We were greeted late night check-in with all the welcoming professionalism they have. Fast, clean and updated. Very beautiful. The breakfast was the BEST. There is a nominal charge per person but well worth. It. The food is delicious and fresh and the staff is bright and attentive. Toni and Ramon are worth their weight in gold. Some rude patrons tried to bully them bc but Toni handled the situation with respect and dignity. THAT IS A 5-STAR situation and why I'd come back to stay here again.

The front desk woman Cindy was extremely disrespectful to me when I first came in. She rolled her eyes when she saw me and was shaming me infront of other guests because I had to get $10 put into my account to pay for the room. When she finally gave me my room key she made it a big deal saying how it was only $10 and she wasn’t gonna waste her time with it. Our first room stunk of mold and mildew and the tub was stained. The second room had a stained tub. Someone then called the hotel and the front desk gave out my room number to the caller. This morning I had room service banging and bursting into my room while my girlfriend and I were sleeping. Luckily the lock was on and the door was stopped

Even though I have not stayed here, I just want to compliment the nice Desk Agent on the afternoon of Friday March 4, 2022. She was courteous and very complimentary. She did everything possible for a possible hotel stay, giving all kinds of courteous discounts. Never had an employee anywhere been that kind. The only reason I didn't stay was to not having a credit card at the time. Due to her politeness a stay here in the future will definitely occur.

Front desk was efficient. Rooms are clean and functional. Place was quiet. Good black-out blinds. They have Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Located close to the highway and about half an hour from the Baltimore airport.

Overall very, very good. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The location was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were clean and neat for the most part. There were a few broken things in the room that just caused a very slight inconvenience. Great experience! I highly, highly recommend

This is not a corporate Holiday Inn. This Holiday Inn is conveniently located right off the highway. The lobby was the brightest area of the hotel. We had a room with no coffee maker and directly across from the laundry room. The bathroom was very small. $5 for breakfast which was not mentioned until I went to get breakfast and saw the sign. When asked for a late checkout we were given until 11:30. Not quite what I expect from a Holiday Inn. There is a Chili's attached to the hotel and that was a plus.

Great place to stay. Only giving it 4 stars because the sound proofing was terrible. The cars outside were loud. Room was clean and spacious. They have full size shampoo and soap. There's a snack room in the lobby to purchase more than what you'd normally get from a vending machine. The breakfast was amazing and had many options.

The hotel was conveniently located to the highway and many restaurants. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself was pretty dated and needs a thorough cleaning.

My cousin stayed here for 3 days. Overall good experience. The room was big and clean. Used the gym a few times....its small but does the job. Helpful staff.

Rooms look great and everything seemed clean, other than the dead fly we found in our bed sheets. The internet however did not work. When I asked the front desk I was told it was working fine. I have over 270 nights in hotels this year and probably over a thousand for my lifetime. It took me 10 minutes to download an all text email.

Recommended 100%! I loved it! I felt comfortable. Good environment, pretty clean, coffee all day long. The amenities always open and clean. I just want to come back again. Receptionist 24/7. The room are so beautiful and new design.!

Perfect location right off the highway for our needs. Comfortable beds and enough space. Breakfast was adequate but $5 when other Holiday Inns have the same included. It seemed clean until we saw a wad of long dark hair on the shower wall.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and Toni and Ramon on the breakfast staff were outstanding! Their warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcomed and at home. Having traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe, I've only experienced Toni and Ramon's level of customer service at 4 and 5 star hotels. I was very impressed by the renovated decor of the rooms which made me feel like I was staying in a 4 star instead of a 3 star hotel and was an amazing deal for the price! The bed was super comfy :)

I stayed here Valentine’s Day weekend and it was an easy , smooth and great experience!! However i made a reservation the other day for today ( Sunday , April 10th. ) And i need to call and ask some questions about my current reservation and the number listed everywhere online for this location is not in service , so i have no way of getting in contact for help and i can’t find another number anywhere .. the number needs to be updated because i have no way to ask questions about my reservation.

Very easy location to find. Has a Chili's restaurant right next to it! The rooms are good. I've only been once where the AC and fridge were broken and smelly, but, the concierge swapped us out to a better room and gave free breakfast tickets. They have an outdoor pool and are located confidently near York Road. I recommend this Holidae Inn!

The hotel itself was fine. My only issue was being charged $5 for the basic normal hotel breakfast and the fact that the pool opens at 12pm so you're unable to go for a morning swim on check-out day. We had 5 rooms and all were nice and clean.

The room was very clean. Beds was comfortable and it was quite no loud parties or the hallways didn't smell like weed great price. I just don't agree with the high deposit fee. I don't pay that much for resorts

Hello I First Want to Compliment the hotel for being Great Customer Service Agents. I honestly don't remember a hotel with better manners overall. The Rooms were nice, but the Bathroom Is Super Small. I would definitely Stay Again In The Future... Thank You All For Being So Cool And Accommodating.
