Gracious is such an incredible provider - he seems to really care about people and it shows. He is very patient, knowledgeable & compassionate. The staff is wonderful as well! Really enjoyed this urgent care. Felt clean, crisp, and inviting. I like how the rooms have sliding frosted doors. Not only does it look sleek but it also is more private. You don’t hear the conversations in other rooms. I made my appt online, arrived 4 minutes before my appt, sat in waiting area for 2 minutes before called. After nurse check vitals and got details for the visit, the doctor came in with results of strep swab within 15-20 min. I was in and out of the place in 30 min.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff provided exceptional care. The office was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I was promptly called in, and PA Gracious was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my medical concerns and provided me with a range of suitable treatment options and went above and beyond to help me with my concern I came in with. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical assistance.

A really well run facility. Very clean and well maintained. I was greeted promptly by a friendly receptionist. She took my details and I met with the Dr. after a short 15 minute wait. The doctor assessed my problem thoroughly, had my prescriptions ordered, and gave me very clear instructions. Well staffed and efficient. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Wonderful experience! My daughter was sick and the staff was very attentive and empathetic. They were very prompt with little to no wait time. Also, we appreciated the professionalism and great bedside manner of the staff and physician. We felt very comfortable, heard, & seen.

Went in for ear infection a lot of pain. Doctor prescribed ear drops and told me they were also for pain. They are not I have been screaming all night. This is a bad clinic. I'm in a lot of pain. The staff called me and was more interested in his hurt feelings than my pain. They wanted me to come in again I can barely keep my eyes open and to see another doctor than to prescribe 3 days worth of pain medication. This place just wants your insurance info to get paid.

I took my 10 year old granddaughter yesterday. I made the appointment on line, and also preregistered on line. This made check in at the facility easy and quick. We saw the doctor within 20 minutes. Everyone was prof and compassionate. The PA, Jose was very focused and explained everything. She had an X-ray of her foot which was done right in the room. We were shown the actual pictures on my phone!! I recommend Prime. We were at the Missouri City location. Take advantage if doing everything on line.

This was our first visit and it was a great experience. I'm big on customer service and professionalism and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Dr. Gracious is the absolute best! Check them out, you will not regret.
