Spent one full week at Residence Olivium. The views on the port of La Spezia are stunning and the owners make you feel completely welcome and at ease. Everything is very clean, new, quiet and relaxing. Difficult to get something better for the price they ask for. In the Summer heat you do not need air conditioning at night. The temperatures up at the hill, where the residence is, are refreshingly lower than downtown. The main disadvantage of the residence is that you need a car otherwise it gets too difficult to move around. The residence has its own Olive trees and produce their own high quality olive oil for sale (I bought as many bottles as the owner allowed me to 😉)

This place is amazingly beautiful! Quiet and secluded away from the busy tourist scene of La Spezia and Cinque Terre but still close enough to easily visit all the sites of the area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the owner Nicola was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back, it was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy.

Lovely hosts, clean and well equipped appartment. Unfortunately pool was closed due to recent bad weather, but was still a very beautiful (if remote) location to relax in. Local shop was a short drive away with delicious local produce. Great place to stay as a jump off point for Cinque Terre.

This is a fantastic place, clean, quiet and relaxing. It's a little far from La Spezia center if you walk or on bike, but it's easy to get there and to Cinque Terre witch is easiest to reach by train. The hole family realy enjoyed the visit at Nicolas residence and we are longing to come back in the future...

Warm welcome to this Peaceful, Quiet, Clean and Comfortable residence with superb views. Convenient drive into La Spezia - where you can find free parking a 10 minute walk from the station for trains to the Cinque Terre. Niccola and Joyti were generous with their advice on local places to visit. Highly recommend!

We've had an amazing stay at Olivium. The appartment was very clean, comfortable and complete. The staff is very friendly and speak multiple languages. The views are amazing.

Very quiet location, great for relaxing vacation. The only thing that I would like to to mention is that you have to drive thru a very narrow street to La Spezia when ever you want to leave (eg. when going to the beach, shopping, get ice cream) but the quietness pays off all this 😀

A nice to place to for vacation in La-Spezia. Staff is very polite and kind. They made us aware of the surrounding. They even offered us complementary Dinner. We would like to visit this place in future too.

The residence has great view, is surrounded by nature, the host was very attentive and always ready to help
