Great shop which as well as a good place to pick up a book and get cards and gifts, they provide other excellent local services, such as a very efficient post and parcel delivery point, help with passport renewals (absolutely THE best and easiest way for expats to renew passports!)... Street parking out front and 10 minute parking out the back for drop offs and collections. And as friendly and helpful staff as you could wish for.

The "English Bookshop" - therefore the stock of books are understandably mostly English - It kind of says it on the tin! They have new and second hand books, which is perfectly wonderful as books should be read, and re-read, and passed forward. They also have a large stock of greeting cards for every occasion and lots of "stocking filler" unique gifts, balloons and more. But they have also moved with the times, recognising many people read electronically on their kindles (missing out on the smell, the page turning, the getting lost in the book ;) ) and business is business and we all have to eat, so now provide a parcel collection point, P.O. Box rentals, a postal service, and a passport service (for the renewal of UK passports) and all with a smile. (The also speak fluent English and Spanish)
