From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed with a smile and a greeting. My sidecar was amazing! If anybody is interested inside cars, you should come to this restaurant. Our server Sofia had a smile on her face and was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. The food came out fast and hot and tasty and before the food my drink came out very fast! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Katy!

I started off with the delicious Garlic-parm fries, added a Brisket taco, and then nailed the coffin with the Burrata Burger. Every bit of this meal was amazing! I only hope they plan on opening closer to DFW.

This place is absolutely amazing! Burgers, Hotdogs, Sandwiches, Salads, tacos and a bunch of drinks and appetizers. I cannot recommend this place enough. The garlic parmesan fries with bacon were out of this world, you have to try them! This is definitely a 10/10 restaurant! Great atmosphere and seating inside, outside, and at the bar. They also have the impossible burger and some other vegetarian options.

The service here was super fast! We ordered the calamari (SO good!!) as an appetizer and it arrived just before our food, so be sure to order appetizers and then wait to order food or tell them to bring out the appetizer first! The drinks were also both super cute to look at and yummy! We ordered the garlic Parmesan fries which were melt in your mouth and I got the blue sky burger with plantains! Overall, the place was cute on the inside, food was delicious, and will be back for sure!!

It’s not a food truck but an actual restaurant! Great decor, service, drinks/juices and food had great flavor. I will return if I’m back on Katy side of town.

OMG I LOOOOOVED the food. Ordered vegetarian, hawaiian and fish tacos as well as cesar salad. Mouth watering. Will definitely be back! The server was super sweet and answered all our questions. It’s a small space. They made a great job to create around 10-15 tables inside and outside. Do however keep that in mind during lunch time. Their prices are definitely reasonable. Can’t wait to try other meals. Everything seemed sooo yummy!!!

If our service would have been better, I actually would've given 4 stars. We were seated quickly by the hostess and told our server would be with us shortly. The hostess returned to let us know she'd be our server. We ordered 2 burgers and the parmesan truffle fries. Our fries came out first... I guess they consider that an appetizer. Not sure why since the burgers aren't paired with a side. The fries were absolutely delicious. I'll tank them top 5 in the places I order parmesan truffle fries. They were hot, crispy, and full of flavor along with the dipping sauces they are served with. You're served more fries than what's pictured. We had eaten about half of them before I remembered to get a pic. My burger came out but not the second burger. We waited a few minutes and I jokingly said, I guess the second burger is taking longer because they are getting the bacon real crispy. After a few minutes, call the waitress over and ask about the burger. She's confused at first and then I remind her of the complete order, and then it dawns on her there is a burger missing. She goes over to the computer and looks up the order, I assume, and then see her typing. Well we know what that means, she didn't but the second burger in for the order. How do you miss an entire burger when you wrote it down. Luckily, we had filled up on the fries so just decided to split the burger that came out. The burger was delicious and full of flavor. The spice level was more than I thought it would be, but I loved it. I do think the patties are a little on the thin side. If you can't see your pattie because of the toppings and bread, the pattie is too thin! So will I give this place another shot? It's likely. I'll just have to be sure our entire order is placed correctly.

Yesterday I went for lunch with my family just because I had seen them on social networks but the experience was beyond expectations. everything was amazingly good, we ordered 3 types of burgers, the meat was perfect and we also ordered the truffle fries. The attention was incredible and before we left I found out that the owner and our waiter were from my country and also from my city, which makes me feel very proud. thanks for everything.

Fusion grill was sensational! The restaurant is very cozy and private, perfect for a romantic meal with your special one, but also good for a group or a family meal. The chicken taco was warm and filled to the brim. The meat was moist, tender and seasoned just right to create an explosion of flavor in my mouth. It was equally tasty, leaving you to want more. This brings me to the next part, the brisket fries! WOW is an understatement on how tasty this meal was! The brisket was rich in flavor and the tender and the combination with the Cajun sauce and the warm,freshly fried and crispy fries made it a perfect dinner meal. Go eat here you can thank me later. The bar tender Ixchal was very kind and made my experience enjoyable with her kindness. I highly recommend fusion grill. Even better i was told that they have a DJ on Saturday evenings
