the elevator was torn, it was a bit outdated but overall clean. Would not recommend as top choice, more of a last minute option if you don't have anywhere else to go. Front desk ladies were very nice tho!

I have become a Choice secret shopper I think. After staying in so many Comfort Inn I come to understand the business and cost savings ways each owner does. This hotel had slight update, so I will not say anything about that. However the problem can be solved by increasing the cost of the room by $5. Then a better breakfast could be served or the coffee hot enough to enjoy. Over all stay was fine, and I will go back again just not as a single female. The parking lot is dark, no preference on parking and the back lot leaves you feeling uneasy.

Brett, the night manager was first class and made my stay an easy reservation with the best service, and his helper was very hospitable! Ellie the am manager, did everything she could to make my stay and checkout a simple pleasure! This hotel has the best staff, and it will succeed well.

Stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. First off, as far as staffing is concerned, I heard from a lot of previous guests that the hotel staff were all fired/quit due to management and it's very hard to hire at that hotel. Staffing is DEFINITELY an issue because if you need assistance, you're pretty much on your own. One of the hotel managers (man with a beard) looked tired and wore out, but was nice and polite and helpful as possible. The other manager (man with grey hair, speaks with an accent) could care less nor GAF! The rooms definitely need to be cleaned and I advise not sleeping on the sheets underneath because I saw stains on them. The jacuzzi worked out ok but the regular bathroom tub was dirty. The breakfast...the milk and juices were served from pitchers, which was too open to cross contamination to me. This was a one and done for me.

Tub has a hole in it, the bathroom in general is disgusting, and cockroaches what more needs to be said. I know manager wouldn't refund with a three day notice. Don't be fooled this is the worst comfort inn I've ever stayed at.

I’ve stayed at this hotel about 5 times. It’s usually the better priced in the area. My towels were stained and disgusting. The entire building is gross, especially the elevator. People were smoking “things” in the lobby. Overall not a good one.

Third time staying here and it seems to get a little bit worse each time. Despite the no smoking signs, the smell indicates that a lot of the guest are smoking. Place is cleaned well enough every morning, but by the end of the day, the common spaces are pretty dirty. Everything is worn, and the walls are covered in dents, stains and scuff marks. Comforter on bed had big rip in it. Found a cockroach one morning. Wifi is marginal. Staff is pleasant enough, elevators are quick and location is good for the Towson area if you have a car. Not much in walking distance. Parking is ample and easy.

I just confirmed via test that I am positive with Covid. Near the end of my work day started getting symptoms. Being just after the cancellation window I decided to try and call them myself for manual cancellation since I don’t want to get anyone sick but no answer and seemingly goes to a number as if it’s someone disconnected personal line. I even called Choice Hotel’s customer service who has been extremely helpful and even they could not get through so they sent an email. The least I’m looking for is something reasonable so I am not paying for a stay I morally cannot do for other’s safety at this point. Hoping someone contacts me sometime today but as of now since I and even he could not reach anyone I have to give the service 1 star. They don’t even have a voicemail or callback option.

From the time I checked in, stayed two nights, until I had to check out. I've witnessed and experienced so many red flags about this Hotel. 1. The key card deactivates when it touches your cell phone. That happened to me twice while I was there. 2. The hall ways, looked like your in the project's, dirty and dusty everywhere, including the carpet floor. 3. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the halls are dirty. 4. The carpet in my room had old juice stains. 5. The wall paper in my room and hallways are peeling off the walls. 6. I saw Roaches twice in my room. 7. My desk chair had a missing wheel. 8. The bathroom wooden doors, wooden frame, and closet had scratches. Looked like the wood was peeling. 9. Bathroom counter dusty, the faucets wasn't cleaned correctly. 10. The flat screen tv on wall didn't even view high definition. 11. The sofa chair next to the bed,was a very old condition chair that had rips on it. 12. In the lobby and hallways there are no smoking signs and I still smelled cigarette smoke in the hotel. 13. When I was on line to check out, i witnessed a customer almost having a nervous breakdown, because the hotel was over charging her. 14. They have a plastic box for people to drop off their key cards when they are checking out, with out giving a receipt. I had to ask for one, just in case they would try to over charge me.

20 minutes from Camden yards...the hotel room had an exotic air freshener smell. Bed was soft staff was as you'd expect. It's a cheap hotel with a pool. That's about it.

The hotel is definitely ran down. The parking lot is dark and shady. There was someone smoking in the lobby when I arrived I had my children so I wasn’t pleased. And the constant doors slamming all night was frustrating. The entire 4th floor smelled like weed and there was a huge hole in the bathroom door and also the safty lock on the door was broken. Over all the hotel is ran down and not clean. We killed a roach in the bathroom … I wouldn’t ever come back. But for the price I got what I asked for.

Hands down the nastiest hotel I’ve ever (attempted) to stay at. We knew we weren’t getting luxury by any means, but at least anticipated basic cleanliness. Roaches in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling, hair on the floor, tub/counters/mirrors not wiped down, stains on the towels, sheets, and curtains. The hallways are disgusting and very run down. It is evident they do not want to invest in this property. We were so uncomfortable we had to go to another hotel. I don’t mind dated furniture and decor, but this place was filthy. Only plus was the manager was apologetic and provided a return. Would HIGHLY recommend spending a little more down the road at the Holiday Inn Express!

Checked in for one night rm #116 and ended up staying three nights. Clean and comfortable beds although the carpet was a little stained. Plenty of towels and shampoo although the bathtub had a large crack that would open when you stepped around it. AC worked very well. Excellent customer service and a nice shout out to Jasmine at the front desk for helping us keep the last knight under budget. Overall would consider coming back on our next visit to Maryland.

Though the occasion was sad & solemn the stay was nice. Staff was sympathetic and respectful and answered all my questions. I was able to check in late due to my flight schedule. Only slight situation I wished was better is the cable stations was clearer. Would stay again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Employees were also very polite & friendly, and breakfast was great. There was also a swine store right next to the hotel along with stores and gas stations in the area, so it was in a convenient area. Will be booking again.

The service was horrible. The front lobby was hot. It took quite some time to get processed. The door keys didn't work. The room had roaches and the faucet at the sink didn't work properly. I almost scolded my hand. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemies.

I highly recommend this motel. It's nothing fancy but the prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly! Wunmi has been at the front desk both of my stays and she is a very friendly and personable person who if you need something does her best to get the job done!

Stayed one night as part of a girls weekend. Cosmetically the place is rundown but it was clean and breakfast was good. Everyone on staff was nice. I would stay here again. The price we got on Priceline was good.

We were unimpressed by the cleaning policies. They only clean rooms after the 3rd day of your stay. We requested fresh towels and they never appeared. The attitude of the desk clerk was always dismissive and bothered by our presence. The beds were clean and inviting, but the handicap shower was a standard tub with no safe way to get in. It was a tight path throughout the room to maneuver a rollater walker. There is a lack of reinvestment in the property and in the future we will ask more questions before considering another stay at a Comfort Inn property. Comfort Inn should remove their name from this hotel.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I rarely ever write reviews on here but I had a music competition at Towson university the next day. When I got in my room there was hair in the bed and these bugs with antennas. I called the front desk to bring this to their attention and they gave me a new room.. fine. I went to my new room and as I was settling and it was a little better but then I noticed again two of the same bugs. I called the front desk asking what was going on and why I’m finding these bugs everywhere, and apparently they have an infestation through the air vents and there’s nothing that they can do. That’s not comforting to know. I also needed an extra towel and called the front desk about it and they said they had no towels. I was pretty shocked as hotels should have extra stuff on hand, right???? Finally after 2 1/2 hours of me calling, they gave me an extra towel. I went to bed at 12 because I had an early morning the next day and there were guests outside in the hallways that were talking so loud, slamming doors, partying and yelling. I was too scared to go outside to tell them to stop because I’m not from this country, so I called the front desk three times. The first time the front desk said he’d send someone up, second time he said the same thing. Third time we’re getting at 4 AM now and I was begging him please can you do something because it is so loud and I can’t sleep… and he just stayed silent on the phone and didn’t respond to me. This hotel is a dive, and it’s disgusting. It’s clearly not properly cleaned, there are bugs everywhere, there’s mould in some places I saw in the room. The pictures on any website are lying and unfortunately I did not get a good sleep for my competition the next day. I’ve never had a hotel experience like this where the staff just did not care. I’ll be calling Comfort Inn offices to complain and hopefully I can get my money back. I was supposed to stay another night, but checked out early because of how horrible it was. I also found a total of 5 bugs….. I told front desk about my stay and they really don’t care. It’s clear the workers gave up. I’m really surprised because comfort inn hotels are usually good but I guess not this location..
