We recently spent 3 months at Texas RV, in spot #27, and truly enjoyed our stay. We were planning to winter in Texas, until our plans quickly changed and we are moving for our work. Sam (the owner) was always so pleasant and helpful. The park is wonderfully clean, and since we were there over the holidays we got to enjoy the beautiful festive decorations. We appreciated the large sites; they have plenty of parking. The park was always quiet and has a wonderful security system. The laundry room is huge and so clean! Our rent was very reasonable. If we weren't moving overseas, we'd be staying here much longer!! Thanks Sam & family!

This is my favorite RV park I've ever stayed at, they are amazing and it's fully gated! If there was a problem and they had to shut water off, or the water pipes were damaged, they sent out a group text telling tenants what was happening, how they were working to fix it and how long it was estimated to take. We were staying there during the ice storm and power outages and they were amazing. They did everything they could to keep us updated on when we'd have power. We paid $20 for a month for every day trash pickup and they got it from our lot. The concrete slabs to park on are nice and spacious and there is an extra space added for you to park a second vehicle. There is a fenced in dog park with a picnic table, some tubes for dogs to run though and play, and a dog baggy station. We dropped our laundry off and paid them to wash, dry and fold our laundry which was absolutely amazing to have that option where we were already staying! The whole park is very clean and beautiful, the shower house is super nice and actually has locks on the door to get in and then a lock for each shower. I don't know why other places don't have that, but it was very nice to not worry someone was going to come in. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be staying here, it's beautiful and really reasonably priced! They gave us a little happy campers sign which I am in love with and they are so kind!

Very nice park! We stayed here for 3 weeks while my husband was in town for work. Very quiet, gated, concrete pads for all the campers! The laundry room was awesome. The owners for very accommodating for our ever changing schedule. I'd highly recommend staying here

We highly recommend Texas RV Park. We stayed for a couple months while visiting the area from Pennsylvania. It's very clean, centrally located to lots of things to do, and we appreciated the fact that it's gated for security. We've stayed at countless parks and resorts all over the country - some really good, some really bad. Even though this place is simple, it's one of the more enjoyable places we've stayed. Clean, safe, quiet, and friendly owners. Can't ask for anything more. We'll be returning next time we're in the area!

My husband stayed at Texas RV park for a few months while working in the area and I’d come down on the weekends with the kids! He’s a welder, so he’s had jobs everywhere. We’ve been to many RV parks all over Texas and this is by far one of the nicest, cleanliest that we’ve been to. We always look for parks with concrete pads which is one of the reasons we chose this place! The owners are very good about upkeep and making sure that it looks nice and presentable. The laundry rooms are fabulous! We also appreciated the fact that the park is gated and surveillance cameras are always keeping an eye out. This made us feel more comfortable about leaving our cars while we went out. Sam (the owner) was always kind and helpful when I reached out to her for anything. We will definitely revisit this park should we ever come back to this area. Highly recommend!

I stayed there for several months and was treated with kindness and respect. Any challenges were quickly addressed. This team went out of their way to make a pleasant stay. The communication regarding park changes or interruptions based on weather, etc… were clearly and quickly received and updated. I would stay here again. The grounds are kept clean and it is quiet. Sam, the manager, is delightful and the grounds keepers are respectful of personal property that the wind may have moved overnight. It was a great stay. Thank you so very much!

Super nice place. Long and level parking pads. Great hospitality! Merle Haggard’s bus enjoyed staying there. Very well kept facilities. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Well it seems I attempted to check on the reservation dates and get a quote for amount to stay. Then it tells you to check the website. So I didn't reserve nor checking but it won't clear out. Idk fishy

Texas Rv is one of the cleanest Rv parks we I have stayed. Laundry room is large and clean. Everyone is so helpful. I highly recommend this park if you are in the area.

Beautiful showers and laundry room. Good dog park. Location close to all shopping, galveston, nasa. Great folks at front desk. Concrete pads, wifi, . Basic small park, good value, very security conscious.

We had a great time at the Lone Star Rally. Texas RV is a nice quiet place to recuperate for the next day's activities. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised with the park itself and management! This campground is pretty basic, but one of the cleanest, safest and quietest parks we’ve been to (and we’ve been to a lot!). Spots are level and large, hookups are nice and accessible, and the gated entrance/exit is a plus. The laundry room is AMAZING, very clean and roomy, not to mention cute. There’s also a fenced area for pets and a bath house. Only thing missing was a playground/area for the kids, but it’s location to plenty of kid friendly attractions make up for it. To top our experience off, the manager was very patient with me while I was making and changing 2 different reservations for different check in/out dates! If you need a nice clean, quiet place to park your camper, this is your park!

Had an amazing stay here with my family of 4. It was, quiet, and pretty close to everything we wanted to do. Office Manager Sam was very friendly. Check in and out was super easy, the camp ground was gated and secure. Facility was spotless they even decorated for fall and Halloween my kids just loved it really felt homey truly one of the best parks we have stayed at. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot to camp in the Houston/Galveston area.

Super friendly and clean! And it’s quieter than I expected being right inside the entrance gate. I never realized others were coming in. We stayed during the Memorial Day weekend and it was still very quiet. Owners were always cleaning and taking care of things around the park. I was embarrassed that I mentioned how noisy the motor to the rented jump house was because they called right away to check on our concern and even unplugged it. Sorry kids! I always read reviews before doing business with places and I saw the negative reviews here. It’s evident they are written by those who broke rules and didn’t get away with it. Go tear up and destroy someplace else cry babies! This place is beautiful because of owners who care and enforce rules. We also share the fact we have sons serving in the United States Marines. Thank your son for his service.

Im not going to waste anyones time and detail every wrong thing that happened in my year and a half stay here, even though there are plenty. Especially because i know the manager will reply with a generally well worded response to detest me and make you question anything i have to say. Ill only say every one star review is more or less 100% accurate. the internet works about 50-70% of the time (i only ever used it to stream tv shows, so bare minimum bandwith requirements and i paid the extra for a hotspot) theres alot of noise next door (whatever they pay bills too. its not my place to say what they can and cant do) and the manager is extremely rude(extremely). I used to recommend people to stay here and a couple have over my stay. I also would defend the people who work here. About 80% of the guests i talked to had something negative to say about them and i always used to believe it was the guests handling the situation wrong. Most of those people wouldnt bother leaving a review and normally i wouldnt either but when i have to take them to court its a bit different. I was dead wrong,time showed me that and i just hope no one has to deal with the headache its given me.. A few people tried to warn me, more or less about the people running it, before i moved in originally but i didnt listen.If your staying for a week or less and dont plan on really being there go for it, the area itself isnt bad if you just need somewhere to park your rv while your in town. anything longer just go a little further down 2004 and stay there. You get double ( if not triple) the yard and the people are very friendly and helpful, plus a pool.

Sam & her husband are absolutely awesome hosts! They are laid back while also keeping the park nice & making sure their residents are safe & taken care of. The dog park & 24/7 laundry room helped us out tremendously. We will definitely be back.

This is hands down one of the best RV parks you will ever stay at. It is quiet and gated with plenty of security. Sam (the owner) is on-site and available by phone 24/7. She is reliable and there if you ever need anything. The park itself is kept and clean. The laundry room and shower house are cleaned daily. Of all the parks in the area, I highly recommend Texas RV Park. You won’t regret it. Thank you Sam for such a wonderful, clean, and safe experience!
