    True Balance has literally changed my life. The support and camaraderie here is unbelievable - I feel like I have a true community. I’ve lost weight and gained strength and feel like myself again after years of feeling like my body wasn’t my own (thank you, pregnancy and birth and aging!). I recommend them to everyone I know!

    Favorite gym of all time! I have been a member for about 2-3 months and my husband just joined a few weeks ago. We love this gym. They are client focused, the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and they offer many fun classes. One of the many reasons, we never want to move! Thank you for all your hard work! :-)

    Been looking for a quality gym around Baltimore for almost a year, finally found this place and it was everything I could want and more out of a gym. Staff is so personable and friendly and covid precautions are taken seriously. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

    I was in town visiting my folks and looking for a well equipped gym to use. True Balance, specifically Ali (owner), was GREAT: very welcoming, very high quality facility with great equipment (weights, machines, dumbbells, kettlebells). I watched a few classes and the instructors (either 1-1 or group settings) were knowledgeable and really professional. TY True Balance and Ali!!

    I highly recommend True Balance Studio. The trainers are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. There is a wide variety of options between private sessions, classes, group training, and open gym. Go in and I am sure you will love it.

    True Balance made me love going to the gym!! I love the community Ali has created, fun and loving environment. After 6 months of working out, I feel stronger, has a lot more energy, and my biscuits look great!

    Ali and the entire team of trainers at True Balance are not just incredibly knowledgeable but they are also supportive and able to adapt to their clients' individual needs and abilities. The atmosphere is friendly and the group classes are excellent. I'm so glad I discovered True Balance several years ago!

    I don't usually go for gyms. I always feel self-conscious, like I don't belong. True Balance is different. I feel like I'm a part of a community. Besides that, the classes I've taken here have really helped me in my fitness journey. My first couple classes I couldn't finish without having to take a break because I felt like I just couldn't continue. But they encouraged and challenged me without overwhelming me, and now I can participate fully, I can listen to my body more effectively, and I feel stronger and more confident. It's a gem of a place, and I would recommend True Balance to anyone who wants to start or continue a fitness journey and be treated as an individual person.

    True Balance has been a godsend! The individual training sessions and group classes have provided me with the space to build strength and endurance but the atmosphere is incredibly fun! Ali has built a community of fun and caring people. Outdoor classes are fun!(when the weather cooperates) Spa features such as sauna and amazing steam shower only add to fitness and other holistic activities. Check them out! They have the Pilar “Stamp Of Approval” 👍🏼💪🏼

    This place is wonderful. The staff are experienced and energetic. There are many options from private and semi-private sessions to group classes in everything from HIIT and strength to Tai Chi and Pilates. You can also have an open gym membership to come in and use the equipment any time. Come check it out and you'll love it too!

    At True Balance you'll find an open, friendly vibe. There are a wide variety of classes and all of the trainers that I've worked with have been fantastic. The owner, Ali, is incredibly knowledgeable; she's helped me address overused/over-developed muscles by teaching me how to strengthen opposing muscles - ultimately this will help prevent injury and enhance over-all strength. The 24 hour gym access is also a huge bonus.

    I have been going to True Balance Studio for about three years now, mostly for the Saturday morning strength and core classes with Ali, and I love the classes! The group is diverse, so you will fit in no matter if you are a beginner or advanced. Ali also quickly picks up on each individual's needs, and adjusts the exercises individually even though it is a group training session. She does not only show the movements, but teaches good technique and what each person should focus on. I highly recommend this fitness studio.

    I can't say enough positive things about True Balance Studio and Ali! If you are looking for a big box gym, look elsewhere, but if you want a community-based, comfortable workout environment where you will receive personal attention as you work towards your own fitness goals, then True Balance Studio is your gym. There are classes and programs for everyone in your family, too. I have worked with Ali for over 10 years, and at different times, she has brought me back from a frozen shoulder, a broken ankle, and helped me manage rheumatoid arthritis, and kept me healthy and fit in between. And a trainer who can keep me interested, engaged, and coming back for more is a true miracle worker! Check True Balance out - you won't be disappointed.

    I've been training at TB since the beginning, and have been a member or guest of many gyms in my life prior to lucking into Ali and TB. It's such a great, motivated but not cult-like studio, I can't imagine going back to any other training model. The trainers are always introducing new classes, routines,and they solicit feedback from the members/participants which makes it evolve in an exciting yet natural way. People of all ages, all states of fitness, and of every other possible diversity train together at TB in perfect harmony.

    I absolutely love going to True Balance Studio for my fitness routine. All the trainers are great and approachable (not intimidating like other gyms). I don't feel like I'm just another way to meet a quota. The Studio also hosts monthly events for members to be engaged in nutrition as well as trying new exercise clinics.

    I so enjoy the Pilates mat class on Saturday mornings at Balance studio. The instructors are super and each challenges the individual to do their best to their ability. Thanks for offering this class.
