Really enjoyed coming here for Physical Therapy for some elbow issues I had been putting off. Amazing facility and even better people.

I have been a member of this gym long before it became The Training House Gym. Andy and Amy have transformed this gym into one of the best gyms in the Baltimore. The gym has a great group of knowledgeable trainers, and always offer challenging workouts that change weekly to keep you motivated. The added pleasure is there are a great group of people that work out here and they are a big part of why I love this gym.

The Training House Gym is much more than your average gym. It is a place, community, suite of services and programs that authentically allows you to yield a better version of yourself. The entire staff make it a joy to be there and are supportive in every way possible. Need boxing? NP. Need HIIT classes? Massive value. Need a custom program? Wizards. I cannot imagine a more comprehensive gym membership out there.

It is difficult to put into words what a powerful and special place Training House is. Training House is a community; real-talk, no lip-service. It's a place to feel good and get better. It's a place to destress, and a place to engage. The staff and members are all-around wonderful and kind and supportive people, Amy and John are fantastic owners, and the programming is top-shelf, choice-select. My life was blessed before Training House, and it has improved in ways that are impossible to quantify since.

I came to a workout at Training House during COVID. I love the energy of Kenya and Al and decided to come back for another workout. Amy, the gym owner and I immediately connected. I ended up opening my Sports Physical Therapy practice at this gym. This community is EVERYTHING. The gym is ALWAYS clean, Amy and Mark are here everyday to welcome you and answer questions. There are options for classes and personal training/boxing on the side. The big box gym with rows of machines wasn't for me. Training House has everything I need from cardio to lifting. This is the place to be, from active adults to college and professional athletes.

I had my first therapy session yesterday for my lower back. Gabby was very professional, attentive, and helpful … truly a pleasure to spend an hour with. The therapy included dry needling, cupping, stretching, and exercises. My back felt significantly better the rest of the day … and I experienced no pain getting out of bed the next morning. I’m so excited about feeling better! I wish I new about this treatment sooner!

I just finished my 8th p/t session with Dr Gabby. She and the THG are awesome. I have tremendous improvement on shoulder and neck that I hadn't had. She has me on track with her knowledge and expertise to get back to a complete and Proper workouts. Thank you so much Dr Gabby and THG :)

Dr. Gabby is absolutely the best! Having played at the college level years ago…injuries are not new to me. I ruptured a disc in my back and could barely walk. Dr Gabby literally saved my life! After months of PT I’m able to return to my workout routine w/ zero sciatic pain and most importantly NO Surgery required. Dr. Gabby is amazing, compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She stuck w/ me during an extremely difficult time; she not only healed me, but educated me on how to properly workout and strengthen my body. “This isn’t your father’s PT facility”….. It’s a game changer. I would send my mother, child, college athlete, and any PRO athlete to The Training House. #Truth💪🏻

Trying House is the best gym in Baltimore. It’s undergone a beautiful renovation and all the equipment is brand new and top of the line. The trainers are great to work with and the classes they run from time to time get you into great shape. If you’re looking for a new place to get going in 2020, this is the one.

I love Peake Physical Therapy. They are very professional and exceptionally good at PT. I have had recurring problems for years. My PT(s) knew how to work me through a process to get me back to working out. I understand my body more, its problem areas...and what NOT to do to regress. Thanks Frank, Zach, Dave, JustinAnd Deanna! You rock!
