    This gym helped me get into the best shape of my lift and I lost 30lbs on with their nutrition coaching. The staff are very friendly and well-informed on fitness and overall wellness. The coaches can help with Amy level of CrossFit and also anyone looking for a lighter workout. The gym also has a wonderful community of members most standard gyms don’t have.

    Great atmosphere that will help you reach your fitness goals. The coaches are positive and will encourage you to do your best. I was able to lose 26.1 pounds during the 6 week challenge! This is just the beginning of my fitness journey!

    My goal is to build muscle and lose weight. With the help and guidance of the coaches at Grind I am well on the way to achieving my fitness goals. There is also a sense of community and support that comes with being a member at Grind !

    At the age of 63 I have had a new awakening. My body has rediscovered certain range of motion, flexibility, lifting techniques and endurance. And I love being in harmony with by body again physically and nutritiously. I am grateful for the instruction, knowledge, pacing and atmosphere cultivated by the leadership at GRIND. And I appreciate the friendly comradery of the membership.

    This place is awesome! I completed their six week challenge losing over 15 pounds and gaining lots of muscle. The instructors are great and everyone is very friendly. My favorite part was that they go over form and doing to movements properly. I've learned so much about working out and eating right and that was my main goal. Loved my experience!

    I've spent the last 6 weeks at WSA and it has been nothing short of awesome! The owners and coaches are great and the members are encouraging and supportive! On top of that, I lost 22lbs and feel amazing! I highly recommend WSA to anyone looking to change their lifestyle to a healthier one or even if you just want to try a new place!

    Ive been a member at Grind for over six years. Great coaches and programming keep you on your toes. Some days are certainly harder than others. Fantastic group of members that attend the noon class who support and push each other to do better.

    I have had the best experience here. The ownership is great. Since the new ownership, they have put in a lot of work into the place with outdoor workout stations, and new equipment. They even have a kid friendly area to keep your kids occupied while you workout. I've been going to this gym for 5 years now and have not been interested going anywhere else. I lost almost 20lbs and 8 percent body fat in my 1st 6 week challenge there. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable in making sure you are doing everything correctly for strength and conditioning. Members are friendly and we all encourage one another no matter what level you might be. For the classes, you have options, Metcons and HIIT classes to choose from. Both offer great strength and conditioning. The best part of it for me is that is a pretty tight community and I enjoy challenging myself with others. The other thing I enjoy is that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do, the workouts are all planned out and working out by myself is not as enjoyable as working out with a community.

    Unfortunately the new management leaves a lot to be desired. I haven’t been a member since August 2019 due to pregnancy. I got a random charge in June 2020 for membership (and the charge is $100 more than what they are charging all other members, according to their FB page) and I can’t even get a call back to talk about what is happening. So disappointing.

    What can i say?!! I’ve done the gym thing over the years and always fell REALLY short. I always compare OUT! And loose confidence and encouragement. Here that’s not the case. EVERYONE is so encouraging and motivating to each other. I love the class atmosphere! I did The 6 week challenge and lost 5lbs and 2% body fat, didn’t meet the 5% goal but it’s progress not perfection! I highly Recommend checking WSA out!

    This is a great gym! I came in with issues, and all the Amazing trainers worked with me. They made me stronger and more confident that I could do the workouts. Even the participants were supportive and cheered you on until you reached your goal. I would recommend this gym to everyone!

    I joined this gym for a 6 week challenge to lost both weight and body fat percentage. This was an incredible 6 weeks. The trainers are personable, the gym is clean, and their approach is like no other. This is a friendly atmosphere and is inviting to those with little or no experience!

    I first heard about WSA from my roommate. She started with the six week challenge and I saw the immediate results she was getting. After seeing those results, I decided to give it a shot myself. I was hesistant at first, because these types of gyms can be very intimidating initially, but to my surprise, everyone in the gym was extremely welcoming. The coaches make themselves available to answer any questions you may have. The workouts are challenging but extremely rewarding. The six week challenge puts you on a path to change your lifestyle for the long run. I am very satisfied with my results and I would highly recommend WSA to ANYONE who wants to make the change to their overall health & wellness.
