It's not only bigger then it looks ,its also located in one of Towson MANY nice ,safe, clean area's and it's a few blocks away from very nice Goucher college as well as Towson university a mile away and Towson center mall a 1/2 mile away , simply put Amigo"s , it has a little bit of everything including the most important , the awesome people of ALL BEAUTIFUL NATIONALITIES,,, So to ALL of Towson on behalf of the American people, Gracia's for making our lives a little bit easier to deal with and for giving us something that even our government should NEVER touch or take away,,, and that's OUR CHOICES... and Towson gives us alot of them... Rock On Towson, and Again Gracia's,, Gerald 🇵🇷 of Baltimore

I am not sure what I am supposed to say about a shopping center. But, I will say this... I have always thought the parking lot was too narrow. (Going back to the Towson Marketplace days...) Spaces are too skinny and the space between rows seems tighter than other lots. Good shops, mostly.

Navigating this Center is a little confusing at first. Until you figure out everything is in a circle. Overall, the variety of stores and layout creates a satisfying experience since you can grab everything you need within the shopping center.

Okay. The parking lot feels very tight. Went to target. The employees were nice but the store was a hot mess. Clothes everywhere, stock and carts everywhere. I think they should consider having over night stock for the employees rather than trying to do it during the day with patrons. I know it's the holiday season and I feel for the employees who were trying their best.

I went to Walmart to pick up an item ordered online, and it was totally wrong. Thank goodness that the shopping center has a multitude of other department stores. I ended up at Target and got what I originally went to Walmart for, and it was a dollar less! The cash out experience was fast and easy. The cashier was very courteous, and so was the associate who helped me find the item. I used to frequent this shopping center a lot when I worked nearby. It's truly gotten better.

I'm BIG on proper customer service. When I first began shopping at this location it was clean and neat with merchandise hung up or in its proper place and not thrown everywhere. The food shelves were always fully stocked and you could always find a pleasant staff member to assist or answer your inquiry in any department. The restrooms were extremely clean and deodorized. There were no long wrap-around lines or 2/3 cashiers working and hardly any staff to assist if needed. The customer service desk is now adorned with rude non caring staff just there to do a job without great customer service. Now the store isn’t fully stocked, merchandise is all over the place and if you can find staff willing to assist or answer then it's an amazing day. Must do better.

There is a two story Wal-mart that has a shopping cart carrier for upstairs! One of the coolest things I've seen in a store! Staff were all very helpful and friendly! There are a good selection of clean stores to chose from!

Went to Ollie's. Found a Great Rug for my Laundry Room. The manager was helping her cashiers move the line. And helped me with this rug. Great Buys.

Big Target selection. Only a couple regular lines open and very long lines for self check outs, even when there was a massive crowd of holiday shoppers.

As an OTR delivery driver, I like to find new locations to park so I can go for a walk and look around. The Towson place was extraordinarily clean the parking lot clean. I walked around the entire building, went into approximately five different stores. It was a nice experience.

I do not care to go to most of the stores in this shopping center. That Walmart might need better management..as a whole company though. How do they decide who to hire!? Subway has some good energy workers when you catch them! I'm shocked at how much Michaels Arts & Crafts are still in business!

It's a good place to do some shopping and not all that much crime like other places in the Baltimore area

The associates are kind & helpful & it's clean. Their shelves are usually always stocked. Sometimes I find very good clearances too.

I love to visit one of my favorite stores Walmart. I also love to visit Weis, Marshalls and TJMax.

This mall was designed for cars and maybe robots but not humans. Not accessible for people with accessibility needs, barely walkable for people without accessibility needs, and the parking lot is a maze and not at all pedestrian friendly.

Has a Walmart, Michael's, TJ Maxx and other shops. Conveniently located in Towson.

The place is a tad empty, it could have better costumes on Halloween for a art store. It's very clean, plus the people Michaels picks are usually helpful.

They charged me almost 8.00 for some food dye that was not for individual sale. They didn't have the spray paint that I wanted.

I like this mall.... There are plenty of stores for adults and children. Mothers Day last year, that's the place I got my girlfriend earrings from...

Parking experience has improved here. New shops opening. Now open: Starbucks, First Financial Credit Union, UPS, Michaels, Hallmark, Baltimore Novelty Sports Shop and more

Always get my groceries from the Walmart here. Having a Walmart+ account is wonderful. Worth the small amount to pay every month, and always get my groceries delivered, or we pick up on weekends. Always has everything right. If for any reason something is missing, they will go back on and bring you the item within 2 minutes.

It's got all the requisites that any good mall should have, food, stores (but no movies). But, as a senior trying to reclaim his flabby body, it has something else. With its four levels, it's a pleasure to walk in. If you like to combine shopping and fitness this is a fun place to do that.

This is a great shopping center. Let me really keep it real with y'all, I live in West Baltimore County , not close to here at all. I take the drive here every couple of months for 3 big reasons. CUSTOMER SERVICE , CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ! my main store is Target, specifically the CVS inside. They are amaaaaazing. I really tried to suppprt small business pharmacies, but they let me down so much, I had to go back to big corporations. Let me be clear, not all CVS is alike. This one is special. Super sweet staff ,after the changeover a couple months back, super clean, informative, never a issue. They even run a discount card FOR ME if my insurance doesn't cover. I love them. The Target itself sucks. Dirty and rude, just go anywhere else. Very hard to leave a bad review , because the rest of the center is great too! I love the Wegmans , sprouts, and the food places. Parking for disabled is AMAZING!

Bonchon chicken...this one by far is the worst is many categories... Service is horrible Chicken is not seasoned well Tacos..wow it tastes good but horrible presentation Cooks mask was far below his nose/face and making food Turnaround time 30 minutes Menu is very limited compared to the many other bonchons I visied I will not be visiting this bonchon. If this store is your 1st experience for bonchon and think its great, just wait until you go to a real bonchon restaurant

Went with a friend to get toothpaste, mouthwash and a water pick. While there we picked up some groceries which were nice and reasonably priced. Convenient to local bus lines and a large parking lot. It has clothing stores, petco, grocery store, and several eateries.

Looking at the many bargains the stores have to offer. It's worth stopping at checking estate sales. I did, and I was pleased with what I got.

I didn't find anything I was looking for. I needed a red dress, not even one was available. I were very disappointed, I had to go all the way out Arundel Mills. I'm not sure as to why red is not in stores at this time of the year.... I had was to get black but not even a black formal dress to my liking was in Towson Mall.

Customer service could definitely be improved. The cashier probably should have stayed home today. Even still Michael's is my go to store for all things craft.

Nice variety of stores. It's a one stop shop. Clothes, shoes, food, liquor. Walmart with pharmacy, Tj Max, Burlington, Marshall, Weis food market, Rainbow Clothing Store, Pet stop, Ollie's, large craft store, TMobile cell phone store, Subway food and I think the nail shop is still there.

Amazing number of shops at this location, can get everything at one place, has a target, Homegoods, Walmart, Burlington, Weis, Sprouts, and others. Do not confuse with the Towson center that has Macys.

Very congested. I go to Target and Walmart in Cockeysville, unless the Towson location has the items I need. Also I prefer the Michael's in Timonium, just so I don't have to deal with the congestion here. But it's convenient as far as everything being in one place.

Went to Panera and it was ok. The server was energetic and pleasant. However I asked for a salad with no onions and dressing on the side. I got the salad wit onions and no dressing at all.

Food was okay. Service not good. Long wait not enough staff. Sad! Beverage service was bad. Drinks can be improved with liquor. One Server wasn't pleasant. Didn't want to answer questions. We spent a nice penny and expect better service.

Awesome S.C. to visit. Shopping needs from office supplies and copies to home furnishings, apparel and baby needs can be obtained. Parking is adequate and handicap friendly. Clean and safe surroundings make this a pleasurable shopping experience. ELI B.

Many different shopping stores all in one place. There is plenty of parking available. You can choose to park in one place and then walk from store to store or you can go back to your car and drive to the next stoor. You may have to walk as far as 25 to 30 minutes outdoors. There is Bed Bath Beyond Marshalls Target Walmart DSW and many other stores. Across the street there is another smaller shopping outlet which includes staples.

Can't lie, if you live close by to this mini strip mall or plaza, you can say it's definitely a one-stop job for all your needs. From your everyday needs to your out of the ordinary needs and wants. Not only do you have Walmart, Michael's, Burlington Coat Factory, and Staples, but you also have a bunch of other stores right nearby as well. To include T-Mobile, Target, Weiss, PetSmart, and a few of others. The location for the area and those who live nearby.

  • 4/5 Stephen M. 1 year ago on Google
Thumbs up for this area. Outside of the people running out of the Target stealing. Being chased by offices. It was not a bad little area for some shopping needs.

  • 3/5 Selena Al Q. 1 year ago on Google
It’s good. They have Target, Marshals, Coat Factory and restaurants too.

  • 2/5 Matt P. 1 year ago on Google
Extremely unpleasant place to be. Large chaotic parking lot wholly given over to cars in a way that is hostile, rather than complementary, to pedestrians and bikes. A typical depressing American strip mall where you might visit multiple places but will likely get in your car and drive between them, adding to the congestion and unpleasantness. You might find what you need here but you’ll leave stressed and anxious and longing to see a tree. They should establish a small park here with plaques shaming whatever soulless developer envisioned and designed this place.

This shopping center had lots of stores to choose from but not all of them had a good stocked store
