Do not trust the photos at all! Avoid unless you enjoy dirty smelly sketchy disrepair hotels. GOOD: helpful service, comfortable bed, TV and fridge, hot water fast, food water pressure. BAD: sketchy, slow service, rank smelling dirty room, stains on furniture, disgusting bathroom, no free breakfast, and crumbling building with no sign or repairs in progress. The clerk was slow, unprofessionally dressed and as I saw her having cold sweats in her hoodies, I felt sorry for her she was clearly not well. The smell of stale smoke and mildew hit me in the face as I opened the door, big chunks of food splatter across the ceiling and walls, and the furniture was so deeply stained I wouldn't put my suitcase on it. I personally cleaned the walls with dish soap and warm water. The smell largely went away and I felt comfortable enough to sleep. The bathroom was disgusting especially the toilet. The walls clearly covered from smoke residue, toilet and walls had mildew, and everything in poor repair. Despite the sign proudly blasting complimentary breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. the dining area is clearly in shambles and closed.

this is an abandoned place, when i came here they gave me a room where there is no light and everything is broken, the wardrobe, the ceiling is almost collapsing and i booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled very strongly of marijuana and cigarettes. The staff did not want to change my room and refund my money, I would not recommend this hotel even to an animal.

This is a skid row motel. Room was dirty. Hair dryer broken. Shower broken. No fridge but cabinet was there with broken shelves. No hangers. Wall picture had broken glass. Mold in shower. Drug deals going down in the parking lot.

I couldn’t stay here once I experienced the room. I booked non-smoking but the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The refrigerator wouldn’t stay closed and was leaking onto the floor. The shower was filthy. The couch and curtains were quite damaged, including burn holes.

We only spent about 20-30 minutes in the room until we got a refund and left. I booked the deluxe suite, and I'm not sure what qualifies as such, but it was basically the same as anything else. It started with the door not working, or locking properly. Okay, whatever, got a deadbolt for a reason. Then, it just got worse. The microwave was brown and also physically broken, the fridge was physically broken and wasn't working. The bathroom door was broken and splintered. The tub had mold on the walls and corners. We booked non-smoking, smelled like smoke. Not a huge deal, but then, behind the bed sheets, was cigarette ash in chunks, and some dead bugs. The shelf was ripped off the wall, the coffee maker was disgustingly gross and would not be something I'd use. I have photos of all of this to back up with. The service was at least okay at the front desk, as we got everything sorted out and got a refund promptly, and stayed at a different wyndham hotel that I stayed at previously and knew to be very nice.

Was looking for just a restful one night stay, nothing extravagant. Our rooms were not well kept, after sleeping in the bed we felt grimy and dirty. There were pubic hairs in our shower, so yeah ya'll need better house keeping.

this hotel was not that clean. House Keeping and staff are very rude. the tub has mold and stains, the air filter has not been changed in god knows how to long. for this hotel to be this dirty you would think they would be more understanding. they offered a late check out but banged on my door the entire time. i was willing to pay another night but i don’t think i want to stay here. terrible experience. the vents and filters look like they haven’t been cleaned out in years. i feel sick to my stomach even being here another minute.

Run!!! Bed bugs!!!!!! If I knew, I would never have stayed there. I am severely allergic to them and any kind of insects. The bathroom stank, and the toilet seat cover had traces of human waste. There was no soap, no shampoo, only the body lotion, and hair conditioner. Fortunately, I had cat’s shampoo that I could use on myself. I wiped the chair, and the table with disinfectant wipes before I could touch anything there. I travel a lot, and this place was the filthiest place I’ve ever seen. I’ve been traveling with my two cats for the cat show. All I needed was room to spend a night at the pet-friendly place. I asked for a non-smoking room. However, the room smelled like cigarettes. All of us, myself and my cats, started sneezing after a few minutes of being there. I was worried that my cats could get some kind of disease from all that dirt and dust. I had to re-wash them in the morning because they became dusty and dirty from walking under the bed. This place is absolutely disgusting. It’s worse than your the most horrible nightmare. Run!!!

Rooms definitely could have used some cleaning. Beds were comfy, pillows were hard. If you think your going to sleep for the night too your wrong. Nothing but who we assume are full time guests yelling and screaming all night at each other. We ended up leaving at about 3am due to the noise and the front desk receptionist didn't seem to care about our complaint, and told us they could not authorize a refund

STAY ANYWHERE ELSE “It can’t be that bad”. It is horrific. If your choice is the street or this hotel. Pick the street. It’s probably healthier to sleep on the street. This hotel is not a last resort. I’ve warned you!

This place is so ghetto and dirty. I booked over the phone with a 3rd party, cause the hotel I wanted didn't have any rooms available. The receptionist wasn't friendly. The rooms were dirty the refrigerator and microwave wasn't plugged in. They had to change my room to another. To make matters worse they said online they serve breakfast, in the morning I went downstairs they told me they no longer have breakfast. False advertisement. The bathroom nasty.

This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I've ever wasted my money on. Firstly, the place is falling apart, with caution tape over the balcony. The lady at the front was extremely rude and talking on the phone the whole time. It took way too long to find our room because she was preoccupied with her friend on the phone. A handwritten sign says "No breakfast we apologize." Mold in the bathroom, the fan doesn't work. The vent that the fan should blow through is covered in mold and is torn off the wall so there's just a hole in the wall over the toilet. You can hear all the chaos from the street outside, can't even cover your head with a pillow because there were only 2. (One for each person). The lights were covered in layers and layers of dust. At 9:45am we heard banging on our door, it was housekeeping demanding we check out even though check out time is 11, and they know that. Overall, the hotel almost ruined the trip.

1st room door would not lock, the chair had been attacked by Zorro & the room was filthy. 2nd room was also dirty, chairs/floor were nasty, no hot water & couldn't get towels for some reason. This felt like a rent by the hour motel. We were on a tight schedule, or we would have gone someplace else. Only good thing I can say is it was near the place we needed to go. Can't get the photos to upload.

This place was disgusting. It was filthy. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls. There were live roaches walking on the floors of our room as well. The lobby was filthy. I reserved 2 beds and the first room i was given only had one bed. the next room had 2 beds one of which was collapsed and the center was on the floor. I ws told "we aont got no more ashtrays" when i requested one along with towels and washcloths because there was only one towel in the room. the baseboards were off the walls and laying on the filthy floor. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. The buildup of dirst bugs and filth everywhere was horrible. Barely has hot water for 2 minutes use. The walls were so nasty. Even after all that we had no choice but to stay because we were from out of town here for a wedding. The next morning we realized there wasnt a coffee pot in the room. I had to go to the nasty lobby yet again since there was no phone in my room. No coffee in the lobby no coffee in the free breakfast because there was no free breakfast. Hotel website says free breakfast none the less. I was told to find housekeeping and ask for a pot and coffee. I tracked down the one housekeeping person and was told "she know we got no coffee pots".  The attitude from the staff was shocking and appalling to say the least. No happiness welcoming inviting comforting cheerful just miserable inconvenienced unbothered checked out attitudes from the 2 staff I interacted with.  NO pleasantry no thanking me no politeness. Someone needs to take a good long look at this place. It needs new staff and to be cleaned and repaired heavily heavily or condemned.  Staircases rusting thru ceilings pouring water thru dark unkempt property. The pictures and amenities are all lies. Seriously this place is the most disgusting place I have ever been in in my life.

The first room was very dirty and even had missing flooring. We requested a better room and the lady working at the front desk said if we didn't like the room we could cancel our room and go somewhere else. When she did give us another room it was very dirty, only had one puny pillow per bed, there was a smell of drugs and there was a needle cap other papers under the bed. The furniture was old and broken, and remote for the TV was not for the TV in the room. The next morning the continental breakfast was not open and the room was dark. I would not recommend this motel.

Don’t ever book this hotel. Rooms are filthy, outdated, and nothing like pictures on website. Would not feel safe staying there. No refrigerator. No breakfast or fitness center and both were advertised. Avoid at all costs

The room was horrible and looked like it was stuck in the 1960s. It smelled like mildew and syrup. The thin bedding had a cigarette burn on one bed and a shoe print on the other. The room never got warm even with the heat on full blast. It was so bad that I left. I couldn't imagine sleeping there over night.

Let's be clear this hotel is DISGUSTING. After 12 hours driving we pulled in and I didn't even care that we seemed to have woken the hotel staff up..girl same. But when we went into our room and none of the lights worked nor the ac unit..we went back to the desk where there was a man offering drugs..isn't that fun!? We exchange into a room with literal mold and bugs and had to return the keys. Seriously do better. How is this place even still operating??

Bugs in the rooms mildew smell bathroom looks as if someone cleaned it with merely water and a damp rag ashes in my tub when I arrived smoking room or not not acceptable. I was so afraid to get under my own sheets. Mind you with no blanket even offered that I went to my car and got my little throw to barely stay warm on a count of the air conditioner, saying that it was on 90° yet blowing out cold air all night with the broken thermostat on the wall.

This place needs to CLOSED!! I booked 3 rooms off of my jobs "perks" page. The pictures listed and the actual motel are completely different. The staff were rude and had all of their friends chilling in the lobby. We drove from Jersey to attend Bennetts Curse (haunted attraction) and we had more of a fright staying here! We would have had a good nights rest if we actually parked at the attraction and slept in my car! There's random stains throughout the rooms and after checking the mattress for critters we stumbled across a crack pipe under the mattress!! This place is falling apart! Utterly disgusting! No one should have to pay to stay there, they should be paid to do so ! Terrible experience! Do Not Book! do Not stay here !!

The woman who checked me in last night was very helpful and friendly. One, the first room I checked into the TV wasn't working. Two, the second room I was moved to didn't have enough outlets for my needs. Three, the Wi-Fi was down. And forth and last "breakfast" consisted of one granola bar and coffee. No juice. The juice was empty. No hot chocolate. Nothing. One granola bar and a coffee. That's not a breakfast. They should state "Snacks" available from 6am - 9am. None the less... Support local business.

Do not rent a room from here. The rooms are disgusting. They need better housekeeping or hire an outside cleaning company! Maybe a lot of these hotels will have better reputation if the rooms were maintained the RIGHT WAY!

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would! The room had roaches, no blankets, the floors were dirty, the heat didn't work, no hot water! Also, the chairs were really dirty and it looked as if they had stored furniture in the room! Worse experience ever!

The best part of my stay here was the customer service the person at check-in showed me and the location for my room and parking was secure because I had a front room. I arrived late Friday evening and waited until Saturday, I asked the cleaning lady for clean sheets and this is what she gave me. Sheets with cigarette burns and stains. I asked her could she clean my room and she handed me a broom and walked away. This is how some foreign staff treat people, I was appalled but I just cleaned it myself and vowed to get in touch with management. Unfortunately, there relatives of the owners and nothing was resolved. All I can recommend is You get what you pay for.

Aircon is not blowing enough air. I waited for 14hrs for the maintenance, she showed for less than a minute then told me there's nothing she can do about it. Feels cold to her. Like , it's summer but my room is warm. She told me i don't know what to tell you.

Got a smoke free room and it reaked of cigarettes!!! The couch had stains and rips all over, the bed had orange stains and an odd smell to it so it did not feel safe to sleep in. The reservation was non-refundable so we left the same night to Comfort Inn across the street. Worst hotel/motel experience ever.

I stayed there one night during June 2022. It's a budget motel, so everything wasn't top shelf. However, everything was clean, everything worked. The shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water and great pressure. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay there again

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I’ve seen better section 8 properties. Moldy shower .ripped shower curtain Room smelled like a snoop dog concert .stained sheets . Broken doors . Low water pressure in sink . Stained toilet .

You wouldn’t know unless you go. This is what you looking for when you need an affordable situation. Quiter than I expected. Clean. Not brand new (newly renovated). But still a nice chill spot you will get comfortable in. Water is hot eemployees are relatable and kind. Check in is flexible compared to a lot of hotels. Rooms are nice just not brand new. All the hotel/motels I’ve stayed at this one is worth my money.

We had a voucher for a free night stay anywhere. My New York friend chose this hotel without knowing. The sink didn't work. The room was definitely a "jump off" room. She gave two room keys, for show because one refused to work. You get what you pay for...or don't lol.

It was my second time at this location and it wasn't good. The first time was better than the second. The room I had was some what dirty, from the hot tub having a ring around it to the mirrors having some kind of spots on them. Idk when was the last time they clean the filters to the air/heat but I did it myself. I just need them to do better

Service was sweet. The room was so nasty though. But it’s pretty much expected. Blood was on the covers & the floor had trash on it..hidden under the beds. Shower wasn’t cleaned & headboards aren’t cleaned properly. Sinks are stopped up. It’s nasty. You get what you pay for. The people are nice though. Thank you.

This was literally the dirtiest place I think I have ever walked into. Looked at the photos online and the reviews and everything seemed fine. booked the stay. When we got into the lobby the chairs were so filthy you could see the dirt and grime on the seat and arm rest. We headed to the room and the first thing to notice was the smell. It literally smelt like every single cigarette in the world was smoked in that room. I requested a NON SMOKING ROOM!!!! I had my 8 year old son with me. Then he points out how his double bed was stained. He pulls the sheet off some more and there’s even more stains. I tell him to get in my double bed and we will share only to find out mine was stained also and had what looked like a drop of dried blood. After seeing that we instantly grabbed our stuff and left and went across the street. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS OR PHOTOS! What they’re advertising online in the pictures is not what you’ll see in person. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 to go across the street to the comfort in. Lost close to $100 to literally look inside a room and leave.

The location was perfect! The service given by Ashley was extremely polite and apologetic. Unfortunately, there was no way I could stay in the hotel with my family. I didnt even want to bring my 2 Yorkies in the room to rest from our long ride. I can't even start with the list of issues with the hotel! Shame on you Wyndham for not appreciating your guests enough to offer a CLEAN and safe room to rest and enjoy a weekend getaway!

Terrible bed bugs. Huge puddle of water coming from the mini fridge. Come to find out door on fridge would not close so it was defrosting with a power strip on the floor behind it. No elevator. Sheets dirty. Itching just remembering. Packed and left after only a few hours. Thankfully, the lady didn't charge and I had pics and video of the bugs. Adult and baby bedbugs.

Run down, dirty, broken dresser drawers, garbage piles on outside entry walkways. Restaurant is closed, there is no free breakfast, and no coffee. At 6 am a man was pounding on the room door next to us shouting obscenities. Fortunately there were no gunshots. Very depressing ambiance. There were no bugs and it was functional. I will never stay here again, and I’m very tolerant. This place is like third world living.

Wow it sadden me to read these reviews I use to work for this hotel. Back in 1999,when it was Ramada Inn I also worked here when it was days inn I loved cleaning these rooms use to bring in my own cleaning supplies and air freshners reported any issues the room may have had before guest arrives.the guest loved me and my sister some would request for me or my sister to clean there room personally .I pray that it gets better 🙏 with the right cleaning team and security this would be a great hotel. I would even leave peppermint on the pillows for guest rather I did a check out room or a stay over room i just felt like you should make a guess feel as if they were in the comfort of there own home.and it's always nice to walk into a smell of freshness.😔 I have worked for many years in house keeping I've worked for Brookshire suite, days inn ,Ramada Inn, Hyatt regency also have done my own cleaning as a side job.so I understand the frustration.
