Always a great experience at Mothers. The outdoor eating areas are dog-friendly, making this a go-to spot for anyone looking to bring their furry friend. They even have a special menu with dog-friendly treats.

I don't know what's the difference between this location and Federal Hill. But the buffalo wings I had yesterday was just like a fried wing. I had to ask the waitress" where is the sauce"?. She brought me out some sauce and I poured it over the chicken. Our waitress was Jackie, she was very pleasant.

This is a nice restaurant to go to any day of the week. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the drinks are always good. The place can be a bit loud depending on when you go there but its generally a good time regardless. As for the food, I would stick to the burgers and wings. I recently deviated from my usual burger and got the ledge salad and it was the most salty salad dressing I’ve ever had. Ill go back again though because I believe that was an anomaly.

I had a great time here, our service was impressive, and the food was amazing. The mussels were the best ones I've ever tasted! Hats off to the chef...

Come here to watch your team win! If your team is Baltimore based, you'll be in good company. Great service and organization even when absolutely slammed for the big games. Consistent food and great atmosphere. Outdoor patio is huge with great TV views and a bar. Highly recommended for "go local sports team"ing.

The pull pork sandwich was amazing that’s why they get 4 stars! The gumbo needed more chicken and sausage in it, I ate more onions and peppers then I did meat. The service was ok. We were greeted by a waiter and not the host, she was distracted I guess 🤦🏽‍♀️ but I stood right in front of her. Anyways I may try it again but not pressed to go back. Weird thing is I see it busy but really don’t know why. 🤷🏽‍♀️

My wife and I came here for lunch. Great service. Great atmosphere. The food was spot on. Sweet potato fries were good. Our server recommended the baltimore best chicken sandwich but in a wrap and she was right that was good. The turkey club was good as well. Also the ranch and blue cheese amazing. I would like to come again and try the outside bar when it’s cooler.

My husband and children brought me here at this location for my birthday on the 16th. The food were okay and I thought it was expensive, although I didn't pay for my food. We didn't complain but I thought for the price of things like a class of wine 🍷 I believe was around way over $10.00. I wouldn't consider revisit.

Asked the summer brew and the surf and turf and the steak was probably one of the most tasty and tender I've ever tasted. Just perfect👴🏻

I have been a BIG fan of Mother's for a long time and was happy to see when a county location opened up. I've enjoyed many meals there and most recently a couple weekends ago. We were having a small family celebration for 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) and the Matthew was super helpful in reserving me a table and time slot and ensuring our party would be comfortable. With 6 kids and an elderly parent I always need to ask. Once seated our waitress Katrina was immediately attentive to us as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Apps and drink orders were delivered quickly and refills happened without even asking. Once the rest of our party did arrive, Katrina seamlessly took all our orders and delivered everything out perfectly. The kiddos enjoyed scoops of homemade ice cream and rainbow cake to end a great meal. I would definitely suggest a reservation if you have a large party or are trying to go during a busy time. Maybe you will get lucky like me and get served by Katrina!

I had dinner here last night the cream of crab soup was good. The wings were to big and could've been cooked more. The waitress was so so, she received a very good tip because it was 5 or more people. She definitely didn't deserve the tip, she never gave us water or napkins, we had to ask. Very seldom came to ask if we needed anything. We had carryout meals and she put them on the same bill so we paid a tip on a take out order. I will try Mother's again but will try something different.

Was there for a non sponsored company happy hours on a Friday night. We had a great waitress who was very attentive. Drinks were always flowing, food delivered timely and correctly. I love the buffalo garlic sauce on their boneless wings. My friend is obsessed with their honey bbq sauce. This place is overall a great 5 star experience.

Tag was the best waiter I have ever had in my life when I went to Mother's last Sunday night. He was very attentive and personable nit just with me, but with all of his tables. He made good recommendations and the food was delicious. He also went above and beyond in helping me look for my family ring when I misplaced it. I hope Tag is valued for how awesome he is at what he does.

Very friendly, great atmosphere. Music was great, food was better. We got the shrimp and grits and the meat sweats omelette. The shrimp and grits were among the best I've had. The omelette was spectacular. Crispy potatoes, perfect charring. And the coffee, phenomenal. Definitely would return!

Fantastic local spot! Stopped here on a whim because my daughter and I needed a quick meal but wanted to sit down. Got seated immediately. The service was friendly and fast. The food was good to. Even my daughter (a notoriously picky eater) loved her quesadilla as well as the shrimp flatbread My Cruz Rockfish Tacos were also good too. The Bread Pudding Beignets would be a knock out of the park with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I’m just saying. No complaints at all. Will definitely be back!

It's been 4 years since my initial review - I figured it needed an update after the meal I had last night. Mother's North is still as awesome as it ever has been. I sound like a paid advertiser when I talk about the place (I assure you I am not) and it's not just the food - it's also the people. The food is consistently excellent, and the specials menu is always popping with good dishes. Last night I had something called Salmon Plicata (spelling?) which was a simple dish that just tasted like a subtle version of heaven. The service is terrific, sitting at the bar, at a table, or in their new outside area. They handle crowds well, and the staff is in constant motion when it's busy. I can't wait to see the new "porch" as I call it in the summer when it's opened up. Right now (December '22) it is open, but they have the plastic coverings in place to keep the bitter cold out. It's great as-is, but I'll bet it's gonna be the best place in the area to eat outdoors when it gets warm again. Thanks, Mother's North!

As soon as you walk in the atmosphere engulfs you. Such a great vibe. I was there on Tuesday, which happened to be music bingo. It was fun listening to the crowd while waiting/eating. Wings pictured: Mai Thai and Honey BBQ

I was excited to try the ravens wings because I heard great things. Highly overrated or I came on a bad night. I asked the waitress before ordering about the ratio of drums to flats and from her response I expected close to half and half. Nope I got 6 big fat drums that were freezer burned And 2 flats. Very little old bay and drenched in honey. The 3 orders of boneless wings everybody liked so that was a bonus. The Cesar salad tasted like they took it straight out of water and poured dressing on it. The onion rings were delightful. This isn't a spot I would run to try again.

My first perception of Mother North’s Grille is that perhaps it’s not a place for everybody. A few of the waitresses stared at me as well as the male host and even a couple of the customers. I thought it was eighty percent because I wore a mask and twenty percent because I’m not white. The host and waitresses all greeted me (albeit weirdly) the nicest and friendliest one was Gabby. And the host did end up saying Good bye which was surprising but good. To my surprise the sandwich that I got was disappointing and the crab dip although it was good; I’m not sure that there was even any crab in there at all! - I won’t be going back.

I had the pulled pork sandwich which was very good, had a nice BBQ sauce but the chips were very uninspiring. I had the bread pudding beignets which were awesome, they were much larger than what I anticipated and great for sharing. The bathroom situation was interesting because they had 2 stalls but only one urinal, it could get very dicey if there outdoor area was full. The worst part was that they had Coors Banquet signage but no yellowjackets to be found, very misleading.

Great food, at normal prices for this area (i.e. not low), with excellent service. Fine beer selection. There is a high level of background noise that makes conversation challenging, but then again, we were there on a Friday evening. I had one of today's specials, a beef kabob, and it was simply outstanding. The vanilla ice cream made for a perfect dessert. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite spots. The people are always friendly, there's lots of seating including an outdoor(but covered ) patio area. The food is some of the best in the area and you won't pay and arm and a leg eating here. Couldn't recommend it more

LOVE IT HERE! A group of our aunts, my Mama and I went here for a mid weekday lunch. Our waitress Kelsey was extremely kind, funny and so helpful! I have to follow a strict gluten free diet and the hostess and our waitress made sure to confirm how my food would be prepared to be safe for me. THANK YOU Mothers! The food was delicious and we appreciated not being rushed at all , so we could chat and relax. I’d definitely come here again!

I usually love Mother’s grille, we’ve been going to this restaurant for years but something is up with their quality lately. I spent nearly $70 on carry out, a French dip sandwich and a crab dip appetizer for my bf, an order of the Cruz bay tacos for myself, and a dessert. The tacos were genuinely so awful I couldn’t even eat them. I’m really upset with the quality for nearly 20 bucks for some tacos and chips, I have no idea what they served me but it was nothing like the menu shows or like other review pictures I’ve seen. I’m extremely disappointed and have to believe they just don’t care if it’s a carry out order any longer. The pics of what I got vs what I saw online are insane. The crab dip was half of a small soup cup, maybe 3 or 4 bites (we had more naan bread than dip) and it tasted like they for some reason threw blue cheese on it. The pieces of fish on the tacos was the width of an eraser, it’s less than an oz of meat, which normally would be fine but literally none of the other toppings were right or even present. I’m so upset they let this out of their kitchen, I would’ve had a better meal at Taco Bell. It tasted awful and was so much tortilla compared to filling I literally didn’t even eat them. I don’t ever leave negative reviews but this was so absurd for the price I just can’t believe it came from mothers.
