I was looking to order monogrammed Waterford Crystal champagne flutes. I had several questions that were not straightforward, and Kate was instrumental in getting all the answers quickly so that I could place multiple orders. We originally received an incorrect item and they had the correct item shipped out next day and arrived within 24 hours before Christmas Eve. On two occasions they’ve corrected any mistakes on their end and have communicated thoroughly and promptly. Amazing customer service! I had ordered a Shinola Monster series watch from a different retailer two different times and each time it was an open box item. It did not come in the fancy packaging that was consistent with what the manufacturer sends. Ed new exactly what watch I was talking about (the Harbor Monster) and what type of packaging is included. He promised that all would be delivered, and he made good on it! I got the beautiful watch along with the super heavy red metal container it comes in and the outside cardboard boxing. That is exactly how it was supposed to be. I’ll definitely be back for more watches. Please support this great family-owned business!
