I shop at Towson, often! I probably go here once a week, whether it be to mail items at the post office in the mall, or shop for specific things. I do like the selection of stores, here. The food court has a good selection of places to eat, as well. My favorite stores are Macy's, Foot Locker and the Great Cookie.

My boyfriend and I visited here about a week ago and it was great, we had a very pleasant experience. There’s four levels and each level has a variety of different stores which is cool. They have stores like bath and body works, Macy’s, cold stone creamery, Apple and more so you’ll be able to find any and everything you love and need here. It was also a very fancy looking mall with a window dome in one part of the mall which is pretty cool. Will be back again because of how beautiful it is here.

Something for everyone in this traditional giant mall! Great anchor stores, trendy fashion stores, and luxury shopping galore. Arcade for the game playing set. And best of all, plenty of safe, convenient, and free parking. Interesting feature at one anchor store, free gift wrap it yourself supplies for store purchases. That sounds fun! A pro tip: take picture of parking sign where you park. Make it easy to find the tower with your car!

Too many teens hanging around. We didn't feel safe in the parking garage or the Mall itself. While we were eating in the Food Court a fight broke out next to us between 2 groups of teens. Its to dangerous in there for us now. We will go elsewhere. Sad because we loved this Mall and live in nearby Campus Hills

You know id say this is a pretty great mall. I’ve been going here for years and still find a way to have a good time year, it’s just a great place. It’s very clean, pretty well kept. There is an entire food court with lots of diverse options for food. There are multiple floors ( I believe 4 ) in this mall, which of course means there are an abundance of stores to venture into and take a good look. Never too busy or overcrowded, and pretty perfectly sized for a mall. Would certainly recommend checking out.

I think it’s a great mall . Tons of stores . Definitely something for everyone . Young or old . Good food in the food court . I rolled 2 games of bowling which was really nice to be able to do. While there I got a really nice hoodie off a local company and bracelet off another artist .. i highly recommend this mall if you’re in the area ..

We went to the mall so we could go to Round 1 for our weekly family outing. It's an arcade located inside the mall. We all enjoyed the arcade, especially the 6-year-old. Their food left a little to be desired, but that's really not why you go there. They have pizza, burgers, fries, and ice cream. I wanted the loaded nachos but they didn't have any chips. Oh well. Luckily there's also a food court inside the mall so that's where went for food.

I experienced the best customer service I ever received in a long time! Every store I walked into today (1/27/23) I was acknowledged and treated with respect. I’m not sure if every store is on commission but either way they were exceptional. I personally prefer to shop online instead of in person because of the lack of professionalism, but Towson Mall staff showed me otherwise. S/o to the girls in H&M, Akira, Sephora, Nordstrom and Zara. I will drive from DC just to shop at Towson Mall. Thank you!

I hate shopping! However, this mall is so beautiful! It has lots of natural lighting, it is beautifully designed and clean. The design includes strategically placed benches / massage chairs. The food court offers plenty of choices.

It's conveniently located and has the stores that I like, good variety. The food court is fair. There are other restaurants connected to mall and surrounding it. There is garage and parking lot parking. Entrance from the front of the garage always seems a bit tight to me, I prefer the lot or the back of the garage, Joppa road entrance.

This is a great mall with a variety of different stores. The food court is also great because it has many different stores including a halal restaurant. As a former resident in Towson I would not say it is the safest. Many robberies and crime around or within the mall. Kids should definitely not be here after 4pm without an adult, as suggested by the security and police. Overall it is great but make sure to be safe as it is good to have precautions.

They are starting to lose stores in the mall. The food court needs a major update and some real variety. The 0arking situation is horrible. There hasn't been a time I came here that the parking situation was good. While that may mean the mall is crowded, that also means it is overcrowded. There are still quite a few places here I'd shop when necessary, I've actually become accustomed to shopping online these days to avoid situations like this with the parking.

Just love that it's more stores to choose from compared to when I was younger going to this mall. Now o go just to walk around. Very clean, I would still suggest a little bit more police presence because of pass few years and now my nephew works there and he doesn't feel safe leaving at night when his store closes. Overall great place to shop with your family

Parking is a joke. Y'all need to address the curbside pick up scenario. Cars are parking there and shopping/eating. It's not legit curbside if all of the cars are vacant...start towing!

Towson Mall have some of my favorite stores I love to shop at. The mall is lovely I like it so much I couldn’t stop talking about it. I like it so much I am willing to drive 2hrs and 45 minutes from NJ just to go shopping. The food court has a Chick-fil-A and some other nice restaurants too. Gap, Banana Republic,UGGs, Coach, Victoria’s Secret pink just to name a few. Parking a is bit challenging but still worth the visit.

I come out here to dine, first time actually going inside of the mall. Modern and up to date on stores had a few out of place but that’s neither here or there. Had to take my iPad to the Apple store. I will rate my experience later.

A great mall for singles, couples, and families. There are delicious food options that range from cheap to expensive. I recommend The Cheesecake Factory or a chicken cheese steak from Charley's. The stores are great (Macy's, Gap, Zara, VS, BBW, Coach, etc). Great sneaker places too. Plenty of free parking. Regal Theater is a 3 minute walk from the mall. Enjoy!

It's a mall, with all that entails. The shops are mostly high end and the clientele is mostly bored people window shopping. They probably have what you want or need but it won't be particularly easy or fun to get.

I guess I've shopped there too long because I'm ne er really impressed with this mall. Store after store keeps closing and they add these weird stores you've never heard of with even stranger clothes. I definitely prefer Montgomery Mall or Tyson's Corner. A bit of a ride but atleast there are options, good ones.

Very enjoyable evening with family who gathered to celebrate parents 65th anniversary🙂 Mike the GM at Stoney River was very accommodating when we needed more seating than original reservation was made for. He was very professional and pleasant to communicate with. The wait staff were all very nice and efficient as we had a rather large group. Everyone enjoyed their food. No complaints about anything. Very nice dining experience. If you have not had a chance to go to Towson location I would highly recommend dining at their location👌🏽 👍🏽5 stars for me!

The outside of the mall especially the parking lot gets sketchy at night but the inside is super clean. The bathrooms are nice as well. The food court and stores have a lot of options. Never had a bad experience as a consumer, only as an employee.

Impressive mall, multiple stories, tons of stores for most needs. I forgot to pack an extra shirt for a meeting and was able to run to a few stores to find what I needed in about half an hour. Not personally big on malls, but this is one of the better malls I have been to in quite some time.

Clean. Great selection of stores and amenities. Parking experience was as good as it can be, technology helps identify availability of spaces. Good illumination, 5 star traffic signaling. It didn’t feel crowded at all for a Memorial Day shopping rally. Stores adequately staffed, found assistance in record time. ZARA, Forever 21, H&M, Macy’s and many others had SALES.

I love this place so much to do. Not to sure about the bar. I would suggest just getting a pitcher of anything. Yes you still will be mad. The food was mediocre. Bowling lane would not return our balls twice. The pool table tops need to be replaced. If you can drink and eat before you come I suggest doing it. The kids will love it.

Parking is always readily available even during the busy season of the holidays be careful to not be there too late although the Parking is always readily available even during the busy season of the holidays be careful to not be there too late although the Management has Done a good job of cleaning up the criminal activity it still occurs from time to time after hours

A very nice mall. It’s big, 4 stories, so plenty to see if you want to spend several hours here. It does lack a few stores you would expect to see at a mall like this (Tommy Hilfigure for example) but there is still a good variety for all price points. The food court has many options to choose from as well.

The store's were nice I should of said said they have a lot of medium to top of the line store's but a lot of teenagers run wild in the mall it didn't seem like they were shopping I had bought an expensive watch from one of the jewelry stores they had a special going on six months same as cash so that is why I came from Harford county but I just wanted to get out of there I didn't feel comfortable in the mall to much going on I just made my one purchase and get out of there although I would of liked to look around they had a nice selection of store's that they don't have in any of the two malls that are a lot closer to me.

As far as malls go, the place is fine. Four levels of everything, a food court, anchor stores, etc. There's a 'fancy' section, too, so if you want to go to Tiffany, well, there you go. There's also a Williams & Sonoma here, which is very nice for buying kitchen stuff. But mostly it's just a nice mall with a couple of chain restaurants attached. Parking is fine, but for $7, the valet is the way to go.

Very nice large mall. I will say it appears to be a bit scary like a lot of crime must take place due to security being within every 10 steps. It was a saturday evening when I visited. They must have been looking for someone because for two hours while I shopped store to store I witnessed a female security officer walking up to younger crowds of people and asking for their ID . I never saw her get who she was looking for. Makes it pretty intimidating honestly. This mall is so nice it deserves a much much better rating but I cant for is reason. Being a woman and being a woman and witnessing this for that about of time took the pleasure out of shopping. I even went down stairs to apple and signed up had a wait 1 he 45 minute wait so I git a pretzel and here she came to this level too. Where I was it seemed she was. So i winded up leaving. I'm 1.5 hrs from hone so i was pretty upset. I will return with people with me and update my review if it's better.

3-story mall. Crowded, overused food court and frequently unclean bathrooms. Best places to use the restroom is in the Nordstrom's. Better places to eat : Starbucks on the 4th floor, the new bar that just opened diagonal from Charlotte Russe, or other actual resturants such as The Cheescake Factory and PF Chang's located down the hall from Sephora, The Apple store, and Louis Vuittion - follow the restaurant arrows from there leading to an escalator that will take you down to where all these places are conveniently located. Be wary of the vendors, most of what they are selling is either overpriced, low-quality or both. Unless it is the eyebrows but even they have their own store.

Teens running around mall and parking garage harassing others, loud, unruly, unsupervised, and basically up to no good. Makes shopping there stressful. Security sitting around on cell phones. I will not shop there ever again and would be surprised if many of the shops ever open again. Many used to avoid shopping in the evening to avoid the crime, potential problems and violence,, now these issues are occurring during the day during a pandemic! So disappointed... used to be a fun, enjoyable place to shop. No surprise that online shopping and Amazon have taken over the retail market!
