Nice staff, quiet, clean hotel. Not far off the highway but it seemed quieter in reality. Comfortable bed

large room. bedspread to feel good touch. But, during I've been 3 nights, I have never been served of room service of cleaning, even inspite of asking to make up. Even if they said housekeeper was busy, it was not good reason. All fare has already included cleaning service and I paid. It was not only my case but also my colleagues got no service. I disappointed that.

Front desk guys were rather cocky in their attitude when I asked questions, like I should have known all that already. Just because I'm a senior citizen doesn't mean I'm stupid. They need a manners training. They had a bar all decked out in the lobby but no complimentary breakfast. It was a miserable place to find in the huge complex of buildings with little to minimal signs. Not on my list for return visits.

I've stayed at a lot of courtyards and other Marriott hotels. This one was certainly satisfactory. It is disappointing that the restaurant that have there is only open for breakfast. However, it is very conveniently located near the interstate and next to a shopping center.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and peaceful. Within walking distance of a huge shopping center and different restaurants

Nice clean place to stay for overnight to attend nearby conference. Staff was very friendly!

Best breakfast quesadilla I have ever had. Compliments to the Chef. Rooms were immaculate.

Was shoched that there was not a Spa on the premises. Our group so looked forward to it. Unfortunately we wont be back.

I stayed here last weekend. I appreciated the service offered from the team. They did a great job with limited resources. I give my special thanks to the front desk girl, Rachel. She saved my trip. My charger was broken during the time I stayed, which scared me so such. I asked the front desk if they sell chargers. But the answer was no. Hotel doesn’t have charge station for customers, either. However, Rachel allowed me to use her own charger to charge my phone. I had my phone fully charged and returned the charger the next morning. She’s so nice and friendly, always smiling during the conversation, even I woke up late to return the charger. She offered me with 5 star service. Thank you again, Rachel. Wish you all the best.

Fully updated and modern rooms, great staff, common areas have breakfast and evening service (Bistro branded Courtyard), great option for a stay in this area.

Nice location. I drew a short straw on my room as it did not have a good smell but two colleagues of mine said their rooms were perfect. Front Desk manager was great and helpful.

Not my typical Marriott stay. We booked 2 rooms, the staff was very kind but the first room didn't have a working phone and was to small compared to other Marriott stays. The balcony was dirty with tons of spider webs. Once again, the staff was very good though.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Matthew remembered my first and last name all 3 days we were there. Very impressive. Temperature and humidity was not regulated well in meeting rooms or open spaces throughout hotel. Low water pressure throughout hotel restrooms. Lobby was spacious and we were able to work or hangout for delivery dinner there. Overall, the stay was good but the HVAC and water does seem to be a bit off.

Overall the hotel is very nice but the hallways on each floor is very humid….

Poor value for money. Decent location but everything else very basic and below par compared to other similar hotels.
