Among arrival the room had a very overpowering smoke smell. We were given a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. We didn’t think to change rooms but we got used to the smell and we sprayed stuff to cover it. The toilet paper holder was basically on the floor. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. Holes in the sheets and blankets. We were only given 3 pillows originally. Not to mention a hole in the bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it open Boyfriend believes he may have been double charged since we made a reservation here online and paid when we made the reservation and the man at the front desk took his card and my boyfriend then had 2 different confirmation emails and the man at the front desk was very dismissive when we went to figure out what was happening. Came back and read other reviews online and we left after spending 6 hours there. Didn’t even spend the night. It might be okay if you’re on a road trip and just need a place to crash for the night but I definitely do not recommend this place and will not be staying there again

It would be nice if they actually included the breakfast that is supposed to come with the price of the hotel room. They have a sign up that says no breakfast due to health reasons the pandemic has been over. So what is the health reason?? The room is fine if they put you in one or the air. Conditioner and heater actually works correctly.... Don't expect the free breakfast though for health and safety reasons, whatever that means

Spent 4 ,days and got fresh towels once had to buy new towels just to stay clean. Don't hear from them until it's time for me to check out. But when I need something while I spend well over $200 there's no one to be seen. I really want a refund for my last stays. Service and time spent was wasted Update11/19/23- service was great this visit but my review for last visit before this stays the same

There were so many gnats in our room and because they were sold out, the only solution was to spray the room down. That didn't help at all as they were still on the walls and ceilings. Rooms definitely need to be renovated as well. Never again

The pictures are from the previous management. No pool. No lounge or restaurant or breakfast. It's is nowhere near in the same condition. The room heater would malfunction and start rattling and roaring like a diesel engine until you reset it. The neighboring car dealership blasted a motion detection alarm every hour and the area was sketchy. Put your food in the fridge unless you like it "extra crunchy".

Pros: Late check out was 1pm. Cheap. Not the worst place, you get what you pay for. We originally booked a nonsmoking room but they said the AC was broken in that room so we had to take a smoking room. The cleanliness was….gross, BUT not the worst I’ve ever experienced. The walls by the bed and furniture had “piles” of dirt and who knows what. Make sure to wear slippers or shoes in the room the entire time. Bathroom was stained and dingy. The bottom of the bathroom door was broken off and crumbling. Carpet was peeling up and mold on walls. Around 9am someone was tapping on our windows, then again at 10am…. Upon leaving , housekeeping came up to our car window asking if we left a “good tip”.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The manager was rude kept moving us to back of line. I had to make a call to verify we had a room. Was suppose to get non-smoking but it was not, it stunk, and the walls were yellow and dirty. The toilet was dirty and clogged. The carpet and beds were filthy. You get no covers. I would not have used them anyway. We had to go to the store to buy sheets to lay on. My girls would not use the toilet there. People were loud early in morning and woke us. I would pay 300 to stay somewhere next time then stay here for free. I never saw a filthier hotel before then this one. The pictures I sent doesn't even show the awfulness of what it was like. oh and when we were about to leave I saw the cleaning lady and her cart . I did not see any dirty sheets on there and barely any clean ones. She spent maybe 3 minutes in one room and did not even vacuum it.

Wont stay here again! Reserved a NON smoking room. Room smelled like cigarette smoke! The website said they had a pool and free breakfast. Signs were posted saying “sorry no pool” and “sorry no breakfast, health and safety reason.” The comforter and sheets has burn holes from cigarettes and they only provided two tiny square pillows! This place is so ghetto!!! And the costumer service was horrible

Non-manager Staff was apathetic, self aggrandizing, and showed absolutely zero effort to deescalate anything or have any kind of customer support. My apartment had a fire in it, leaving me temporarily homeless, so the manager of the hotel said he would be able to automatically renew my room until I was ready to check out, because the apartment didn't say how long it would be until we could get our stuff out. There were cigarette burns covering the blankets, holes in the bathroom door, and the safe in the hotel room had the batteries removed. The next day when I went out to get some supplies that had been destroyed from smoke damage, my brand new toothbrush, deodorant, and toothpaste that I left in the room had been thrown out, and when I called the front desk they tried to tell me nobody had cleaned my room even tho the bed had been made, and that they couldn't do anything about replacements. Then later that day staff continually badgered me about checking in for the next day. Every time I tried to explain what the manager had told me, I was ignored completely and when I went up to the front desk to check in while I was visibly upset, the lady at the front desk refused to check me back in because she "didn't like my attitude" and when I repeatedly apologized and explained the situation (including the fire, the manager, and the fact that I have anxiety issues) she just told me "That's not my problem." Never staying here ever again.

Whatever shows on internet is not real. Poor quality, hotel is terrible. Stinks of Marihuana the property outside and the rooms. People that are not customers are in the property smoking and drinking. Doesn't feel secure at all inside the room and for the car as well. The advertising is showing breakfast included and is not. The room don't even have a coffee maker. The door lock doesn't work

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at . The sheets have holes . Everything is dirty and nasty. Theirs cigarettes burns everywhere. The bathroom door is broken ...rhe curtains have stains as well as the sheets ... I went to ask the front desk guy if he would change our rooms for non smoking because the rooms smelled to much like cigarettes. He said he was gonna leave a note . When I went to check he said if I hadent received a call I said no .He said I can't do anything if you booked online and was acting like he was actually looking to see what he could do and was just acting dumb . The WORST BOOKING I HAVE EVER MADE. ITS DISGUSTING 🤮🤢 If it allowed me to leave no stars I will.

Will not stay here again. The place is dirty has roaches, holes in the walls, baseboards are caked with dirt, police there every night for some kind of disturbance, no breakfast as advertised that was a good thing because I would not have eaten there anyway. The list goes on. Just was not a good stay would not recommend.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The manager ignored me when I told him the smoke detector in my room was beeping to signal it needed a new battery. I got a patronizing smile as he just kept walking. The room REEKED. The door needed a body slam to open. There's even more. I prepaid through Priceline for 3 nights. I ended up driving 40 miles out to a friend's place to stay rather than stay in a smelly room with a beeping smoke detector.

Not bad for quick overnight stay. Arrived & was greated w/friendly customer service. Room left a lot to be desired. Had to request towels, door had apparently been kicked in previously as the safety swing lock was broken. Long hairs in bathroom on tub & floors & tv was small and static. Complained to desk & was quickly delivered towels & granted 2hrs late checkout.

Definitely NOT a motel for Families. Just wanted to share my experience as a heads up! The motel is reasonable price and good location But the rooms are below average, they need renovation for sure if they want to improve specially the restrooms, they didn't seem sanitary. There were alot of cockroaches in our room. But here is the biggest problem we had there was some one fighting in one of the rooms from 11am- 4am which was very loud. A guy kept banging a girls door yelling. He kept coming back and forth in that time frame. He probably would have broken the door if she had not threatened to call the cops. At this point if she had not, i would have as i was getting very frustrated. It felt very UNSAFE! So my point is Do Not Stay here if you are with Kids. I could not sleep all night and was waiting for sunrise so we can get the hell out of there. Learned my lesson for trying to save some money but we will not be staying there ever again.

Rooms needed updated and CLEANED. There were suction cups marks on the headboard, scum around the rim of the tub, and it just had a funky smell. It wasn't the worst place I've been in, but it definitely isn't somewhere I want to stay again.

I stay here very frequently and I have never been disappointed! It is always clean and the people are very friendly. It's not a Hilton but for the price, it's perfect! And sign up to be a #Wyndham member (it's free!) and the points build up quickly for discounted rates and free stays. They have a pool at this location that had been clean everytime I've been here. They have lounge chairs and a couple tables with umbrellas. I stay in a smoking room and you can barely smell the smoke. Which is amazing... I've stayed in other smoking rooms at different hotels and they reek of smoke. So I can not say enough they are very very clean! I will stay here anytime in in the area and need a room. It's also in the middle of town with lots of eating options in walking distance.

Checked in and went to a family event for the holidays and came back to the most disgusting room. Floors were dirty, smoke smell in the non smoking room, live cockroaches in every room they gave us( me and my children) and the worst of all....BED BUGS!!! Of course I complained to the lady at the front desk and was told there is nothing she can do. So I returned the key and due to it being a holiday and no other hotels nearby had openings I was forced to sleep in the car with the kids. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here!

This place is a dump. Stains, holes in the wall. Doors, locks, plumbing, trim, caulk... falling apart. Parking lot is dark and feels unsafe. They no longer do breakfast nor have coffee in office. We got 2 towels for a 2-bed room and 1 bar if soap. 4 light bulbs out. This place looks like it is used by the hour.

The room was absolutely garbage, I had to ram the door to open or close it, and the hvac sounded like a diesel truck all the time. I get it. it's not a 4-star hotel but common basic maintenance.

Would NOT recommend staying here. Receptionist was not friendly during check in and would not change my room location, stating the computer was giving him a good time. Cracked leather chair, dirty curtains and cigarette holes in bed cover. Tried to attach photos but unable.

They advertised free breakfast which led to me choosing to stay at this place for the night. I come to find out to my surprise that they don’t serve breakfast. When it was time to sleep the mattress had visible stains of red and black which left me disgusted. The cherry on top was that they did not provide toothpaste.

It was somewhere I had to stay while they addressed my apartment and the service was good.

The bed was very comfy. Overall in need of updates. The faucet in the tub wouldn't completely turn off so ran a thin stream constantly. And the bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Fine for a quick nights stay, but I'd look elsewhere if staying for an extended period.

I've stayed, on various dates over 4 yrs, and had good times.....but the management needs to start paying attention to the decay of the rooms. Issues I saw and informed them of, remain unaddressed and makes the stay, not worthy of the price.

Upon arrival I went in and gave them my reservation number. Was to be 59 plus taxes a night was charged 79 a night plus taxes. Then proceeded to room which was to be non smoking reaked of cigarette smoke and very bad odor. Light switch wouldnt work. Went back to office and they switched rooms. 2nd room alot better than the first. No breakfast.. Dissapointed with this stay..wont come back here again.

Rooms were comfortable and sort of what you'd expect for the price. However I did have one major problem, which was the very pushy and invasive cleaner. I stayed for 4 nights (as did some family friends in another room), and we all had a bad experience with the cleaner. Asides from viewing our 'do not disturb' signs as a vague suggestion and letting herself into the rooms while we were in there anyway, she was also very pushy - repeatedly asking for a 'big tip'. One one day, I had about three interactions with her - the first of which being when she peered in through the maybe 4 or 5 inch gap where I had left the curtain slightly open, to find me lying in bed in my pants. Maybe half an hour later she was knocking on the door again asking if I needed more coffee sachets or towels, and it was very difficult to tell her no - she stayed firmly in the doorway for quite some time and I'm honestly not sure why. Again, maybe another half hour later, she peered in through the now completely open curtains and asked me through the glass if she could come in to change the bins - which I did not need, and again it was quite difficult to convince her of this, and she walked away very slowly all while still looking into the room which made me very uncomfortable. Honestly her presence just felt quite invasive and my friends in another room especially felt extremely pressured into tipping her. They did, at one point, decide to complain at reception about the cleaner, and were told 'the manager isn't here today, no complaints today', but the receptionist also couldn't give them a straight answer about when the manager would be here. At the same time, they also tried to complain about the WiFi (if was basically non existent, and worked for probably a total of an hour during our whole stay), and the receptionist told us that we could 'call the hotline' if we wanted. I would have thought that communicating with the hotel's broadband supplier to fix it should be the hotel staff's job? The 'continental breakfast' was mainly cold packaged waffles and grim yoghurt, but sort of what you expect for the price of a room.

My family and I have had a pleasant stay at the Ramada. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Very convenient to local restaurants and affordable. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

My son and I stayed several nights at the Ramada Inn Cockeysville, the rooms were super clean and the front desk offered menu's to the local restaurants. They are conveniently located on York Rd, everything that you could need is in walking distance. Plus there is a Chick-fil-A right next door. Plus their rates were really good! Ill be staying again, when we are in town again.
