tell

how
much
I
appreciate
all
of
the
help
that
Kate
provided
me
last
weekend
on
Smyth
Jewelers
Chat.
I
had
several
questions
that
were
not
straightforward,
and
Kate
was
instrumental
in
getting
all
the
answers
quickly
so
that
I
could
place
multiple
orders.
All
in
all,
Kate
and
I
were
on
Chat
for
several
hours.
She
was
professional,
courteous,
and
very
patient
with
me
for
a
very
long
time!
Kate's
knowledge
and
know-how
expertise
made
everything
easy
for
me.
She
went
the
extra
mile
and
offered
and
then
quickly
prepared
the
invoices
for
the
items
I
wanted
to
order.
Fortunately
because
of
Kate's
willingness
to
help
me
every
step
of
the
way,
I
didn't
even
have
to
go
through
Smyth
Jewelers
website
trying
to
decipher
what
steps
I
needed
to
take
to
successfully
place
multiple
orders.
She
made
me
feel
like
I
was
her
#1
customer
and
even
helped
me
understand
every
step
of
the
way.
Kate
even
checked
inventory
on
all
the
items
I
wanted
to
order
and
made
sure
everything
was
in
stock
and
also
at
the
Smyth
location
I
requested
for
pickup
the
very
next
day.
All
I
had
to
do
was
click
on
the
email
links
and
place
the
orders.
She
pre-populated
all
the
necessary
items
and
details,
and
all
I
had
to
do
was
provide
my
credit
card
information
and
hit
"place
order"
button.
Please
let
Kate
know
how
much
I
appreciated
her
excellent
customer
service.
I'm
sure
during
this
holiday
season
she
had
a
lot
of
urgent
requests
from
many
customers
on
Chat,
but
she
made
my
day
by
being
so
attentive
and
accommodating.
Thank
you
for
providing
the
excellent
customer
service
on
Chat
that
I've
never
experienced
with
any
other
company.
Kate
is
a
real
asset
to
Smyth
Jewelers
in
doing
above
and
beyond
what
I
thought
customer
service
was
all
about.
