    Customer service tips: When making an appointment for a new patient, verify all contact information! My daughter was lumped under my husbands account with my husbands contact information. Our appointment was cancelled because we never answered calls to verify that we made an appointment. Sucks that so many people must not keep appointments that someone's job is to "play mommy" and make sure everyone is keeping their appointments and cancelling if they can't get in touch. Finally, maybe a little more empathy over the phone instead of flatly stating your policy over and over like you hate your job. My family is happy to find another place.

    I've been going to a MyEyeDr for a few years and they take care of their customers. The doctors are very thorough in the exams and discuss and care for your eye health in addition to just getting a prescription out the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor at this location was knowledgeable and kind. If your new prescription makes your head hurt or needs adjusted, they are really good about getting it changed to be the best prescription for you with adjustments or re-testing. There's a large selection of frames in various price ranges.

    I had truly an amazing experience. The atmosphere was very friendly & professional. I appreciate Dynasty soo much. She definitely went above and beyond! Dr.Smeriglio was very thorough and patient for myself & my son’s appointment, he even followed up weeks later personally. I’ve never had such an experience where professionals are so generous, knowledgeable and go above and beyond all in one. I really appreciate the wonderful team & my fantastic experience! Thank you soo much!!

    Did a full eye exam with Dr. Smeriglio and it was very thorough and informative. The office staff was super nice and helpful. I usually buy glasses online but was so impressed by the office that I decided to to buy in-house. Great experience and good price.

    Great customer service! I needed new glasses and more contacts so I scheduled myself for an eye exam. When I arrived the woman at the front desk informed me that my prescription was still good for a year. So I was able to just order more contacts and pick out new frames. Saved me time the exam would have taken and money!

    Most unprofessional eye doctor I have had to deal with. Canceling appointments because of overbooking. Rude on the phone and uninterestedin fixing the situation. Ill be taking my familys business elsewhere.

    This location is terrible. Used the Bel air location for years with no issue. This location seems extremely disorganized in comparison. No communication between their office and their automated phone system or even within their own building. My wife confirmed my appt when she confirmed her own and was told everything was taken care of. Two days later I get a call telling me they've cancelled my appt because I did not confirm it. 30 min later I receive an automated phone call asking me to confirm my appt. Staff was totally unapologetic about the confusion. My wife kept her appt and was left waiting 45 min before she was seen. I advise you to go elsewhere. Edited: For what its worth my wife said the Dr was very good. But IMO everything else leaves something to be desired.

    What a wonderful experience! This was my first time needing glasses and I must say, they made the entire experience so easy and informative. I was able to set up an appointment, and provide insurance info online. On the day of my appointment, the ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I had a short wait for my appointment(5 mins max) and was then seen by a tech, and about 5 mins after that, I went in to see the Doctor. He was also very friendly and helpful. The staff here made me feel so comfortable. My glasses were ready within 8 days(including a weekend). They were as I ordered. If you're new to needing glasses, I think you'd enjoy your visit here.
