If you are thinking about moving into these apartments please reconsider !!! I lived here for a year and 2 months. Had so many problems with my unit from leaks, dryer not working for weeks , water bugs, etc. The staff in the front office is not friendly what so ever. When you walk in the office they look at you like you are a burden to them and they have no friendly positive energy at all. The whole entire staff including manager and property manager do not know what they are talking about at all and need to be retrained as soon as possible. They will give you incorrect information over and over again. Which is sad because when you are given incorrect information at an apartment it can ended up costing you lots of money, which happened to me when my lease was up. I continue to get in contact with them to resolve my matter and they keep giving me the run around and incorrect information. I have tried to get in contact with corporate several times and have yet to get a response. THIS APARTMENT IS A SCAM PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE. Just moved from Chicago and was super excited about the opportunity to join your community. As myself and my husband walked through the door we were met with arrogance and annoyance. We had an appointment scheduled and were treated as if we were walk ins. The young lady at the desk never smiled, never introduced herself asked us what we were looking for and immediately started writing on a piece of paper with the fees. No tour of the apartments just a floor plan. Very very disappointing!

I have spent the past year in this apartment complex, and I have absolutely loved it. But unfortunately, since some staff left, and some new staff has been entered into the management building, everything has gone downhill. I have honestly regretted resigning my lease, because for the last month, I have ran into several problems that the leasing office has not helped with or made more difficult. Staff is unkind, unprofessional, and not helpful

I was resident here for One year and it was a nightmare we had the children of the corn living above us in which a year with no sleep that it affected our lives.We were miserable I placed numerous complaints with the front office the first night and all they could say we will advise them. Anyway let’s talk about the cats infestation, the trash is the hallways that are never picked nor ever cleaned, leaking trash smell thru the vestibules this place is located in nice area but is trash..let’s talk about they office manager, staff and I bumped heads and my move out went from $619 to 3,000 because they claimed of damages …corporate office is a joke of course the investigation lead of behalf of their staff but I’ve been on payment arrangements for a year now just heads up they Caribbean lady is a liar if u deal with her record the conversation. If you have a son of color be careful they racially profile the lil brown boys that live there if something is broken or vandalized. I been leaving in Cobblestone Park Apartments for over 6 months its always a positive experiences with the maintenance team at Cobblestone Park Apartments, especially with Geo being consistently professional and maintaining a clean work environment. Good maintenance service can make a big difference in a living situation.

I visited Cobblestone Apartments this morning and everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. The office was a bit older but I appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of Mercedes and assistant manager, Claire Garcia. As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted and offered water and a floor plan while I waited to tour. Most places I have visited in the past don’t offer anything and usually are not pleasant and want to rush through everything. I was very impressed with the quality of service. I just completed my online application and look forward to being a resident there.

Awesome place to call home and such a gorgeous property! I have been a resident at Cobblestone Park for the last 2 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the community and the staff! My current lease is up for renewal soon and I called the office to get assistance and Clair was such a great source of help with my renewal process! She was very happy to assist me and made me feel at ease to sign for another year! Also, my service requests are always taken cared of in a timely manner and I have nothing but great things to say about Lily and Gio. I always see them out and about working hard for the residents and keeping the property clean. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Highly recommend Cobblestone!
