They have roaches, mold! See the attached photos. Check the other low star reviews as well and you will see the pattern with uncleanliness. Additionally a very mean manager, and the rooms are not cleaned well between visitors! I travel a lot and typically have no issues with Hampton Inns but this location was really bad. I arrived around 3:30am Sat morning and was greeted by a roach crawling up the wall, hair on the bathroom counters, mold in the refrigerator casing, something black around the toilet, amongst other things (see the photos). I called the front desk and explained the situation but it was too late to move around. The next morning I shared the complaint with the manager and she was very rude to me and told me that I was dispicable for my complaint. She kept telling me that the hotel doesn’t have roaches even though I had the roach in my possession and showed photos. She told me I could change rooms, check out, or be escorted out. She then proceeded to walk away from many saying very mean things in a very degrading tone. I went back again and made a formal complaint to another staff on Saturday that was very pleasant. She acknowledged my complaint and helped me check out. If you don’t want to bring roach eggs back home with you to start an infestation don’t stay here. Where there is one roach there is a breeding area and eggs nearby.

I hoped for much better. I decided to stay here based on being a Hilton member and expecting a basic comfortable room. The room was great on the cleanliness side and the amenities were okay which were fine weather decent room setup. The problems were the basics. The bed and pillows feel like they were from a cut rate hotel complete with squeaky springs in the bed. Very uncomfortable. The hot water was inadequate as well. The water barely got warm on the first morning, and a little bit better the second. The third morning it was better but it was also later in the morning. The explanation was that everyone was probably trying to shower at the same time. For a major hotel chain that should not happen. The location worked out well for me but I'll be considering other options next time down.

It's new and clean. Pool was a little cold but pleasant. Asked for towels but never got them. Breakfast was disorganized. They kept running out of food and coffee. Kitchen staff were not very good...the hotel itself was fine. In an odd location near railroad tracks.

Best Hotel Choice In The Area By Far! The Free Washing is the Ultimate Best Amenity. They offer real breakfast, the staff are all friendly and helpful, Gym 24 hours, Clean Rooms, Pool was clean, they offer the total package! This is the only hotel in the area that is worth the money and even your families time to stay. Holiday Inn & Extended Stay Nearby Are Both Trash && Dirty!! Hampton is the definite Go To If Ever In This Area! This Staff Was More Than Amazing && The management should be Proud !

Great customer service at the front desk with Marie!! Had used pillows in our room that smelled sweaty, not very clean (windows streaked, facet with white residue on it, toilet bowl seat was up, and shower doors not clean). Also, had no hot water!!!! Called front desk and it was something on their end but water still didn't get hot. It was warm at best. We were offered to change rooms but afterAfter having a business 14hrs of a business meetings I was not changing rooms. And the fridge was warm inside and had to find the cool settings which I had to pull the fridge out to make it cold. Should've had easier controls. And went to get ice at the ice machone on our floor and it was not working. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and very glad it's only a 1 night stay!!!! Everything is going wrong during this stay!! Love Hilton Hotels and it was a first time at a Hampton Inn and will be the last.

The hotel was clean. They brought extra towels when needed very fast. The bed was very hard and the water got warm after day break and hot after midnight. We complained about the water after our first night and we were told they would look into it. But our second morning was the same only less warm water.

The entire experience there was spectacular, relaxing and just amazing. The two room hotel that my mom and I stayed in was clean, smelled good, and was beautiful. The beds were comfy. It had a coffee pot. There was a super big tv available with all the channels one would want. But there are two special people who work here and that is the hotel manager Nikki and the overnight front desk agent Andrew. Nikki has so much compassion, class, and honor. She really helped my mom and I out when we had an home emergency. She was right there with her warmth and understanding. Andrew also was a true gentleman overnight. He was cool, caring and funny. It was a memorable experience. Highly recommend a stay there.

One disclaimer: I do not think all the rooms have microwaves. I think hotels that remove microwaves should provide a microwave on each floor! If this matters to you, please call ahead. Our room did have a microwave. We had a larger room with the “kitchenette” - this room was spacious and a perfect arrangement of useful furniture. We stayed here for one week, for medical care at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Excellent and friendly hotel staff, including breakfast and housekeeping. Perfect breakfast with all the options, 6-10am every day, and an exceptionally nice setup and seating area. Quiet. Good parking, laundry, ice. They provided a menu from a local restaurant (I forget the name) that does delivery- impressive variety and excellent food, reasonable price. We ordered from them most evenings, excellent service and food every time. It is next door to a Sam’s club. Pay close attention to your map as you arrive. The directions are a little tricky for the last few turns.

My son and daughter in law were at Johns Hopkins for the delivery of their baby. I was caring for their other son during the delivery. We arrived during a snow storm and we were given all of the respect due any customer even though we had a voucher for a free stay. It was a blessing given the complications of the delivery! Thank you for your quick service and a lovely clean and spacious accommodation!

Nice very modern. Suite is a large room with a king bed and foldout couch. Lots of power available. Breakfast is convenient, with all the usuals.

Good location central to Timonium and an easy ride down into Towson or the city, or up to Hunt Valley. The hotel front desk staff was nice. Complimentary breakfast with long hours which is a nice perk. The hotel isn’t that old and is certainly showing signs of age. Nothing fancy but fine accommodations.

Excellent experience. Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Based on my stay Hampton inn has become my hotel of choice in the USA.

Poor signage off the interstate makes this hotel difficult to find especially at night. Once arriving we received a friendly welcome from both desk clerks and a speedy check-in. Our king room was clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but pretty picked over during the last hour of operation. We would stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms when I got my confirmation it only had 1 room so I called to make sure I had 2 rooms. I confirmed on checking in I attempted to book 2 rooms only received one confirmation . I was charged for two rooms and then I received an additional charge 2 days later for another room and was unable to get a manager to talk to me to take to charge off. In addition to that the 1 room had a terrible smell..terrible service and no follow up.had to call my credit card provider to dispute false charge.

When I first got there everything went well .when I extended my stay the manger name Tammie asked for ID and she thought was fake she doubled looked her ID to make sure it was real. She extended my stay then 2 days later said as I came downstairs she said she’s doing a wellness check and didn’t even look in the room she said I have an hour to leave. She was disrespectful and rude wouldn’t let nobody talk .

Great hotel, with a wonderful and amazing front desk staff, especially Bill. He made that stay even better. He gave great advice on restaurants and made us laugh everytime we walk thru the lobby on a night. Made a huge impact on our stay.

We stayed here for 10 nights this summer. Every single staff member we talked to was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and just what we needed. The pool is a bit small, but our family enjoyed it.

My stay here was good. I checked in and out with no problem at all. I love that it was right by a Sam's club. I needed lotion and could walk to get it.

The hotel need maintenance. A little run down to be owned by Hilton. Also the breakfast bar runs out of healthy options quickly.

As a business traveler everything you want while on the road. Friendly staff, fitness center, great breakfast, clean facility and rooms, HVAC in working order, safe neighborhood(was adjacent to a Sam's club wholesale location) and backside was office complex. Will stay here again for sure.

Had to make a last-minute trip up to Baltimore. Everything was easy - reservations, check-in, parking. Room was clean and nice. I esp. appreciated the note in the bathroom offering complimentary toiletries If you had left anything at home (something I often do...) Good price. Highly recommend.

The front desk person was rude and uninformed about her hotel and check in procedures/reservations/points usage. The room was really nice. They served the Hampton very good breakfast spread with the addition of dark roast coffee! Yum!

This hotel was amazing! From check in. Extremely clean room. Great customer service with each attendant I saw during my week stay. Breakfast was good and filing. The pool was great enjoyed a quite swim for hours with no interruption. I was so comfortable there I wanted to stay in my room on many days instead of going out. I appreciate Billy and his staff for making my stay exceptional. It was a lil drive from Baltimore but that was my fault I booked the room. But I'll have to say if I come back I don't mind staying there again. I felt safe and was extremely comfortable. That hot shower was everything. Thank you guys!

Upon check in, I was told there was a king bed room for me; I reserved a room with 2 beds month ago. I was told that they had to give me a King room due to "maintenance problems". I kept my horrible temper under control despite being up for about 19 hours and being out in the sun all day and the manager did the right thing and gave me a second room (for my friend with whom I traveled). The rooms were gorgeous. If it wasn't for the manager making things right I'd never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Neat and clean. The lady that check us in was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Prayerfully they'll invest in another meat outside of pork since not everyone eats pork but everything else was good. The lady that was doing breakfast seem like ahe had an attitude. I pray all is well with her. Overall, my first stay at Hampton and I do plan on coming back and referring friends. Thank you

I wish I was the only unlucky customer who experienced this and hope it was an occasional accident from this hotel. After checked in and settled things, I was satisfied and expected that I would have a nice stay in my next 3 days business trip in Baltimore. I had a good impression it looked clean, good smell, and polite front desk representatives. My first bad experience started at day 1 when I go to sleep. A woman long hair went to my mouth when I pull the blanket to neck. It stuck on my teeth and tongue and felt so disgusting. I reported this to the front desk and manager next day and I was so regret I didn't change room because I thought this just an occasional accident and overall they did all right. In my second day I got an unpleasant smell on my body after shower and I found blood on the second large towel. I reported this to manager and she said sorry to me. However, till my leave on day 3, no one came to check my room and communicate with me about this. In my last day, after morning shower, there was blood found in another towel. Pictures taken before I left. I had a disgusting memory in this stay. I have read the google review on this hotel, mostly are highly positive and I agree it is a nice place (their location, breakfast is OK, good attitude staffs), on the surface. They had a quick response and apologize to negative reviews, on surface (but not put in action). That's why I gave them 2/5 stars. Please tell me these red are not blood.

Staff was so amazing, welcoming, and friendly. Room was spotless too! Only had two issues this time. I couldn't get into the pool for my exercise laps with my key card, and the new shampoo/conditioner bottle system was empty. I had the new lotion & body wash though! Front desk gave me small shampoo bottles for the night & kindly explained the key card issue for the pool (which is scary because if there was an emergency, no one can help without a manager key!) Love your hotel; work has me stay here often so just work out the minor kinks and it will be 5 stars again!

Very pleased with our stay in a king size bed room. Ours was a handicap room (not requested) so more room to accommodate wheel chairs and such. Bathroom was clean and probably one of the best shower heads I've used recently in a hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Very nice and clean pet friendly hotel. Getting to the parking lot was a little tricky, our gps had issues.
