Busses are newer. I'm satisfied with my trip from Durango.

Bus kept breaking down 14 hours from LA to Phoenix and still waiting Bad service we waited from 4:30 am to 6:30 to boarding time this happened today July 28 2018.

4 hour wait. Dont count on leaving on time. Too many stops to your destination. Ugly buses not like the picture show. When bus do get to the stop people get off and you get in. Dirty and not sanitize. Stinky. At your own risk. Also on your way to Mexico make sure you have money cash to give to the bus driver could be 30 or 40. Cash. 😝😫 Oh on way back Mexico to the states are excellent. They put us to shame.

Terrible, last year I spent hours waiting for my mother and she never knew how to tell me where they would arrive, they were supposed to arrive at 7 pm and at 3 am after so long I fell asleep without knowing where I would arrive. And they called me that they were already there and that they would send her to me in a hurry because she couldn't be left alone and they would only charge me 50 dollars to bring my mother to my house. Recently my mother used this line again and in the same way they did not give her details of the arrival time and address, they will say that the address is here on the page, but I am a person who wants all the details first hand and to have the certainty that the information has not changed for any reason... they are very unprofessional, it seems like the kind of chicken coop truck they used to take to go to the ranch, without formality, without professionalism
