Non-manager
Staff
was
apathetic,
self
aggrandizing,
and
showed
absolutely
zero
effort
to
deescalate
anything
or
have
any
kind
of
customer
support.
My
apartment
had
a
fire
in
it,
leaving
me
temporarily
homeless,
so
the
manager
of
the
hotel
said
he
would
be
able
to
automatically
renew
my
room
until
I
was
ready
to
check
out,
because
the
apartment
didn't
say
how
long
it
would
be
until
we
could
get
our
stuff
out.
There
were
cigarette
burns
covering
the
blankets,
holes
in
the
bathroom
door,
and
the
safe
in
the
hotel
room
had
the
batteries
removed.
The
next
day
when
I
went
out
to
get
some
supplies
that
had
been
destroyed
from
smoke
damage,
my
brand
new
toothbrush,
deodorant,
and
toothpaste
that
I
left
in
the
room
had
been
thrown
out,
and
when
I
called
the
front
desk
they
tried
to
tell
me
nobody
had
cleaned
my
room
even
tho
the
bed
had
been
made,
and
that
they
couldn't
do
anything
about
replacements.
Then
later
that
day
staff
continually
badgered
me
about
checking
in
for
the
next
day.
Every
time
I
tried
to
explain
what
the
manager
had
told
me,
I
was
ignored
completely
and
when
I
went
up
to
the
front
desk
to
check
in
while
I
was
visibly
upset,
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
refused
to
check
me
back
in
because
she
"didn't
like
my
attitude"
and
when
I
repeatedly
apologized
and
explained
the
situation
(including
the
fire,
the
manager,
and
the
fact
that
I
have
anxiety
issues)
she
just
told
me
"That's
not
my
problem."
Never
staying
here
ever
again.
