My initial experience with Radcliffe was positive, which you can see in my earlier review below. I maintain that the employees I first engaged with were very competent and well mannered. However, recent interactions have marred that impression. I purchased a Tudor Black Bay Ceramic watch, which I found too heavy for my nerve-damaged wrists, resulting in minimal wear. This was my own oversight since it was an impulsive buy, not factoring in its size and weight. Later, I bought a Blancpain Leman from Radcliffe which I've adore and frequently wear. Wanting to trade the seldom-worn Black Bay, I reached out to Radcliffe about the new Black Bay 54s. They promised to contact me when available, but never did. This lapse in communication was my first disappointment and it foreshadowed the events to come. Later, I tried trading in the Black Bay Ceramic through their online form, which limits you to submitting only pictures and basic information about the watch. My photos, taken with a cellphone, didn’t do the watch justice given how dark the watch is. Radcliffe's subsequent offer of $2500 was extremely undervalued. Even when I provided context, the employee dismissed my concerns, stating the watch's highest used market value would be around $3500 despite there being multiple vendors selling this watch at a worse condition for well above that value. Contrastingly, another vendor quoted $4400 based on better photos and description, starkly different from Radcliffe's assessment. It seems Radcliffe's commitment to customer service wanes when you transition from buying to selling. While I had plans to purchase more from them, this experience has made me reconsider. Despite getting a better offer from a different vendor, I chose not to sell the watch just yet. I don't really need the money right now and the watch shouldn't lose anymore value any time soon especially given that I don't wear it. The experience with Radcliffe also very much soured me on selling this watch anytime soon. Original Review: Very professional and kind. Came in to take a look at their Tudor watches and went to both locations. It's been a long time since I've been to a physical jeweler but the staff made me feel welcome despite this. Lovely selection and great watches, highly recommend. Edit: I found that I had an allergic reaction to the metal in the watch I purchased. I brought it in for an exchange today and the same sales associate that sold me the watch, Hind Walker, took care of it without issue. She obviously has a passion for the products and is extremely knowledgeable. I have no doubt that the rest of the staff is also the same. Overall, Dealing with Radcliffe has been nothing but positive. Whether you are buying a luxury product or something very simple, the staff makes the experience extremely pleasant and smooth. I will likely be dealing with them in the future for all of my watch related needs.

I brought my watch in to have it serviced. I was immediately asked how someone could help and introduced to the right associate who explained the whole service process, timeline and cost clearly and professionally. After agreeing they documented everything for my watch to be shipped back and have a detailed work order report. The whole experience was great and it always is. That’s why I keep shopping at Radcliffe. Thanks for another great experience, Radcliffe!

Purchased my Christmas presents here, very pleasant experience. This was my first time shopping here and the whole experience was A+. Great selection of watches and jewelries, super nice staff. Highly recommended my sales associate, Jean, who was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jean really went above and beyond, understood my shopping needs and made very useful recommendations, and even helped me with trading in some of my wife's designer bags (yes, they also buy/sell high end designer bags). I'm very happy with my purchase and the entire experience was nothing but exceptional. Kudos to Jean for getting me the perfect Christmas presents. And yes, now there is one more long-term customer!

I want to share the terrific experience I have had with Mark Nuth at the Radcliffe location in Towson Maryland. Mark recently sold me my first new Rolex. I’ve had a few over the years that were family pieces but never had the experience of being the first owner. Mark reached out, kept me informed, all the details were exact and when I went in for my appointment, he really took the time to help and share quite a few things I didn’t know. The store is in a terrific location and the retail space is very large with more jewelry, brands and estate items. I’ve also referred a few colleagues and they’ve had wonderful experiences as well. I had a great experience purchasing an Omega Seamaster from Radcliffe Jewelers. I spoke with a friendly sales associate, Amy Ellwood, who answered all of my questions and took the time to examine the watch for me and gave me her honest impression of the condition of the timepiece. I ordered it and received the watch overnight delivered. It was well packaged, came complete, and it was spot on to her description. I’m very pleased with my watch and with the service I received.

I have been trying to find an authorized dealer of luxury watches for quite some time. After two visits and a purchase later, I can say that Radcliffe and Kristen Sweeney really do go above and beyond to help you find your perfect fit. I went in to Radcliffe’s to get batteries put into two watches. While waiting, I was browsing the cases and to my good fortune was greeted by Jen. Jen was very patient with me as I perused various items and showed me options from the jewelers’ websites. By her taking that extra step, we stumbled across a piece that ended up not yet being released by the maker but suits my tastes perfectly. She called the jeweler, got the necessary information, and placed a special order for me. I can’t wait until it is here in April! Jen was absolutely the best! Patient, professional, and kind!

Liz at Radcliffe is absolutely incredible!! We’ve truly had the best experiences with her from picking out my engagement ring to finding our perfect wedding bands! Grace Yodie delivered super customer when I took my watch for repair on Saturday, July 24, 2021. She spent a lot of time making sure what was needed was document thoroughly and suggested how the repairs should be done. She has a great sense of humor and knows how to work with customers. She had helped me before with repairs and was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. She is a real credit to the Radcliffe organization. Two other salespeople in the store at the time also offered me suggestions and were very helpful also, although I do not know their names. Kudos to them as well!

About a week or two ago I came in to learn a little about watches and get hands on. I didn’t want to bother anyone really since I was just there to study. Let me start by saying how kind and lovely Jessica was, she took her time with teaching me. She had so much patience and advice on where I could gain more insights. I learned more so much and am able to expand my knowledge thanks to her! She was excellent and thought she deserved the recognition. Thank you so much again Jessica!

Large selection of preowned wristwatches including Rolex CPO. Prices are very competitive. Was allowed to look at my leisure; no pressure. Once I selected a wristwatch I was interested in I offered several watches as trade-in. The trade-in value was very, very fair. Purchasing this wristwatch was very professional and an enjoyable experience. It also helps that I work with Kristen each time I go to Radcliffe.

Kristen was wonderful to work with! She helped my fiancé design an engagement ring that I absolutely love and that fit perfectly, no resizing needed. We got our wedding bands from Radcliffe as well using Kristen - we cannot say enough good things about her. Friendly, excellent communication, honest opinion without over-stepping, knowledgeable,...I could go on! Truly an expert. We loved working with her and highly recommend her and Radcliffe.

Edit* I've been coming back here as often as I can manage since my first visit back in October of '22, and both the service and experience has been second to none. Liz has been extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. She's helped me find new watches to add to my collection and has helped my wife with jewelry. I just visited Radcliffe Jewelers to buy a watch, and all I can say is WOW to the entire experience!!! Wanted to give a special thanks two folks at Radcliffe Jewelers in the Christiana mall. To begin, Chris provided excellent service in showing me a few timepieces that I have sight of purchasing from IWC and Panerai brands. Chris showed me a few selections with high intellect and answered all of the questions that I had lined up for him. I then went to the Rolex department where Chris passed me along to his colleague Amad, who also was a great host. I mentioned to him that I was looking at the green bezel, black face GMT submariner that they had on show. Due to lineage of my father having a similar timepiece, I expressed my rooted passion for it to Amad. He then went on to give me an informative session on how purchasing works in which I’m completely great full for. In all, even though I did not walk out of the establishment with a timepiece, the service by both professionals was a 10/10 experience, and I look forward to going back pretty soon!

I went into Radcliffe with low expectations looking for a Rolex sport model. I was introduced to Hind as my sales person who was upfront and honest with about what to expect. She was amazingly patient showing me other brands and keeping me up to date on inventory of any incoming Rolex watches. In the middle of a Friday afternoon I got the call, as they say. “I have Sea Dweller Red Letter if you’re interested”. I quickly rearranged my schedule and drove to Radcliffe. Hind made the buying experience simple, easy and memorable. I cannot recommend her enough.

I was putting off getting my ring cleaned because I didn’t want to be without it for too long, but the staff put me at ease. Everyone was nice and attentive and super helpful. Getting my ring cleaned and repaired was fast and easy and very affordable. So much so, that I didn’t feel bad to treat myself to a cute pair of earrings lol.
