I rented a room here with the intention of staying for a few weeks.. NO! BIG NO!.. I moved my stuff in but soon after I found roaches.. And I mean roaches EVERY WHERE! I was renting the room but the room belonged to the roaches!.. I even spent my own money to purchase poison and cleaning supplies.. NOPE couldn't even begin to keep the infestation at bay.. This place needs to be shut down and infestation taken care of. I refuse to pay $315 a week to share my room with a hoard of roaches and Mice.. Yes, there were mice living behind/in the A/C unit! Smh DO NOT STAY HERE! I once slept on a park bench in L.A... that was more comfortable than staying here! smh

I lived here honestly a few years, I was going thru the most difficult time of my life. Although, the rooms weren't up to date but it was a roof over my head, and I was able to meet some really good people while staying here. The people who work here are the nicest, kindest men and women and I can say as long as we paid our room on time, their was no problem. Their was a few incidents of craziness that had went on while I lived there, but both were targeted. All and all living there took my mind off some serious things going on in my life. THEY keep a very TIGHT ship there so if you're doing something you shouldn't be, I don't advise it...

The worst staff I have ever dealt with all them have attitudes felt like I was going to be killed in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. For normal people it's a horrible hotel motel whatever you want to call it. Definitely not kid-friendly wouldn't even think about bringing kids here but if you are a drug addict or drug dealer this is the best place to be bunch of crackheads dope fiends and prostitutes running around in and out the rooms at all times of the night

Zero stars!! STAY AWAY!!! This place has bed bugs. I got to the room, pulled back the sheets and there was hair, cigarette burn holes in the linen, and BUGS.....CRAWLING. And the guy at front desk was rude. I was only in the room for maybe 5 minutes and had to leave. He didn't have a problem refunding the money, and even acknowledged the bugs, WTF!!!

This place is a blight on the community around it. It is now responsible for the closing of neighboring businesses. It should be shut down.

Been here 2 weeks. It's a decent place. A little pricey, but the staff is friendly and it's kept clean. I see comments saying there's roaches, bedbugs, and rats. I've yet to see any of those. Serta beds, so it's comfortable. But it's expensive for such basic amenities, and the cleaning staff constantly knocks in the morning to ask if you're staying or leaving, even if you've already paid for the next night out two.

The staff is extremely rude & not inviting in the least. There were several unattended children running and playing in the parking lot , drug addicts nodding & getting high all over the property , including in front of their room doors, dogs roaming around , loose with no leash , dog feces all throughout the grassy areas covering the property & just overall not a good place to be, would NEVER spend my money there again....EVER.

I must say the place really look welcoming. The yard looks beautiful when there's no trash. I have been a quest at welcome inn since forever but i have never seen the place more clean nowadays. Keep up the good work whoever make their time to pick up the trash around. πŸ‘

Not quite 'dive' status, but it would not kill management to invest in sprucing the place up. The rooms are the opposite of clean, I bought my cleaning supplies and sheets. While I will say that the place is quiet and has a decent number of security cameras, stepping into the lobby is like walking back in time. It serves its purpose.

Best rates in town, rooms are clean and spacious. And it's really cool that you can do weekly rates extended stay $315.00 flat screen TV and a mini fridge

You get what you pay for. Mice run rampant! The more mice I caught and disposed of the more aggressive they got. Started coming only at night then day time then all inside the crawling through the eyes of the stove. I hate that I didn't know beforehand. Now you know. Take your pick

This establishment is really a zero out of 10 the office employees are very rude. There is no higher up contact to make a complaint I would not recommend anyone to stay at that establishment living conditions are not up to state code, plenty of health hazards. There is a serious case of rodent infestation repairman use electrical tape to fix in room problems.

The black lady named Renee was so disgustingly rude. She refused me a room because my daughter and grandson wasn't with me and she called county police on me while being nice and speaking politely to 2 older white men that was in the lobby. She really called a gun to the situation because she was rude nasty and thought she was going to talk to me crazy. I have a video of her as well as pictures of her and the police that showed up. I will be posting it on utube
